The sections are pretty well organized but the chaos definitely increases on busy days. Mondays and Thursdays have 25% off sales and are busy, along with the weekends. If you'd like it to be quieter and more organized come on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Since there are no changing rooms, wear close fitting clothing so you can try items on over what you're wearing. There are multiple shops like a flea market in between two thrift stores. One side is Value Village the other is Unique Thrift. You will need at least 2 hrs minimum to find something. The prices are too high for me . Idk about you but I'm paying 29.99 for a used dirty Talbots wrap dress. I found 2 Missoni travel cases and called it a day. I stuck around until 10:10am and left after seeing no signs of intent to open (lights were off, doors were locked, no cars in the lot). I encountered a similar situation last month. I'm assuming that they're having issues with staffing, which is understandable since this is a strictly volunteer-run operation. I wish that they would update their socials or put up a sign to communicate a change in normal operating hours. It's a shame because I really enjoyed shopping here when I first discovered it a few months ago.
