General manager Juan actually gave me a tour of the place when my car was here for a few weeks after a major accident. Ana at the front desk is such a sweetheart. And Edwin, the service advisor has been terrific! The first time I discovered this place, a neighbor had driven past my car and his spare tire attachment was loose and swung out, taking out my sideview mirror. After checking with AAA for a local shop, they suggested Caliber. They did the repair quickly and perfectly! Fast forward two years to this past April, and I was in a four-car chain reaction accident where my car sustained both front and rear damage. I immediately thought of my local Caliber. I had the car towed and they stayed open late to accept it. It was in the shop for two weeks and the work they did was pristine! My only complaint is with the Caliber company text messages which did not align with the shop having the car ready days earlier than what the automated text messages were telling me. The quality of work at Caliber Collision is first rate. I am grateful that they took the time to discover all of the issues with my front bumper and brackets and completed the job in a professional manner. Status updates and notifications left quite a bit to be desired, however. I had communicated with a service person at my local center and told her that I would be contacting them once I completed an important job and was able to be without my vehicle. They're automated system called me everyday during that time to schedule the appointment. It was distracting to my work and bordered on annoying. During the repair process, I was initially told that the vehicle would be ready in 3 days. On the 4th day I called to inquire about the status. It was then that I was informed they would need the vehicle another 5 days. As it is my work vehicle that posed a great deal of inconvenience and all of my jobs for the following week needed to be rescheduled. But, the end result, which is probably the most important is that the repair they did looks beautiful. read more

I was rear ended and this location is the preferred shop selected by my insurance company. As soon as I called in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff and giving direction on what I needed to do. The quality of service was top notch from start to finish and everyone who I dealt with was courteous and kind. As I was at no fault, I only had to pay the deductible but from what I see they charged the insurance company, it seems very reasonable for the work done on my 2022 Kia vehicle. This is by far the worst body shop I have ever been! You will regret coming here. This is in-network body shop that statefarm gave me. I came in for a repair. I was told the car is going to finish in 5 weeks. It's week 12 now, I just picked up my unpainted part. the car is still not finished. I have to find another shop to complete the repair and correct their mistake. I thought they at least would do a good job since it took this long. I got the car back at week 10. I was in shock, the car is in 2 different color. Tony told me very confidently they done an alignment. The car was pulling to one side. Another shop put the car on the alignment machine. The car is not steering straight, 3 wheels are straight and 1 wheel has 4 degree camber. After I show them the correction. They told me the guy did the alignment is new. I paid out of pocket for the alignment 2 weeks ago and still not received a check they promised me for reimbursement. They told me "your car is gonna be ready next week" for 5 weeks straight. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to have service repair done for my vehicle to offer an objective feedback. I emailed 2 estimates on my vehicle that needs repairs. This was back in January. And since then, every time I've followed up with it, I was told that he'll get back to me. And nothing. The guy doesn't bother calling me back. I've now waisted 2 months just waiting to hear back from caliber collision located in Tujunga California. This is absolutely pathetic of a service and totally unexcusable. I have emails to prove my inquiries so I'm not being a male "Karen" here. Anyways, I've now contacted another body shop nearby that has even higher ratings and I'm taking it there tomorrow to get the process started. Within a few months, the front was popping out again and the constant scraping of the front part of my car never went away. We ended up having to secure the front of my car on with zip ties every few months, until the whole front finally just fell off after scraping a 1.5 inch lip on a curb. I was still going to give them a couple stars because they were friendly and I believed had good intentions- but the new body shop I have taken it to took the time to show me in great detail the sub-par work that was done and the thin, crappy aftermarket junk they used when doing my repair- that gave me years of aggravation and problems. Customer service gets 5 stars but the quality of the work is sub par. Don't take your car here if you value your time. The car was suppose to be ready two days ago, and they told me they were not going to meet that timeframe but it would be ready today. I just got off the phone with them and they told me it would most likely be ready early next week. WHAT! I still don't have my car, and I'm paying out of pocket for car rental so I'm extremely dissatisfied especially since the damage they were fixing was minimal (see photos). I can't imagine what would happen if they were fixing a serious crash. I finally got my car back and I was surprised at all of the issues. 1) The spacing was off on the entire front end. 2) There was a paint run/drip on the fender. 3) There were some scratches on my bumper that were not covered by insurance, so instead of asking me if I wanted to pay additional to fix it, they just painted over the deep searches. It looks horrible. 4) My grill was loose. 5) They damaged my emblem on the air bag. Crystal (who was great to deal with) was apologetic and told me to bring the car back and they'll take care of it in one day when I bring it back. I finally made an appointment to take it back and a one day job ended up taking a total of three days. Crystal kept in touch with me every day though and took care of an economy rental but the I expected more from a major chain. read more
