Bought a CBR250R from here roughly 4 weeks/ a month ago. Paid about market value or a little more at $2500 and it came with a 30 day "bumper to bumper" warranty, with an option to extend. Their used inventory is inspected before they buy it, so my ownership has been super nice haha. The dealership is overall nice and welcoming. My experience with this place has been nothing but troubling. For starters I bought a brand new 1,500 Polaris from here. When I had brought it back home the door handles were not working and you had to push in on the door really hard to open it and the seat belt sensor was broke. Secondly I tried leaving it outside and when I went out the next day there was rain all inside of it. That was all from the seal that they never fixed on the recall they had for it. Lastly I had brought it back after trying to fix the handle and it not working and when it came back it was still the same, both the seal and the handles broken and leaking . Then it was brought back again where it stayed there for a month and two weeks and when it was returned the handles worked and the seal was still leaking because they never sealed it properly again!! They did fix the seat belt issue and the handles after a very long time. Hopefully they send someone to fix it like they said. read more

if I could leave Flemington Powersports zero stars, I would. They do not deserve one star. I can see by previous reviews, I'm not alone. The manufacturers (which I am writing to--everyone of them) should no longer do business with this establishment. They are certainly not customer forward facing. My son and I went in on a Saturday to inquire about a 660 Aprilla. They didn't have the one he wanted in their shop, but Brian (relatively new in his rol) said he would call around to see if he could find one and get back to us by COB that day. Keeping in mind Brian was the bright spot of Flemington Powersports; nice, professional, customer forward facing, and a good listener. However, Brian, again new in his role, had no decision making power. Anyhow, we never heard back from Flemington Powersports and my son ended up calling them that following Tuesday. Here is where it gets real... They transfer him to the "Finance Manager", Amanda. Amanda seemed to be bothered that we were following up, but said it was all good, they located the bike he wanted, and we were good at the previously agreed price, but the interest would be 13.9% with $8k down and my son's 760 credit rating. I thought it was time I meet Amanda. Upon reaching her, I asked her to explain how could this be the case? Good credit, $8k down on a $12k bike, how did we end up on 13.9% interest. She threatened to hang up if I didn't lower my voice. At no time did I raise my voice, I simply asked logical questions, that she was not use to receiving. She then goes into that was the "first offer". To which I replied; "does Flemington Powersports only deal with one lending institution?" Her retort: "When did I say that?" "You didn't say it, I'm just wondering why you'd stopped at 13.9% if you could get a better rate for a customer that's bringing you business? "You're not the customer and I'm not going to talk to you about this". "Ok, your choice if you don't want to talk-- but I feel Flemington Powersports and Its partners, have predatory lending practices if this is what they're doing." "I didn't do a hard check on his credit, so the rates could change." "We are here to purchase a motorcycle, why wouldn't you do a hard check if the in inquiry resulted to a 13.9% interest rate?" Back and forth we went with no understanding of her actions, nor did I get a logical explanation. We ended the discussion with Amanda telling me she will no longer discuss this topic with me as my son is the client He's not a client of Flemington Powersports and it's my recommendation that you do not spend your hard earned money on a company that works with banks to take advantage of potential customer. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as their business practices need to be investigated. read more

i ordered parts on 10-28. I was told via email they would be delivered by 11-10. 11-10 rolled around and no communication and no parts. I called the place and told them I wanted to cancel the order due to the fact that the parts did not arive. after being hung up on 3 times i was finally told that the order was canceled. next day I received an email saying that part of my order was being shipped after it was canceled. terible company. This is honestly the first bad ratings I've ever given any business. I try to see the good in people's effort at the least. However, I would very simply hate to see others have as terrible as an experience as I had. I don't wish that on anyone. I bought a quad on fb marketplace and I brought it to them to do a complete tuneup and break replacement. I made an appointment a month out from when I called and I dropped off the quad for the scheduled day and time. How long does this kind of thing take? A week or two was what I thought. It ended up taking 3 MONTHS to get my quad back. The excuse was that they were under staffed. Every time I called they were supposedly working on it and had it out right now. Yeah ok They quoted me as much as I paid for the quad for the full tune up and brake replacement. I simply didn't understand why it was so expensive. After fighting with them to pick up my quad after 3 months, I chalked it up as a big loss. I argued to get some money back. Like 15% of what I think was an absurd price. I paid and got out of there. Lastly, they left my quad in the sun so the plastic is now damaged by 3 months of summer sun and the hardware is all rusted. Overall the worst service I've ever gotten. Ordered parts from skidooparts.com somehow order got sent to this place. Ordered on Nov 20, estimated ship 11-28, called on 11-30, said parts will be shipping out on 12-1. No part's received. Called back on 12-15 said parts will ship today, no parts received. Called back on 12-21, said they were originally waiting on parts to come in, (which was never told this to this date), said we have all 3 parts you ordered and will ship it out expedited to receive on Tuesday 12-26, 1 part received on 12-27. Call to figure out where other parts are and they will not answer now, and phone says, your call cannot be transferred and to call back! Avoid this place at all costs as many others have already stated in their reviews as well. Terrible customer service. read more

