Dr. Jaguan explained the exams that were needed prior to performing them, was kind, patient and clearly incredibly skilled in making what could be very uncomfortable examinations quite easy to tolerate. He answered all of my questions and provided insight. Informative, skilled and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Jaguan.

The study only confirmed it. The few times I've seen him I've had great experiences. I wish I could say the same for his staff, who have proven to be entirely unhelpful to the point of absolute frustration. I recently switched insurance companies, which meant I needed to get my CPAP supplies from a new medical supplier. My insurance provider hooked me up with someone to aide me in the transition between suppliers. The very first thing she had to do to get the ball rolling was contact Dr. Dougherty's office to get my sleep study results and CPAP prescription so she can send them to a supplier that takes my insurance. Again, this is step one of the process, and a fairly simple step at that. She and I have been calling and emailing Dr. Dougherty's office a couple times a week each for the past 3 weeks and we are no closer to getting my prescription and study results. No one responds to emails, and calls get routed to different departments where, inevitably, our requests are left to die and rot on a voicemail service that, apparently, no one ever checks. No one ever seems to be at their desks. On a couple of occasions, I've been told my information will be sent along to someone who will get back to me shortly. Surprise, surprise: they never do and likely never will. This is one of the most baffling and infuriating things I've ever experienced with a doctor's office. I'm astounded a task so simple has been so difficult to perform. I'd love to recommend Dr. Dougherty, but I just can't because doing so would mean you would have to deal with his awful, miserable office workers who refuse to do their jobs.

I went for my first visit last week and I only waited 5 minutes before being called in. I have had sinus related issues for years including post nasal drip and most recently horrible sinus headaches and pressure. I have seen many ENT doctors over the years but none that really stuck out to me as great doctors. Dr. Vivero was very nice and actually listened to me when I was explaining my symptoms. After being misdiagnosed with sinusitis by another doctor, taking antibiotics I did not need, and suffering for weeks with debilitating pain above my eye he finally gave me a correct diagnosis. It turns out I have cluster headaches and he referred me to a neurologist. I am so relieved to finally know what is wrong with me. At least now I have a plan for treatment as before coming here I was starting to feel hopeless. A few days after my visit the doctor actually called me to see how I was feeling. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by this as I do not think a doctor has ever called me to check up on me. I cannot recommend him enough as not only does he provide excellent bedside manner but he is also extremely knowledgeable.
