Interpersonal skills somewhat lacking. Did not inspire a lot of confidence. (2) Was recommended new tires (Nexen CP672) that should not have been recommended. Researched afterwards and found that reviews were unanimous in that these tires were not to be used in wintry conditions. I live in Vermont, so will try to survive the next two or three winters before replacing.   (3) Was not informed about waiting area (hidden behind row of tires). Instead, sat on dirty worker's chair outside of building. (4) Advertisement on counter says free check of battery, brake lines, belts, fluids, filters, and more. Upon inquiry, however, told that Tire Warehouse only checks battery. That's false advertising. Will try Brattleboro Tire next time.

I thought maybe I'd messed up my alignment and I called JB Auto. They were well aware of this kind of issue and assured me that washing it well at the car wash would fix everything. After trying a quick wash, I was still seeing the shaking steering wheel, so I called to setup an appointment. They told me to try it again and be more thorough with my cleaning and it did indeed clear everything up. I post this just to point out the honesty and decency that they displayed. Instead of fixing the issues they charged me $200 to confirm that indeed the truck was throwing a code and the block heater cord needed replace (they originally wanted $400). I spent an hour there as well as the $200 and my vehicle still needs repair. They did indicate that if I had the work done I would get the $200 credited to the bill. The estimate was outrageous! Over $400 to replace a FILTER. Remove 8 bolts and install a $130 part, reverse the process. Maybe 1/2 hour of labor. NO way! Again go somewhere else!
