He was a sweet talker until he got the job but once he arrived he was extremely rude. 2. He used the wrong tools to fix a dent (instead of pulling it out he beat it from inside with a hammer and then beat around it on the outside leaving scratch marks. 3. When it was time to do the filler, he did a shoddy job, instead of filling and sanding a few time until the surface is smooth he pulled a fast one leaving the surface looking uneven, scratchy and with noticeable depressions. 4. He did not use a primer at all. 5. He did not bring enough paint to cover the full area of damage and haphazardly sprayed the paint. 6. He told me earlier that he is buying 300$ worth of paint and in the end when I asked to leave some paint for me to touch up he even dared to use a racial slur. Included images as proof of his shoddy work. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and find someone else who is a professional.