First let me clarify that GoSeadooParts.com is also XtremePowersports.com, and FlemingtonYamaha.com which are all run by Flemington Circle Yamaha Kawasaki. I ordered some Sea-Doo parts from GoSeadooparts.com on July 19, 2018. I received a tracking number on July 26th, 2018. On August 1st 2018, the tracking information still had not been updated. The information said "pre-shipment"... "shipping information received. USPS awaiting item". I called GoSeadooParts.com the phone went through to voicemail three times during normal business hours. On the fourth try a representative picks up. Says "Flemington Yamaha" and asks me "online or in store". I said online and he said "Let me transfer you to the fulfillment department". I was left on hold for 18 minutes 51 seconds before the same person picked back up and said "fulfillment department". I told him I ordered parts 12 days ago and they hadn't shipped. He said the parts were picked up by the post office and that they must not have been scanned but they were probably being delivered to me the same day. I was put on another 15min + hold while they "called the USPS". The representative came back on the phone and said I'm still sorting this out let me call you back. I told the guy I really needed these parts. That I had sold the jet ski and I needed to instal the parts before the customer would take delivery. He said he understood. I never received a call back but I was issued a new tracking number and the parts mysteriously left Flemington Yamaha the same day. On August 4th, 2018 the parts arrived. I was in the driveway when the US postal worker arrived. He was carrying a tiny box. I said to myself there is no way all the parts are there. One of the parts I ordered was a 6' long reverse cable. I opened the box and the first thing I saw was a notice that some of my parts were backordered. Had I known that I would have canceled the order. The reverse cable was in the box but someone had coiled it into a tiny circle and them taped it like crazy to get it to fit in this undersized box. When I cut the tape the reverse cable shot out of the package like a Jack in the Box and hit me square between the eyes. It took me a second or two to process what had happened then I felt blood trickling down my face... Ultimately the customer service sucked, the communication sucked, the timing sucked, they packaging sucked and I didn't even get all my parts. I'm sure the process of getting refunded for the backordered parts will also not be pleasant. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. (Photos of all of the above attached) read more

If zero stars was an option I would choose it. I walked in a few months ago to ask if my Tuono V4 had warranty (that's it). The guy working at the counter was not friendly at all, and immediately judged me when I walked through the door. After a long search, and with a very sarcastic tone, they reluctantly gave me a date. When I inquired about what the warranty covered, they didn't even have an answer for me. Absolutely clueless employees who look like they're being forced to work there. Called multiple times to reserve a bike, kept forwarding my call to other people and "claiming" they're very busy at them moment. I drive over to the shop to find it completely empty. I walk in to buy the bike at around 1, I didn't leave the store until 4ish with no bike. My friend previously bought this bike a week ago, so I knew the price after taxes. They had it marked up an extra 700$ of these hidden fees. When I questioned it, they said whoops and fixed the price. This place is a joke and tries to take advantage of you. I have nothing but nice things to say about this dealership. I have been in the market for a pit bike for my soon to be 13 year old son. I have done my research prior to arriving at the dealership and was aware of what the going rate was for the bike. From the minute I walked in the door they were so helpful and respectful to my son and I. The man gave us a great deal and treated us very very fair. The buying process was simple and fast by the time I was done with the paperwork the bike was ready to go. I was not fully prepared to buy the bike and didn't have the correct straps to hold it safely in my truck the dealer so kindly gave me a pair and we were on our way. The guys were helpful until it came to financing... then that backtracked on the promotion (first it was 2.99% and it turned into 11.99%) they initially gave me to an extremely high APR. Update: Two weeks after getting the bike, Flemington calls me to check if everything is going alright with my bike and if I had any questions or concerns and to thank me again for my business. Head elsewhere for anything SeaDoo! We have 2 brand new 2018 GTX model boats ($30k purchase) that were sold to us (only went here because they had the boats in stock when nobody else did around us). 1. They don't take credit cards without up-charging you 2. It's going to feel like they have no interest in selling you anything, very take it or leave it attitude (totally obnoxious) 3. Zero selection of trailers On top of that they were never put together correctly- one idles way too high and the other's steering is bad (taken in for service, still not fixed), shipping stickers still left on half scraped off, and all 4 mirrors fell off... yes, all 4 mirrors. Of course that's no big deal and easily fixed with some double sided tape but COME ON it was clearly not installed correctly. After getting boats back from service one of the instrument clusters rattled off the boat while driving because they didn't reattach it. On top of all of the ski based problems had to rewire the pathetic trailer they sold me because it wasn't put together correctly nor grounded (I was told this model was the only one they could get in stock for weeks) and it didn't even come with rear straps...... Overall awful experience, I have never had a worse experience buying anything-from trucks to groceries ***update: Cross Country Powersports in Metuchen, NJ serviced and rebuilt our skis and they're perfect now. The guys down there are absolutely unbelievable and I am happy to say we now have fully functioning great Sea Doos! read more

