Parking is not a hassle, and it is relatively cheap compared to other parking places in the greater LA area. Parking here is merely $1 per hour, with a $3 maximum. If you're a student here, you'll have everything you need: gym, food options, and grocery nearby. I imagine housing around this area is not too pricy. The surrounding area looks pretty safe. I've never seen any sketchy people hanging out nearby. I've mostly seen USC graduate students and students from other institutions here. This place is one of several commercial areas in Alhambra.

Even if i was early, Fil wasn't there even at 1:27 when I decided to leave after Fil told me he would be cancelling the appointment since I didn't like the fact that he wasn't even on the premise towards the end of our appointment for a 1pm to 1:30pm tour, your representative wasn't even there at 1:27pm. and not only was he late. he attacked me, said it was my fault. rude and offensive since the moment I answered the phone the first time. I called their number over 5 times to try to get help from someone else. never once did they answer, i sent an email with my concerns and got no reply.
