Went there a few days ago. Used one of their vacuums and selected the turbo setting. It was anything but turbo. I would say the vacuum sucked but it was just the opposite. When I mentioned it to the young man who was collecting money all he said was "sorry". Then he told me their foam brush wasn't working so the only wash option was the basic wash. The wash was as bad as the vacuum. Very little soap during the wash cycle. My car didn't look like it just went through a car wash. I will never use this car wash again! read more

other car washes are taken away your business because your tunnel is broken brushes are hydraulics are not working. There's mold everywhere. Not good for your employees. The kids work very hard. They could be making a lot more tips if the owner would step up and either close it down or do the repairs needed? I feel like when I got there the young men are working really hard. They wear masks, even the ones who have no customer contact and I think that is awesome. It's great that they scrub your car at the entrance, you run through the wash, then get a towel dry at the end. It gives me a (nearly) spot free wash. Hence the 4 stars. if I could put zero stars I could. I drive a 1990 ford f250 with a factory visor. I did not put this on my truck. i pulled up and paid and nobody told me my visor was wrong. they have a sign that states they are not responsible for aftermarket sun visors which I don't have, but long story short my visor got ripped off and it smashed my roof. the manager told me my truck was worthless and he would never compensate me for my 300 dollar factory visor or my destroyed roof. read more

Horrible experiences at this car wash. The first time I went there was good but every time since had been very very bad!!!! It was a busy day and they pulled me in bumper to bumper and had the rollers coming so quick I didn't even have my truck in neutral. They brush your vehicle before they even spray it. I always get the ultimate and tip 3.00 and my rims look like crap. The tailgate is always dirty. They slam the soap brush on the window so hard it feels like they're going to crack it. They need to hire some new people that care about doing a good job. read more

Took my car to get washed and upgraded to the Ultimate wash. As I was going through there was very little soap and the "foamy rainbow" soap did not come out at all. I pulled around and one of the gentlemen that works there said they probably did not hit the right button so they would send me through for a rewash. When I got in line a different person came out a manager, and said they will not honor it because I do this all the time. True...it did happen ONE other time and there was another truck that did not get soap as well. Then the owner Cory came out and started yelling at me saying no one else had this issue and it was only me. Not my problem if people do not speak up and the reason they probably do not is because the owner Cory will come out and yell at them. There are a lot of other car wash businesses in Brighton so we will find another one that I am sure will gladly take our business. And trust me when I say this, I will tell everyone I know, whether it is in person or on social media, not to use your business!! I would not recommend this car wash for two simple reasons: One, you are not getting the car wash that you paid for and two, the owner Cory is a bully, yells at his customers and is mean. I usually wash my car myself, but due to arthritis it's getting too difficult and painful. So, I thought I'd treat my car to your most expensive wash today. I've never been to your auto wash before and I'll NEVER come back again! As I was getting the cash out of my wallet, the younger guy yelled at me to pull my car up and startled me. (Before this, they were busy spraying the car ahead of mine so I thought I had a minute to pull the cash out of my wallet ahead of time for the guy collecting the money) I showed him that I was getting money out of my wallet and he threw his hands in the air with a mean face like a guy would do when initiating a fight with another male??? This is how they treat a lady, my word. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I went up to them after my wash to let them know I didn't appreciate being treated that way and they continued with the disrespectful, unfriendly, NON-customer service centric attitude. At this point, I turned and walked away never to return again! In looking at other reviews of this business, I observed that others have had similar encounters. This is not right! I'd say more but, I fear it will just fall on deaf ears and blind eyes. (P.S. Had a horrible experience at Rainbow this morning. Needed a wash so pulled in, but remembered that I had seen something hanging down under my hood so I wanted to ask if they could turn off the undercarriage wash. Never got a chance to even ask. The attendant was very, very unfriendly and rude. Didn't pull up all the way because I was leaving room to pull around if I needed. Attendant wouldn't acknowledge my waves for him to come to me instead of me pulling all the way up. Maybe 8 ft. walk to my car and he wasn't willing to do it - just kept waving me in. When he finally came to my car he said "do you want a car wash or not', tried to ask my question but didn't get a chance. He told me I was wasting his time. Guy was taking payments for several vehicles before they entered the car wash. I gave the guy my card and he put it in his pocket and continued to collect fees from cars behind me. When it was my turn to enter the car wash, I told the guys pre washing cars that I needed to get my card back before I entered. They told me I had to move forward anyways. I told them i wanted my credit card back first. At that time the guy collecting money told me that "if I had paid with cash this wouldn't be happening". Sounds like someone was skimming off the top. So my wife convinced me to just move forward without my card as to not make a big scene. I exited the car wash and got out to ask two other guys where my card was. At first one guy said he didn't know. So I told him I would wait there until I received it. He then proceeded to tell me it was on the curb, out by Grand River Ave. I asked him to get it for me and he refused. My wife got out of the car to get the credit card, and at the same time, the guy collecting money came over to me and said he was the owner and to get off his property. He grabbed his phone and starting filming me, my wife and the car. In the back ground I could hear the other employees swearing at me and my wife. Classy. All because I wanted my credit card back. Once my wife got the card and was in the car, i got in the car and left. I would actually like to hear from the real owner of this business. i Got my truck washed about 10 today and looked at it When I got to Meier and it looked like a 5 year old washed the back end. So I returned after shopping. the place was dead. After showing them their terrible wash job they af pre-sprayed it and smacked my mirror into the folded position with the broom. After my second wash the guy dried it and I tipped another 3$ and asked him to make sure the back was clean. He returned to say honestly you need to run it through again. I said no thanks and went to self spray wash and spent another 5$ getting my truck clean. Last time ever going there. Cost 12$ for a wash and 3$ twice and 5 more finishing their job. read more