Dealership and service fall short in every aspect. I brought my two Kawasaki jet skis in for winterization; received them back literally missing parts. I guess another customer needed my parts more than I did. To add to it.... jet skis were filled with water- not salt away as they had claimed and my plugs were rusted- motor was never fogged. Not to mention the service was significantly more expensive than my previous dealer. To add to their stellar service, today 3/4/18 we went to the showroom to to purchase a new atv. (My dealer was closed and we want it for the coming storm). On entry ge salesman was too busy on his computer to even introduce himself or merely acknowledge our presence. I assume he didn't want to make too much noise and wake the other employee we saw sleeping in the back. When we finally and uncomfortably gain his attention he was then short and had no intention of actually selling a machine for a price that our other dealer is offering it for-sorry fleminginton yamaha... you have missed out on the $7,000 cash in our pocket for a machine that is listed for 5k and wanted to take home with us today. Called to see how they would take care of this and was told someone would get back to me the very next day, after no calls or email I called them at the end of the day and was put on hold over and over again (over 50 mins on hold). gave up and called my CC company instead. After my old dealership closed, and the prior dealership in Pennsylvania was less than honest in dealing with me, I have been very pleased with service provided at Flemington Kawasaki. The parts/service guy Rick has always been very helpful and the maintenance on my Kawasaki Concours has always met my high standards for service. The original dealership in Pennsylvania would not install any product they didn't sell, and there were normal items I purchased with the bike which they told me were on "back order". That was pure B.S., as I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped the parts the very next day, after having been deceived by that dealer for over a month after purchasing the bike. On the other hand, Flemington Kawasaki has always met my needs. I greatly appreciate their fine staff and reliable, reasonably priced service. Many thanks! read more

I took my recently purchased 13' Honda CBR here to get serviced, and the loose shift lever fixed. I was told it would be done that day multiple times and it wasn't. I ended up stopping in and picking up the bike the next day to my surprise the bike was finished but no one ever called to tell me. When I looked at the repair order they didn't fully repair the loose shift lever, they only put a new washer and bolt in to "temporarily" fix the problem. I took the bike there to get it fixed not to temporarily rig it. As I was riding home the entire shift linkage came undone when I down shifted going around a turn at 45 mph. This was extremely dangerous and I could have been hurt. I'm a local in Flemington and I will never use this dealer to service any of my motorcycles nor would I recommend anyone else use them. read more

