We had a great experience at Kids Empire. The facility was very clean, well-lit, and had such a fun vibe. The music and atmosphere made it enjoyable for both the kids and adults. My children range from 2 to 13 years old, and every one of them had an amazing time. What I really like was the price you could pay I believe it was about 20 bucks for an all day pass for your child and that includes the adults being able to come and sit and watch their kids play at no extra costs for the adult adults. The facilities were very clean from top to bottom. The bathrooms were so clean. You didn't have to put back on your shoes to go use them. They literally kept those restroom spotless to go along with the rest of the facility. It was very well kept for a children's play area. From the time you walked in, you knew you were gonna have fun. They had an area just for kids under the age of three and then they had the bigger areas for kids. A little bit older very great place a lot of different activities to do multiple levels of fun things from slides to soccer fields to giant Legos go karts and much much more to just climb on and walk across. This was my first time here and it was an amazing experience. My seven-year-old son was beside himself with the light and joy. We were here over four hours and he never once got bored. One thing is they have a toddler area that it's for diaper children only. So there's no big kids there and everything is small enough for them to safely play. My daughter always has a great time here minus the parents that don't watch their children. Luckily they have a very attentive staff, I always notify them of any issue I may encounter with children playing too roughly. Previous staff from a couple of years ago wasn't that great but the new management team has really turned things around. One of the managers Christina is extremely respectful and helpful with any concerns and my daughter always has a great time with their team member Josh who engages and connects with the kids easily. I had been wanting to take my nieces here for a while. Celebrating our first week back at school I figured it would be a fun way to end our week! There are a couple things to note before going if you don't already know. Of course you can look up their website ahead of time. Everyone going in must have socks, including adults! I learned the hard way by not looking at the website and reading the info ahead of time. If you don't have socks they make you purchase some of their own. $3 a pair. Entry is $19.90 per child. 2 adults get in free with each child. The staff at the front desk was not the friendliest at all, but was helpful in guiding me through. Adults have to fill out a waiver before hand. All shoes have to be taken off before going in. It just didn't seem like there was a lot to do here for the amount you pay. It is a little overwhelming especially when there are a ton of other people and children there. Some of the things I did appreciate: -the place was clean and looked sanitized well. -adults can go up on the play structure with their children. Makes it easier to keep track of the littles. -they have a cute little dance room with fun lights kids can have a dance party. My niece loved that! - it is kid approved! My wife, daughter, and I came here on a Tuesday night at around 6:00 PM, and every part of our visit was fantastic. The place was empty - which allowed us to travel freely around the place without interfering with others, and made for a great introduction to the venue. The playground portions were huge - my daughter had so much fun, and we had to pull her off of the playground to finally leave several hours later! Went today and it was ok but there were no staff watching the kids kids were using the seats from another slide to go down the big one couldn't play in the Lego area because there were a bunch of bully kids and then a child got hit on the face and got a bloody nose in the area. And if you use the bathroom be careful the floor is very slippery with the socks on that you have to wear.also my daughter was trying to play with a child that's had so kinda disability and my daughter was told from staff she couldn't be in the area. This place is incredibly expensive considering the quality of the play zones. The carpets smell like urine and there's not enough plush and the steps feel like you're walking on concrete. Omg staff is incredibly rude specially the girl at front desk with black long curly hair. Their place is not family friendly they only care about making money not about helping families feel welcomed. I brought food for my kids to have lunch and we basically got kicked out. Saying no outside food or drinks. So if you are trying to feed your kids. This is not the place. The website showed a bunch of tables and chairs but no eating allowed. They did let me feed them in the lobby so I sat on the floor with my kids feeding them while all of these chairs and tables were empty. The entry is 20 per child and toddler area is not very toddler friendly. Overall would never come here again due to rude staff and not family friendly and way too expensive. Even though my daughter catches a little cold everytime we come, which is okay to me (covid kid she never got to build her immune system) she absolutely loves it there. We play in the toddler section for like two hours and she has a blast ! For $15 unlimited play time all day, its the best if not the only indoor playground here. read more

Giving 4 stars because it's pricey but a great place for our kids that are in-between the smaller and bigger kid ages (5 and 7). They have big fun slides, lots of variety in their large climbing structure, jumbo legos, and a fun little track underneath for little motorized bikes. All areas are built to withstand adult weight as well, so you can help or join your little ones. They have a fun little black light dance area. They also have a small toddler area for little ones still in diapers. The restroom for the womens was really clean, but my husband said the mens was ok. The admission is also good for all day, so you can go to lunch and come back, so I guess that helps balance out the high price at $20 per child. They have a few claw games, whack-a-mole type game, small air hockey table, and motorized bikes as well, but those cost extra with their play cards. They also have a snack bar thats a little overpriced, but you can easily go out for food and come back. I would say the kids' fun outweigh the cost! This will definitely be a special treat and not a regular place we will visit though. read more

I'd just like to comment on the lack professionalism of an employee by the name of Aliyah. My 8 year old was in the toddler section among other non-toddler children and she was in there taking care of her toddler brother and this employee did not say anything to any of the other children. But my child was the only one she approached--which is fine rules are rules but the way she spoke to a CHILD is beyond me. That employee not even not needs training in how to speak to a child but also how she carries herself and her look being among children. You can't have a mean and unapproachable face if you work with children. Manager never once apologized about her behavior either. read more

