She went in on her own- and is older, so seemingly naive, right? DAN told her it was in the sidewall and that she needed FOUR new tires (not just two for the front). Her tires weren't old at all. She ordered them for arrival and told me what had transpired. Well, I just knew that screw was not in the sidewall. It was nowhere NEAR! So I asked her to go to Tire Warehouse, where they confirmed as much, and patched it for nothing. Pretty sure they refused to charge her. She canceled the tires Dan ordered, which turned out to be poor quality anyhow. What a disappointing experience. Shame on you, Dan!!
