Everybody there does a really great job. My concern is that there is a really high turnover rate. Every time I find somebody I like, they no longer work there. Yeah, when your natural eyelashes shed, so there would be one of your lashes attached to the false one. These had none of my lashes and I ended up with a noticeable gap. So they said they had a 5 day policy and since I called on the fifth day (i couldn't call before because of work/life) I had to come in that day. And they only had 1 time which was right when my son was getting off the bus. So it was come in then or not at all and I had to scramble around to try to make arrangements. So I get there and they fixed them. So I thought. The next day, I had 2 fall off and then the next day had 5 more fall off!! I was being super careful with them and I sleep on my back. They were barely glued on. Meghan did them and she is supposed to be a master. I am so upset and have to take them off because my left eye looks so bad with big gaps. Also, the first time around she put the tape way too close to my eye and i woke up the next day and my eyes were sooo bloodshot on the bottom and felt so scratchy for the next 2 days. So I had bad lashes and bloodshot eyes. I feel like i should get a full refund because there is no way this is normal. You don't pay this much for lashes just for most of them to fall off within 3 days. It was hard to get pics to really show the mess that I have on my eyes but I tried. It just wouldn't pick up how they were barely attached. They are all just barely attached to my lashes. This was the worst experience ever and no one should have to pay for lashes that don't stay on for even a full 24 hrs. Deka lash should be ashamed and I want a refund.

I've never had my makeup done before but I didn't want to do my usual makeup. This was a special occasion and I wanted to look my best. Nikki was amazing. She listened to me about what I was looking for and got to work. I was amazed when she was finished. I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe I could look so good.
