So excited I didn't check to make sure it was the right size. Which leads me to my review....exchanges were easy. Of course I threw away my receipt. Because I'm crazy. However, They were able to find my purchase with my phone number and card I used. THANK YOU! I really wanted those shoes. I exchanged them and bought another pair. Staff was friendly, understanding, and easy to work with. The selection of my favorite brand was ....meh! They did have a better selection on the online store and you can ship to store. The store is spacious and plenty of room to try on shoes. Which I will do from now on. :)

They checked in on us and numerous customers as we were looking through the great selection. They greeted us upon entering the store and told us about the bargains for the day. No matter how many times we asked for help reaching boxes on the upper shelves Nicole never complained, but happily brought over the ladder to assist us. We have never experienced this great of customer service at this location. When we came back today, it was a different crew working. They weren't unfriendly but definitely not the same level of service - we weren't greeted nor did they check in to see how a new shoe hunt was going. We will be back for sure!

It's located on the northbound side of the I-35 feeder at exit 254. There's plenty of parking and it sits right next to Amy's ice cream. The interior reminded me of those souvenir shops you'd find down by the coast where music is playing overhead and you're surrounded by bright colorful clothing from the floor to the ceiling. There's lots of men's, women's and children's activewear along with numerous accessories. You can also find some Austin souvenirs and T-shirts here as well. For those of y'all not 'from round these parts', Tyler's is like a PacSun meets J.C. Penny store (at least to me it is anyway). I generally shop for items for Thing Two at Tyler's as most of the apparel skews toward a specific age demographic which yah gurl aint in. I was looking for a popular brand of shoes that had recently come in a slide with a floral design. I had prepaid for them, so I was there to pick them. While I was there, I looked at a few other sandals and also bought a very nice pair of navy blue with a bit of navy blue sparkle on that sandal part. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the sandals that I purchased online would not fit me. I don't know what I was thinking because slides never do fit my wide foot. I guess I thought they were more like flip-flops but my bad I didn't even open and checked them out while I was at the store. I'm hoping to be able to return them. I did meet the manager and will re-contact him when I get home, but I have no phone service at this time as I am out of the country. I'm very hopeful. I can get the very least due and exchange and apply the amount I paid toward a different style of shoe. There were a huge amount of different shoe design and the sizes were a very good range. I would hazardous that they have a shoe that would fit almost anybody. More more later when I get home from my vacation! More to come-

You see, I…read morehave rather large appendages, sadly, from the ankle down only... my feet have been referred to as Pods, bread loaves, boats and most recently...ships... I've been to three different podiatrists in two states... each one with their own assessment, Orthotics , bigger size, wider , earth shoes and moon shoes.. as the years accumulated, I never understood why my much maligned feet hurt all the time. Bunyons, Morton's Neruoman (damn you Morton!!) the fungus amongus and fromunda.... Until today... I finally understood what each doctor had said to me, because it was explained to me by Mr. Scott at Karavel shoes... I went in today because of a recommendation from my doctor. Little did I know that I would be some of the greatest advice I've ever listened too, like "don't run with scissors " , " you probably shouldn't eat that" and the all time favorite, " Do whatever mom tells you to do" Mr Scott should receive a honorary doctorate from the school of podiatry! Just spoke to me in simple language until the lightbulb came on... I was sized correctly, laces tied correctly, (who knew!?" And left with confidence that some of my foot pain is going to be relieved.... I have so many people I want to bring here and introduce to Mr. Scott.... Especially my sister in law (Frederica Flintstone)

Roari was quick to offer many ideas and suggestions once she heard me say I was frustrated with Nike shoes. She spent a long time and a lot of effort running back and forth finding different colors, fits, styles, and sizes. I literally went from being ready to walk away from Nike shoes permanently to falling in love with a very cute pair of Vapormax 3 flyknits!!! Roari was not only extremely helpful but also relatable, enjoyable, caring, and excited to help me solve my shoe dilemma. I couldn't give her enough props for her amazing customer service and will seek her out any time I have shoe questions in the future. Give this amazing dedicated employee a raise!! They have a stack of 40 double tubes with a giant sign saying buy one get one 50% off. So I get two…read moreand take them up there. Doesn't ring up the discount. I point to the sign 30 feet away. She asks me to go take a picture of it, which I do. Then she says it only applies to the single tubes. They have no single tubes. Why create a display with the wrong items under a sale sign and then play games? It's either incompetence or fraud. Either way, I left them with the cart full at the register and they lost my business. This is why Amazon is taking over the world.
