I just picked up my 2006 Toyota Camry from them. From the moment I dropped the vehicle off to the time I picked it up I had a very pleasant experience. Their office is nice and welcoming. Their staff is all friendly and helpful. At the time of pick up, I was running a bit late due to delays with Enterprise and they were willing to wait for me past their closing time. When I saw the car I was amazed. No complaints on the color match, and the car was very clean including the inside which I am forever grateful for. Everything started good when car got pick up, They showed up on time and even showed me some damaged I was not aware. Everything changed once car was in their hand, They charged My insurance Company over $20k for a rear bumper repair and to make it worst paint job was not even perfect. For the amount they charged you will expected The best of the best but paint was completely different from body. Ill post some pics that can show the bad paint job but in person is worst. They charged for parts that were never replaced. Also I knew some parts were good in I requested to save me those parts so I can keep, when car was delivered to me apparently those parts were put on the trash. I knew they were lying because they charged for the parts but never were order or replaced. Their excuse was no one told us, I told at least 3 people from their shop. Great service, they handled my insurance claim and fixed a dent from a hit and run that happened in a parking lot. The quality on their work is phenomenal, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable especially with the treats they have in their office! When it was time to pick up my car it was as if I got it from a dealership, it looked brand new. Needed the plastic around my side mirror replaced. The mechanics of it worked when I brought the car in to be repaired (turning light on mirror and power mirror). As they were replacing the plastic, somehow the mirror fell off of the arm that holds it in place. At first, the young man I had been dealing with said that it was due to the side mirror probably being repaired previously and that I would either need to live with it or pay for it to be replaced. I wasn't comfortable with that answer as everything was working fine when I came in. I went back inside and spoke to the person who seemed to be the owner. While he wasn't excited about it, he agreed that it was working when I arrived and said he would pay for a new mirror and arm for the mirror. I'm giving 5-stars because he also replaced my passenger side mirror for free (it had some minor staining from just being old. Had nothing to do with the repair I had come in for.). Had he not stepped in and done the right thing...and gone above and beyond to make things right (with replacing my other mirror for free), my star rating might be different. I would/will go back but I would only work with the gentleman who seemed to be the owner. Quality of work was very good. Side mirror and the actual mirrors look and work great now. Honestly the estimates are very high and one of their staff members Peter was a bit pushy for me to get a lawyer when I didn't want to. Texted me late at night and also did not give me the details on how much it would cost to hold my car per day. He just said the other insurance will pay for it.
