Said to call Pittboss after 4 long conversations and 8 months I still do not have a working smoker. Each company blames the other and customer stuck in the middle. I've been enjoying it ever since I first came to Katy, which was when we first came to this massive outlet mall. It's clean and spacious and the service is actually pretty nice compared to a couple of the other stores in a region that I didn't like nearly as much. Having said all that, the prices are so ridiculous and I really don't find much compared to regular Nike pricing. I don't know when they got so expensive, and the t-shirts and muscle shirts became so claustrophobic with such awful material that I just can't buy them anymore. (And no I didn't gain weight thx, I lost it). I honestly think as they get more expensive, their materials get way cheaper. But life goes on.

Still one of the very best athletic brands though. And Barbie absolutely swears by them. But I think that for some reason the Tanger Outlets have better prices than the Katy Outlets which aren't really outlets in the strictest definition of the word - but Barbie is my outlet. If they put their sizes back where they used to be, this store will get 4 stars. And of course corporate-generated House music is known as Factory House.

I received little to no assistance and was hardly acknowledged when I walked in. I was actively looking at shoes, and the sales associate remained seated at the register without offering help or asking if I needed a size. I found this to be quite rude, as basic customer service would be to acknowledge and assist someone who is clearly browsing. This experience was a sharp contrast to my previous visit and has made me reconsider returning.
