    Huggy and me ha ha

This was my first time here and it was an amazing experience. My seven-year-old son was beside himself with the light and joy. We were here over four hours and he never once got bored. It was an end of year party for his entire first grade and everybody enjoyed themselves. We actually decided to buy the $69 unlimited times to come for 60 days so for the entire summer break. One thing is they have a toddler area that it's for diaper children only. So there's no big kids there and everything is small enough for them to safely play. When hugging the dragon came out, the children lost their mind. He walked all around and took photo opportunities for all the parents and then he went into the dance area. They have a really cool room for dancing and having a dance party ha ha I just can't explain how happy it made me! Over here over here that's the ladies and then that's the

My daughter always has a great time here minus the parents that don't watch their children. Luckily they have a very attentive staff, I always notify them of any issue I may encounter with children playing too roughly. Previous staff from a couple of years ago wasn't that great but the new management team has really turned things around. One of the managers Christina is extremely respectful and helpful with any concerns and my daughter always has a great time with their team member Josh who engages and connects with the kids easily. I really love that you have a day pass and can come and go throughout the day. Really great place to let your kids run out their energy, my daughter always passes out in the car so I can relax when I get home.

I had been wanting to take my nieces here for a while. Celebrating our first week back at school I figured it would be a fun way to end our week! There are a couple things to note before going if you don't already know. Of course you can look up their website ahead of time. Everyone going in must have socks, including adults! I learned the hard way by not looking at the website and reading the info ahead of time. If you don't have socks they make you purchase some of their own. $3 a pair. Entry is $19.90 per child. 2 adults get in free with each child. The staff at the front desk was not the friendliest at all, but was helpful in guiding me through. Adults have to fill out a waiver before hand. All shoes have to be taken off before going in. It just didn't seem like there was a lot to do here for the amount you pay. It is a little overwhelming especially when there are a ton of other people and children there. Some of the things I did appreciate: -the place was clean and looked sanitized well. -adults can go up on the play structure with their children. Makes it easier to keep track of the littles. -they have a cute little dance room with fun lights kids can have a dance party. My niece loved that! - it is kid approved! My nieces had a blast and that's what counts! I'd say give it a try at least once if you get a chance to take your kids or nieces and nephews!

Matthew here was SO accommodating for my special needs son. He went out of his way. We got here late around 8pm and it was so nice - not crazy busy at all. Perfect time other than being so late. We greatly appreciate Matthew's hospitality and will be coming back

Hadley loved this place. She was so excited to go back again and take her sisters. I loved that it feels clean and they have everyone take off their shoes. Great place, I am sure we will be back again!

The play card to play the handful of games

Went today and it was ok but there were no staff watching the kids kids were using the seats from another slide to go down the big one couldn't play in the Lego area because there were a bunch of bully kids and then a child got hit on the face and got a bloody nose in the area. And if you use the bathroom be careful the floor is very slippery with the socks on that you have to wear.also my daughter was trying to play with a child that's had so kinda disability and my daughter was told from staff she couldn't be in the area. My daughter was upset because no one was playing with her and my daughter just wanted to make her smile

Check in was a hassle, really bad... actually. lots of rules. You cannot bring in any food which is okay, but kind of inconvenient with little ones. They sell lots of snacks. But no actual "meals" some girl workers were slightly rude. You cannot enter without shoes being off or even paying for your kids to go in without shoes being off. Great place inside though. But it's just the workers weren't friendly. Very clean facility.

Fun place to take the kids to expend energy. Like any place with physical activity you need to be careful and consider others.

When you arrive, you can choose from $17.99 for 30 mins per child or $20.99 for 60 mins per child. This is already wildly expensive; similar, larger play spaces in my medium/high cost-of-living city charge around $17 for an hour. I selected 30 mins for my two kids ($36ish) because I wasn't sure they would enjoy it. The cashier asked if my kids were wearing grippy socks. They were. I was informed that, no, they are only allowed to wear grippy socks purchased directly from Baby Hop. Another $4 per kid (at $44 for 30 mins of playtime at this point). My kids went off to play and took a while to warm up. Then, one of my kids had to use the restroom. Bathrooms had a crazy line, so we spent about half of our 30 mins waiting/using the bathroom. When we got back to the play place, I asked to extend our time to another 30 mins to make it 60 mins of total playtime. They told me I couldn't pay the difference between the 30- and 60-minute prices but I had to pay for another 30 mins at full price for each kid (another $36). I told the owner that policy seems a bit ridiculous and that I would be happy to pay some, but not another two full-prices. She then offered a "discount" of one child at full-price ($17.99) and another at 50% off ($9.99). We ended up leaving but not before my kids grabbed two Capri Suns at $6.50. Another parent and I were commiserating about how wildly expensive the place was - it was completely empty when we arrived even though the outlets were packed (it was Black Friday!)... Reflecting, it was likely empty due to the price and pricing structure. Sheeeeeeesh.
