They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. Steven Litwin is the shop Foreman and handled everything professionally and was very pleasant to work with. I hope my car is never damaged again but if it is it will only go to Steben's.

It rained and I saw the leak wasn't fix so I called them back. He told me it was probably the residual water from the tests they ran but if I wanted, I could bring my car back in for him to check it out. A week after dropping it off I asked how much longer it would be and they hadn't even touched my car yet. At that point I needed my car to get to work so I picked it up and didn't have the time or money to bring it in for a third time. They never pulled up the carpet to see the source of the leak... But $800, multiple uber rides and stress later I still very much have a leak every time it rains. Turns out it wasn't the residual water!

I reported it to CVS and even pulled out the 12 inch spike to show them. The whole thing was irresponsible and dangerous. Then I needed to get it fixed. I chose Bolton Collision because they were close, had great reviews, could give me a quick estimate and they were kind to me on the phone. Instead of telling me that they had to order a part that would take forever and charge me a fortune, Dave the owner fixed it on the spot for a very low price. If anything ever happens to my car (or I need to go to CVS), this shop will be my go to from here on out. Great people, fantastic service. Then, I noticed what looked like peeling on the hood and front of the car. The Toyota-applied clear coat was coming off , My car was starting to look so bad. A few people gave me names of local auto body shops No one wanted to touch my car because I had not been in an auto accident!! They explained their reasons to me, which of course, were all about money and insurance claims. I was, of course, going to pay for any work but, shame on me, I did not have an accident. Just wanted to fix to the clear coat and have effected areas of my car re-painted. Finally, I was given the name Brothers auto body in Cromwell. Problem solved! My car was beautifully repainted and new clear coat applied. It looks spectacular! No hesitation to give me a reasonable quote, no rejection because I did not have an accident. Just kind, professional treatment from all at Brothers. Special thanks to Sarah, Jacob and Brian for making this whole process run so smoothly. After having the truck for 2.5 weeks we picked it up after being told "the truck is safe, I would let my kids drive it". No sooner did we drive TWO MINUTES down the road the truck broke down. This was right after my son paid $1700 to have fixed. Called the shop and Ruben didn't care anymore he got his money. The other owner came and pulled the truck back to the shop. Long story short after two more times we took the truck . Halfway home the engine light was back on and the truck was leaking oil and tranny fluid. Brought it to the shop and they couldn't believe the work. Wrong radiator was used so they put connectors. They were leaking. The brake line was wrong and the list goes on. THE BIGGES THING.... THE WELDING WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE. IF MY SON HIT 3 LARGE BUMPS THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART! we kept them posted and they asked for a receipt. No problem. It was provided and that was it....they have ignored us. We posted a Google review and they deleted it. They are awful! We are now going to take them to smalls claims court and are reporting them to DMV AND the department of consu.er protection. DONT DO BUSINESS. HERE.