The first, and last time, we ever have a party here for our daughter. Where to start. Ok. This place is completely disorganized. They have two lines, and both serve either the public, or your party guests. The check in tablets they have were constantly either crashing, or losing connection. The line was out the door, 50 feet up the walkway, and our guests were waiting in the same long line as the public. So even though we paid for 2 hours of time for all our guests, they had to wait for the staff, and technology, to get their crap together, losing a lot of the time we paid for by the time they checked in. Then, the staff leader, or shift manager, whoever she was, was completely beyond rude and power happy. We were told prior that both myself and my wife would be able to help set up our area. However, when we came in, she power tripped on us, and was like "No. Only one person can come back, and we will help with whatever you need". She kept using the phrase "That's the policy, I've worked here for 3 years, I should know". Smh.. So my wife is struggling to hurry up and get things done, in the measly 15 minutes they give you beforehand, while the staff they "promised" would help, are busy trying to get a handle on the complete utter disaster of a shift they are dealing with. To make this an even bigger pain in the "Fill in the blank", we went a few people over, and she quickly let us know that we were at our limit and we needed to pay for the few people at the door. I asked if they could just log the number so we can pay for them at one time. Miss power happy said "No, you need to pay for them now". I asked her "Do you expect me to just sit there at the door and swipe my credit card for the few others we are expecting", and she said, "Well yeah, that's the policy. I've worked here for.. ". I'm like blah blah blah, I'll go pay for them. Once our 2 hours hit, they rushed us out almost on the dot. We were not allowed to leave my daughters gifts at the tables while she played some more; even though a lot of our guests did not get in on time, due to the disorganization at the front counter. To add insult to this whole thing, my daughter ended the night banging her head on the low bar where the roller slide is at, and we had to nurse a headache, as well as nausea, on her birthday at home. We will never, ever, have a party here, let alone go back here again. If you've read this review this far, thank you for listening to my rant. If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointed with this place, and what we spent. Save your money, and go to another kids place like Hide N seek, or even Johns, where you're treated with much more respect, and get what you pay for. read more

As many others have said previously, the staff here is incredibly rude - seem to have no respect whatsoever, very sad reflection on the generation of young kids they have working there. I personally employ several younger people myself, so do not consider this a blanket issue with the generation, however i do consider it a very poor reflection of their leadership, knowing I am far from the only person to have a bad experience with their essentially lack of customer service. While in a calm and cordial conversation with one staff member, another came up, interrupted, and proceeded to create an entirely unnecessary argument out of nowhere - though I kept my cool the entire exchange, when i pointed out that this was unnecessary, uncalled for, and completely out of line, rather than apologizing, the "kid" simply said its a private establishment and we could "just leave then" - granted this is true, it is also unnecessary, and no way to build a business! If the leaders here bothers to read this review, I would encourage you to take the time necessary to properly train your team on customer service. If i were the only one, I could understand, but i am far from the only one. Though ultimately we did spend time there, and our kids did enjoy themselves, my family nor I will NEVER return, and will actively discourage others from either! read more

Went to this location on August 3 and the establishment was trying to fix the spider drop by using a large head Phillips screw. A little girl in my party while climbing in, scratched her back as seen in the photo below. The problem is that the management refused to acknowledge the incident and told us to go online to report the incident and someone would get back to us. Beware!! If your toddler happens to be potty trained and is not in a pull up or diaper, they will NOT be allowed to play in the toddler area. After being asked to leave this area with my granddaughter who is only 3, and being told we would have to go to the other play area which is for older and larger kids and not toddler friendly at all, I asked for a refund. After asking to speak to the manager three times, he finally came out. He basically told me to contact the web site and that they "don't give refunds". He was not friendly or helpful at all. I took my kids and two of their friends here for our very first visit today. My first impression was that it was very clean which is something I am looking for in a kids play place. It was not rundown, and the kids absolutely loved it. They played hard for 3 hours and could've stayed longer if I let them. My only complaint (which honestly baffled me) was that I was told upon entering the play area that I could not bring my coffee in. I had just bought it right before we arrived. Mind you I had no intention of bringing my coffee into the play structure as I was not even going to go into the structure. I asked if I could leave it at the front counter so I could go back and sip it occasionally and was told by the staff that if it got thrown away they weren't responsible in kind of a rude way. There were only two staff members there at the time so I let the other staff member know as well that it was my coffee and I was leaving it there and asked her to please not throw it away. As a tired mom with 4 rambunctious kids at a play place it would be nice if they allowed us to have a coffee, it really rubbed me the wrong way. Brought my kiddos out to work some of their energy out during the rainy and cold weather. Had my book and an external battery for my phone because I knew I was here for the long haul. The play zone is open enough that I can park at a table and locate my two kids with a quick scan, similar to the squid game red light green light robot. Brought the standard socks with the grippy bottoms from similar establishments. I was worried of the large crowd but there were signs if a reduced limit of people allowed to be on premises. It still felt like alot if people. Music was loud but I was able to drown it out with my book. Be sure to keep your receipt if you plan to leave and come back. I put my kids on a 10 minute sanitize timer to help stay safe. What I really want to see is a nap area for adults and more of a snack selection. There was also a section reserved for smaller ones but it's on the honor system so bigger kids don't care and go in anyway. For $20 each kid can play all day and they even let you leave and come back with your receipt so if you wanted to go have lunch somewhere else or go home and rest and then come back it's definitely worth it! I would say my only thing is the little kid zone doesn't have too much to do, just a couple slides a ball pit and a tiny trampoline. But my little tot still had a blast.
