I thought about it for weeks too many. Then I met Lisa. She and I come from different walks of life, but she is genuinely one of the kindest, most caring individuals I've ever met. I didn't know what to expect when I walked in to her studio, but I quickly found out it would become my haven. For a first-timer like me, the idea of lash extensions was kind of overwhelming. So many different styles! Lengths! I had no idea what I wanted, and she was patient and walked me through the process every step of the way. We settled on a natural look with a little extra flair on the outside corners, and I couldn't have been happier. I can't believe what a difference they made! I've been back twice since my first visit and I can't say enough great things. I don't know that I'll ever go anywhere else. Lisa is just the best, both personally and in the work she does. My appointments with her have quickly become something I so look forward to. And if my review isn't enough to seal the deal for you, when I visited with my professional makeup artist friend shortly after getting my lashes done, his first comment to me was "YOUR LASHES!" Danielle completed a very thorough evaluation and recognized that she needed to change up the pigment because of a medication I was on. I felt that she really cared that I had a good outcome and I couldn't be happier with the result! My eyebrows healed beautifully and the color matches my own eyebrow hair shockingly well. But owner said the certificate is only good for a service that says the word SPA in front of it on their menu and must be used in one visit. HOWEVER the only service on menu that says the word SPA in front of it is Spa Pedicure which costs $65. Thus the $100 certificate that I bought was false advertising and is not able to be redeemed. DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPONS OR CLIPP CERTIFICATES. They are a SCAM! NO way to redeem them for the $100. It should not say $100 Towards Any Spa Service when there is only one service that you can use the certificate on and it isn't even $100.

I easily booked an appointment online with a Emalie, and their location was so easy to find on the main strip in Dormont. There's also a public parking lot nearby (make sure you pay-- there was a meter guy out checking plates!) The atmosphere is cool and relaxing, and Emalie greeted me by name as soon as I walked in. I immediately got to sit in a chair and get started on my manicure. They had COVID precautions implemented and there was only a total of 4 of us in the salon at once. The hour it took to get my nails done flew by-- I felt like I was sitting and chatting with a few girlfriends. Emalie was a perfectionist at what she did and she truly did a spectacular job! The salon was clean and didn't have a strong nail smell. I'm also not aware of any other salon that offers extra strength gel. Apparently this is supposed to last 3 weeks. Normal gel at other salons usually last 10 days for me. They really take the nail experience to the next level here. I will 110% be back!

I spent a lot of time (5 1/2hrs) and ALOT of money for these services. With in the 30min drive home lashes had fallen while i was driving, when I got home I noticed more and that I had visible loose lashes laying on my eye lid. I informed her immediately and she offered to replace/repair. With my pending schedule I informed her that I wouldn't be available for a while. We agreed on a date. By the next morning many many more had fallen off leaving obvious spaces and gaps. Informed her again of the situation. Keeping her abreast of the issues. By evening they were a disaster, just over 24hrs after having them applied. At this point I asked for a refund as I didn't feel confident of a reoccurrence. She refused and she also expressed some very colorful accusations against me. We have been in contact several times after the fact and yes I did again agree to allow her to redo them but upon further consideration of her very poor attitude towards my experience, and less than professional behavior after the fact, I again informed her that I was not confident that the same thing wouldn't happen again and requested a refund for the lash service only. She has refused, only will do a corrective service if there's an issue. Can't correct something that doesn't exist. Of course she blames me for not dropping everything in my schedule to have her fix the issue immediately. Even if I could have done as she wanted, the process would not have been a simple "fast fix" Refund still refused. Hopefully others have a more rewarding experience for the expense but my experience has been ugly and very discouraging. She also spoke poorly to me about another client who posted a bad review about her so I'm sure she will also do the same about me. Especially since I initially gave her a great review and have since deleted it.
