I contacted the company advised I didn't need it to come take it out sending them the supporting documents stating from the county one is not necessary. To my surprise they told me to keep it and they credit my CC back for the expansion tank charge. A few weeks later I was filling the tub to give my granddaughter a bath and the water was all rust. I've never had this issue before. The water heater is fairly new 3 years and I have it drained yearly. I couldn't get rid of the rust. I called the company that installed the water tank they said whoever installed the expansion tank used galvanized piping he took the pipes off they where all rusted inside. I had to pay to have them replaced the pipes. Per this plumbing company no one uses galvanized piping anymore because it rusts. I'm disappointed in this company.

Made an appointment for A/C maintenance. Technician used 2 electronic pen-style pressure checkers…read more WHY? If my unit needed Freon he would have to remove checker and attach basic gauges with hoses in order to recharge Freon. By using the electronic testers gave me the idea that he didn't want to do any maintenance I requested. He never took apart the unit to inspect coils if they needed cleaning, and never used his "amp-reading-tester" but told me the compressor was using high-amps to run. He never charged me, which is the only good thing, because he didn't do anything requested of him or the company he represents. I hired another company that did everything Iceberg was suppose to do, used "Proper gauges" to check and refill Freon, cleaned the coils and checked amp usage. A/C unit perfectly now.
