We replied in the positive and he offered to take us there. Apparently the Bijou contracts with Chariots Of Hire to take people to and from the theatre when they are holding performances. Kevin was polite and positive and dropped us off in front of the Bijou. After the show we waited out front for about ten minutes and he took us back to the garage. The drivers were an hour and ten minutes late and there was zero communication and lots of confusion as to where there were and when they were due to arrive. They ended up coming and telling us that "another family hopped in the car and took our ride haha". We had all the confirmations and so did they. The biggest insult was that driver Stan, mocked us and laughed when we said that it was huge inconvenience and unacceptable. Our children were crying and hungry. David was kind and tried to apologize but nothing could be done to remedy the chaotic situation. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but zero communication as well as very unprofessional behavior from Stan earns this outfit 1 star.

Originally called Nation Taxi service and tried arranging a ride to the airport with that company,…read morebut it was booked and they recommended Connections Taxi Transportation. The representative for Nation Taxi placed the representative for Connections Taxi on the phone and we booked our ride to the airport for departure. She arrived early and called to let us know she would be arriving early and asked if we could leave early if we were ready because she had someone in an urgent need to get to the airport. We were able to leave a few minutes early to accommodate the request. Once we arrived at the airport, she provided a card and said to call and we could book our return ride to our home from the airport. I called and spoke with a different lady at the business to book the return ride and all was supposed to be arranged. When we arrived at the airport, no taxi service waiting for us outside at all. I called and spoke with the lady I believe took the return reservation, she stated she has someone in dire straights needing to get to the airport and she wasn't there to provide our transport even though it was booked. I advised her that since the business didn't hold true to their reservation guarantee, I would not need to utilize their service at all and that I would find a different company to do business with. To be picked up in 2 1/2 hours while I was waiting for my part to be delivered auto store. I got a confirmation, I got a driver name and the type of car to look for. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Now I get another text from UBER stating we are looking for a driver for you. REALLY? i gave you a 2 1/2 hour window and now your leaving me stranded cuz you don't have a driver? Not reliable. My rating for Uber is zero. We had to ask a complete stranger if they wouldn't mine driving me round trip to pick up the part and back to the inoperative vehicle. Which went well by the way.
