I wandered freely among many floors. There were many, many expensive and unattended items, way too accessible for how posh it appears. It would have been easy to take several cases of wine coolers and head out on one of their free beach cruisers. Anyone can walk in at anytime, uninterrupted. Smaller, less ritzy workshare spaces don't allow this. Hopefully the paying clientele here is aware The Row is spitting distance from Skid Row, and any freak off the street like me can come in. Keep your head on a swivel and your apple products in sight.

We shopped around for shared space that we could use once a week, and Spaces by far was the best deal. The parking was straight across from the building and very convenient if we had a meeting with guests. The first 2 hours are free with a $12 daily max. It was also a plus to be able to have the Row DTLA shops and restaurants near by for lunch. The facility also felt pretty safe when walking around. When we had to cancel the membership, it was really easy to do with no hassle online. Would sign up with them again.

Right off the bat he says he is on his way, clearly still driving, and said he'd be there in 5 minutes. The tour was supposed to end at 1:30pm and i had my time carefully planned. I waited over 10 minutes before giving him a call back at 1:2 to ask where he is. this is where he immediately begins to give me attitude, telling me if i was strapped for time, i shouldn't have been 7 minutes late. Even if i was early, Fil wasn't there even at 1:27 when I decided to leave after Fil told me he would be cancelling the appointment since I didn't like the fact that he wasn't even on the premise towards the end of our appointment for a 1pm to 1:30pm tour, your representative wasn't even there at 1:27pm. and not only was he late. he attacked me, said it was my fault. rude and offensive since the moment I answered the phone the first time. I called their number over 5 times to try to get help from someone else. never once did they answer, i sent an email with my concerns and got no reply. Need better screening of your staff and to have someone actually answer your phone number.

The manager on-site, Ochuwa, was very friendly and set me up with a parking spot the first day I walked in to check out the facility. Their lot is gated, which can be accessed by entering a key code that is given after signing up. A deposit is required to rent a space, which is returned through mail by check. Would definitely store my car here again if I'm out of town for long.
