Mike was driving pretty aggressive to the point several of us were nervous and probably should have said something. Now, accidents happen and we accept that. The problem is, Mike and his company have refused to refund us our money. I say refuse lightly, as Mike has ignored our request since then. The wreck caused us to be an hour late to the ceremony place which greatly reduced ability to take the photographs we wanted with our family. Also, as you can see in the photo, the door was blocked by the mountain we were on (if the bus ran off the road about half a mile up the road I wouldn't even be writing this email), we could not get out the door. We had to go out the fire escape windows. That includes the bride and bridesmaids in a wedding dress and dresses. We have tried to talk to them about this, and even had our lawyers reach out. But, to no avail. We still have not been refunded the money in which Mike wrecked on our special wedding day. We wish this was a positive review and one that we recommend them. But in the chance something goes wrong, I would highly suggest avoiding this company. They will not work with you to make things right.
