This is another one of those silver linings of the pandemic and wanting to find an intimate nail salon, after being tired of walking into random places and having whoever was available perform your service and dictate how well your nails would look. This is the best thing I've found within the past two years, and am so glad. My dip nails always look amazing, no corners are ever cut, the salon and practices are always safe and sanitary, covid safety is a priority and client comfort is most important, and of course nail colors and designs are in abundance!! Kerry loves a good challenge for a design, and loves to make her clients feel 'sexy'-her fave word LOL! My dip nails last incredibly long and are consistent for my monthly appointments. I didn't realize it, but it's actually a bunch of small salons within a salon. Each nail tech, hairdresser, barber, etc. rents out their own little pod within the salon. That makes it sooo nice, Covid safe, and relaxing because you are the only customer. Kerry is extremely personable and she blew me away by remembering me from coming in to her previous salon with my mom and bridesmaids 5 years ago before my wedding! I would go to that salon maybe once or twice a year, so not frequently enough that I thought she would remember me. But, she recognized me even while wearing a mask. And, she was able to recall bits of obscure information from that long ago. Seriously so amazing and the BEST customer service from any service I have ever received.
