Zoe was the sales assistant. She was knowledgeable and being young, she related well to him. She was exactly what we needed. She examined his foot, watched how he walked and ran carefully, pointed out details in his foot and in his hair that I never would've noticed and then brought out several pairs as well as inserts. She was very sweet and patient and knew how to get a rather reserved not to actually describe how each shoe felt. She made the purchase worth every single penny. Went in today to get fitted after seeing great reviews. Both of the staff members were busy with other customers (which was fine) but they never even acknowledged us. The store is very small, and we were walking all around them. They never took the time to greet us, tell us they would be with us soon...nothing. My toes are so much happier!!! When I arrived at Fleet Feet my toes were covered with blisters and moleskin. They took their time checking out my flat feet, narrow heels and my gait. He chose shoes that were right for me and brought out a selection for me to try. I tried on quite a few pairs before we settled on the perfect pair for me as well as a couple of new pairs of socks (more help for the blistered toes) and some insoles so that I could get some extra depth in the heel cup. I wanted to thank Graham for helping me find a replacement set of running shoes tonight. I'm gearing up for my 4th or 5th Austin Cap10K, and my old Nikes were getting tired. But I had heard great things about Fleet Feet on Yelp and Google, and I put Graham to the test. I asked him if I really needed a new pair of shoes, and I brought them inside to show him. He looked at the tread, the hole on the top of one shoe, and asked me if I had any new pains or aches while running. I said no. He then said I probably did not really need a pair of new ones. Then he proceeded to spend the next 30 or 40 minutes showing me many shoes after watching me walk and observe my skeleture and gait. He also showed me some new pre-run stretches and a new technique to foot-strike during my runs. I told him I did not want to waste his time, because I was not sure I would buy a pair, and I certainly did not want to pay the $120-150 price tag for the name brands (even though I know it is reasonable and I have spent that much before). So Graham listened and went back and found several pairs of high quality brand shoes on the sale rack. Finally we found the perfect pair, and I bought them. I came in on 9/11/16 around 1:20pm. If your looking for great running shoes, that fit your feet perfectly, definitely go here! Both my mom and I were looking for some help in buying shoes because most places we have gone to just try to sell you the newest shoe and don't care about fitting you in the shoe that works best for your type of feet. They had me walk so they could see how my feet move, measured both of my feet and had me try on a couple different pairs. They were so amazing in helping me find the perfect shoes for my feet. I ended up purchasing two shoes. Both of the girls Chloe and Zoey gave amazing customer service and really cared about fitting both my mom and I into the correct shoe for our feet.
