I went to Dr. Taylor for the acne scar resurfacing procedure back in April, and now that my skin is…read morefully recovered for a while, I think it's time to write a review! To whom you have acne scars, you know the struggles. I've done multiple sessions of microneedling, CO2 laser, emateix etc. throughout the past five years. Unfortunately, those procedures did not help too much given how much money I've spent. One day I saw someone posted about subcision is an effective method for rolling scars which is what I have. After some research, I've found Dr. Taylor! I'm so happy I did. I live in the Midwest so the initial consultation was virtual, Dr. Taylor's staff, Sharene was very helpful, efficient and made the consultation smoothly. I flew to Utah for the procedure which included chemical peel, subcision, and fractional ablative laser. The procedure itself seems very scary from all the videos I've seen online, but Dr. Taylor made sure it was painless. One thing to note, during the procedure my lips got dry and Dr. Taylor asked the nurse to put some Vaseline on. That really showed me how much he cares about his patients! I stayed in Utah for a week for the some followups before heading home. My face was red for couple months, and some numbness due to the tumescent anesthesia, but nothing painful. I'd say my skin was fully recovered from the procedure after three months. The improvement on my cheeks is probably 50-60%. The forehead is not so much, but that's a tough area to treat. Overall, I'm happy that I went to Dr. Taylor and I'll definitely return to his clinic for more service!

Overall, the texture of my skin is worse and I am highly disappointed. As nice as they came across, i cannot recommend Dr. Taylor's practice.

My wife and I came for some hot stone massages, not really knowing what they entailed…read more Turns out, while it was of course relaxing, I think both of us would have preferred a more traditional massage. In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services

My son got married this past summer and as a pre-wedding "girls day" my DIL and I booked massages…read morehere for some bonding time and had such an awesome experience! We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I've ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I've never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. Tysm to Jordan and Harmonie for making our pre-wedding girls day so special and helping us relax during all the wedding chaos! Hope to see yall again soon!
