Tesla 2020 Got into an unfortunate swipe in LA's rainy traffic. I was panicking and reached out to a few body shops including WRC on a Saturday. Naturally, most body shops turned me away and told me to come back next week or bring it in for a quote the following week. WRC, Rudy, responded on a Sunday morning with genuine concern and asked me to call when I could. I did and showed him the pictures, he was nothing but nice and helpful, and offered to have me drop the car off in the same day. And I did! He quoted me a price before I came in, and while I was on my way over, he had called a few vendors to find the Tesla piece I needed - even Tesla said they wouldn't have the piece for another 2 months. Rudy texted me updates about the car throughout the week, and the car was ready for pick up in the same week on a Friday. Rudy is truly the best for restorations, alterations, and fixes! My experience at WRC (which in my case means: WR ong place to take your C ar) was horrible and a waste of my valuable time and money....Everything that came out of Rudy's mouth turned out to be a flat out lie which included fixing my flat tire to getting my car out in 2 weeks or less...My $150,000 dollar car arrived at WRC a little banged up but clean and waxed as seen in the pics below....however 2 weeks later when I told them to cancel the repairs on my car and I was picking it up the car to take it a more reputable Bodyshop, it was filthy and dirty and still banged up...as you see by the pics the car door was left open while it was raining outside which is nothing less than barbarian...I believe that it was nothing more than a racist motivation seeing that I'm a black man driving such an expensive car because rudy'd attitude changed from good to bad from our phn. conversation to when I actually arrived at the shop. All that brother this and brother that was just another front of his real attitude toward me....Adding insult to injury they put the repairs of cars that arrived after my car in front of mine, flat out lied about body parts being out of stock and checks not being disbursed from my insurance company...Trust me if you want great service and integrity that can be trusted, don't take your car here...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!! read more
