I have been through an accident and was recommended this autobody shop by a friend. I called them up, and they sent someone right away to tow my car. They handled all the paperwork without needing to bother me. Then, throughout the process of repair, which took a few weeks for the parts to arrive and be replaced, I keep calling and checking out the status. The receptionist Nahal, is super nice and very attentive. The one who was in charge of handling my car was Gary. I honestly don't have enough words to express my gratitude to Gary. When the car was ready for pickup, I walked through the repairs with him. He had all the patience in the world to explain to me step by step what was repaired in my car. Needless to say the car looked amazing and brand new as of no accident happened. I did find a few minor details that I wanted to be taken care of, and Gary made sure to hear out each and every concern of mine. He then took care of each one and handled it very well. There are clearly tons of auto body repair shops, but through my insurance they sent me to CBS and it ended up to be a great recommendation! The office staff was quick and courteous, the work was repaired in a week's time (it worked out perfectly because I went on vacation for a week and it was done by the time I returned!) And though my insurance covered a good amount of it, I had called around before and the pricing was comparable if not less than others.
