I had to unexpectedly rent a storage unit after an emergency flooding issue. I got there 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday night (I felt bad but I really had to) - and Ricky and Nick could not have been more helpful or friendly. They truly made the whole awful flooding experience much easier for me and it was so greatly appreciated. That quality of service given the circumstances is quite rare I would say. If you're looking for a storage unit in the area, this has got to be the best one by a long shot.

Fortunately, i received a response from the kind people at Storbox the only day I had left before the land lady was going to have everything junked. I feel terrible for forgetting her name but the very courteous, professional woman at Storbox that greeted me was a real life saver. It was late in the day, they were open for 1 more hour and she was able to go over contract details, storage unit sizes/prices and standard grounds procedures/protocols so efficiently that I was still able to return to my new unit within operating hours and achieve my goal of having all my items safely and securely relocated by the days end. There are multiple storage location options in Pasadena but Storbox was the one to come through in my time of need and I can confidently recommend this location without a doubt.

Linda is a SAINT among SINNERS. Linda knows her job. She is both extremely professional and very friendly. It's nice to work w/someone who both understands their job technically and can also empathize w/ the ordeal you are going thru. I called in- was treated w/ respect and kindness. I showed up and she greeted me w/ a smile, asked me what my moving needs were and assessed the situation w/ precision. I was taken to see 2 units in a very clean facility that is about as secure as 'Olympus'(bonus point for being located next to the Fire Dept.- since Im a HUGE CHICAGO FIRE FAN!