I ordered a plastic part for a ski-doo snowmobile online. The only communication I received was the order confirmation, waited a month with nothing from them. I called 8 times and left 4 messages, I cancelled the order by message because they have NEVER answered a call. The only thing they managed to pull off was billing my credit card. I have filed a dispute on that charge. If I could give zero stars I would!!! Steer clear of this junk business!!! I cant believe I wasted a month trying to do business with this flim-flam operation. In October I purchased a brand new 2020 Polaris Sportsman 450 from this dealer. Once home, and on the first ride the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and they said the person I needed to speak to "Ricky" was gone for the day and to call back tomorrow. I called the following morning and Ricky told me to bring it down and they would take a look at it, or offered to come pick it up (but he couldn't get it for about 5 days). So I borrowed a truck again and ramps, loaded it up and brought it over. They looked at it, said the connections might be dirty, opened it up and cleaned it out. I'm not sure why anything in a sealed compartment would be dirty on a machine that I picked up with 0 hours on it but hey, they're the professionals. Loaded it up and brought it home. The following week the engine light came on again. This time I was able to check it myself (which the dealership told me I was unable to do) and saw that it was the same error. I called the dealer again & Ricky was gone for the day, so I left a message with the person who answered and asked him to call me. The following day I still had not gotten a call back, so at around 2pm I tried calling. I waited on hold for 30 minutes until Ricky finally got to me. I told him the issue and he told me that it was a warrantied part and he would order me a replacement (around 1 week). I also confirmed that he would be able to pick the machine up, which he said he could. 3 weeks later, still no contact from Ricky or anyone. I called back, and after a long wait was able to talk to Ricky who said the part would be there the following business day and they could pick up the machine the day after (between 1pm and 3pm). On that day, at around 5pm I still had not heard from them and no one came for the quad. I called and the person on the phone said they would be there today. At around 6:30pm they did show up and take the quad. A week later Ricky called me and said the quad was ready for pickup, and that the part had been swapped out under warranty. I was confused because I was under the impression they would be dropping the quad off as they had picked it up. Ricky advised me that under Polaris' warranty transport was not covered and I would have to pay the shop to drop it off. I asked why I wasn't told this to begin with, and he said they picked it up for me because they had a truck in the area. If I knew this beforehand, I would have called the dealer that is closer to my house to transport it there, instead of the one over 20 minutes from my house. I reminded him that I purchased the quad brand new and it had an issue from the first ride, and asked if their shop would deliver it back to me and cover the transport. He again said they would not. So once more I borrowed a truck and ramps and went and got my quad. While there I attempted to speak to the owner of the establishment and was directed to an older gentleman sitting in an office. I knocked on the door and asked if he had a minute to speak, which his answer was "I guess". I told him I wanted to tell him my experience that I had at his place, to which he cut me off and told me he was in charge of finance, and if I had an issue with the shop I had to speak to Ricky. I let him know that Ricky and the shop was the issue I was having and asked if Ricky's boss was available to voice my concerns to him or her directly. The man said that Ricky was the boss and he didn't have someone higher than him because "it's a corporation" before turning back to his computer, signaling the end of the conversation. I loaded up my quad and will never set foot back here again. If I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing, I likely would not have stepped foot in it the first time. I don't think what I asked for is unreasonable, a little communication and transporting the defective quad they sold me would have made it right. And I would have brought it back for future services. The establishment is extremely unprofessional and their communication is abysmal. I wholeheartedly caution anyone thinking of going to this business. read more

I got the kit I requested online for about $15. The Second time I called ahead to ask them if they could test an electric part for me, which I was told wouldn't be a problem at all. All they cared about was getting the sale, once the SidexSide was purchased it has been having a bunch of faulty parts and even came assembled wrong which caused the two little girls it was purchased for to have an accident while riding in the trails. They were extremely rude in solving our problem and another employee whos name I did not get was just there standing next to us just looking at laughing at us as we described our problems with the vehicle to Ricky. This same employee had wanted the cops to be called when we walked in and began speaking about our problem. I felt as if we were being discriminated due to the color of our skin. He must have thought that by saying that he was gonna calls the cops he could just scare us off as if we were doing anything wrong. It seems as if they have been trying to let the warranty run out so they can claim they cannot help. This store is being run terribly, no compassion for the problems of its customers. OEM Yamaha parts: Took 12 days after my account was hit for them to even give me a tracking # and I have yet to receive my order almost two weeks later after being charged. I've ordered things from China (freeking literally) and gotten them in less than three weeks. And these were not off the wall parts.... they were basic stuff....wear items.....plastic chain guides on a Yamaha WR250R. Seriously.... if they don't have it on the shelf, and you better check. Then there is no advantage to ordering from here, than your nearest local Yamaha dealer . And from experience... even though Yamaha makes world class products...... their dealer network kind of sucks, as they either do little to support them, or more likely, they have little to no accountability standards.
