The proverbial "final straw" was a "dropped" phone call. In fact, the "provider" I had been calmly and methodically speaking with two minutes before was "busy." She never called back. Drama weeks BEFORE my appointment just because I asked a question and also asked that they stop their incessant texts and emails with conflicting information. More drama trying to get a refund. I never stepped foot in this place. If it was stressful booking and asking a question, I cannot imagine being in that actual office.
