Went in today for a pedicure and full set without an appointment and had someone new for both. The french tip on my toes are uneven, the full set I was supposed to recieve has major flaws. The nail tech took a picture of the design I wanted and did what she could I guess. She did the design in white in the picture it's clearly a lighter pink. I'm not a confrontational person I didn't correct her. She messed up a couple more times and had someone else do the flower. The tech was a nice girl but i believe if the salon knew she wasn't able to do the design I requested I should've been notified and I would've happily came back another day. If I decide to be back I will definitely book with Annie ahead of time so I won't end up with nails I don't even like. I paid $175 with tip included just to not be satisfied.
