The insurance is Fraud too, will never respond or payout a claim. They will only take your money. I had a unit with 2 concrete walls and the third wall that is shared with the neighboring unit is made of drywall. Which is actually a very cheap way of doing things, should be metal. Well the first time I found the infestation in 2022 I made a claim and nothing, no response at all. Had to throw out a ton of items. Afterwards I had the unit cleaned and even swept. Well went this weekend to move out of the storage and long and behold another rodent infestation but 100 times worst even now. And the first time I even found a dead mouse. Now this time I had to throw away so many items. But what was upsetting was I had to throw away my blanket I've had since my childhood and I no longer have either one of my parents. Here they charge you a good amount to rent. So when you pay for a facility to store your valuable items you expect your items to be there in the condition you stored them in. You don't expect to come back and have to throw away your items. And when I called them to let them know, the guy in the office tried to gaslight me and somehow blame me. Like we don't know what you store??? Are you serious???? Take responsibility as a business to have the proper maintenance to not have a serious rodent infestation!!!!

It's the fees that accumulate whenever and whatever the cost was stressful for me. I was homeless while renting the unit and the staff constantly threatened me with auction and lien fees when the grace period was not even up. Causing confusion and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend anyone to rent here if they don't have a money tree growing in their backyards

Never heard back after a week and when I called was told a physical letter was mailed back in May. I also asked for a credit because this was outrageous. Never did I receive a letter because I would have made a quick decision to cancel & find another storage place. Like many writing with the same issue on Yelp, not only is this price hike absurd but also seems illegal. Still waiting to hear back from Management US Storage Centers regarding this matter as I was told.