I went to the rainbow auto wash and this blonde guy with glasses went right up to my car,without rinsing it, with a brush. I stopped him immediently and asked that they rinse my car down first before brushing (to avoid scratching duh). I asked Blake (taking my money) to tell him to please stop. Blake just said "yeah" and didn't do anything so I rolled my window down and asked him to not scratch my car. Both Blake and the blond kid seemed incompetent. Then there was no rinse off at all- they just sent me through on the conveyor - no rinse or brush. I won't be back to this location ever- teach your employees how to *half* properly wash a car. Went there this morning at 720...closed. 2nd problem... depending who u get to dry ur car post wash, the car can look great or have droplets all over it. I watch the guys dry the car before me and it always looks pretty half hearted at best. Not sure y they're there if they're not going to try to get the car dry. Will never go here again! Has really gone downhill in the last few years. They never get the bugs off the front of the vehicle & they don't do a very good job of drying either. Went yesterday & they didn't even get all of the bird crap off on the back passenger side. I called to complain & the Manager, Steven basically accused me of lying & offered no solution to the problem. He said I should of came back immediately. This is a pretty nice car wash. The line gets a little long sometimes but if you're not in a hurry they do a great wash with expected prices. Never had anything break off my cars and the wet wipe they give me before i go in is great for freshening up my interior while i roll through. Only complaint is kind of hit and miss, they just need to change the drying towels a little more often so they don't leave streaks. All around good wash for $5-$10. read more

I've been a loyal customer for 14 yrs., however, the past two visits, I've had bad experiences. I have chrome wheels & appreciate being guided in (considering my wheels can get scratched). The gentleman waved me in without looking at my car, chatting with a coworker. I don't appreciated being yelled at, as if I don't know how to put my car in neutral. This has happened twice. The rails damaged my rims. I followed the employee's guidance while entering and still gauged them really bad. Also, almost all of the bugs were still stuck to the front end of my car. So much for the guarantee that they would be removed. Please make this right, I mentioned the damage to an employee and was basically laughed at.
