There is plenty of seating, and they open up outdoor seating when warmer weather comes. Despite how busy it gets, you will find seating opens up pretty fast. The staff are kind, quick, and knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable for the caliber of quality you get with every menu option. They also have a seasonal menu that is worth keeping an eye on as it cycles throughout the year. Every dish I've ever had from here has been a feast for all my senses. I recently got the Michigan Smoke and substituted their roasted garlic cream sauce for the BBQ sauce- it was seriously delightful!!!! Honestly, I can't think of a single thing that could be wrong with this spot. First of all it is located in a great spot in downtown Flint. Second, the Monte Cristo crepe was absolutely perfect. The jam was real because the seeds actually got stuck in my teeth. The only thing I could have wished for was that it was a bigger serving. That was the savory portion of the morning. Third, the sweet portion of the morning, which of course was freaking amazing. Seriously look at the pics, just delicious. As a fat guy I probably should cut back on my eating but my smile at the end says it all. My step mom brought me here while I was in town and I CANNOT wait to come back on my next visit! The crepes were so delicious, the coffee was perfection. So many options to choose from but I decided to go with savory and got a monte Cristo. It's a cute small little dinner. There was only two people working so it did take awhile to get our food and drink order but everything was made fresh and it was busy so definitely worth the wait. My stop in Flint was brief, and I hadn't picked this as a place to find a vegetarian-friendly crepe cafe, but it certainly was at the center of downtown. There was significant road construction while I was there, but it was possible to drive up to this place. While I'm normally more oriented towards the sweet crepes, in part because French cuisine tends not to be vegetarian-friendly, here I liked my savory choices better. The one I ended up with sounded strange, but my tofu, bean and potato filling topped with cheddar cheese delivered a savory yet complex flavor and was quite satisfying. Having gone savory on the crepe side, I went for a seasonal fruit smoothie to drink, which delivered the right balance of sweet and tart. There was outdoor seating, and I noted that the counter service did include some kind of speaker phone so they could project outside that your order was ready and have you come and pick it up. I was a bit sad that I didn't take more from the local lady who offered me advice (people don't do that where I'm from), but it was certainly a pleasant place to eat and one where most anybody would have a good shot of finding something satisfying. read more

I can't wait for a reason to stop by Flint Crepe Company again. A friend and I split three crepes and they were all delicious. All of them can be made vegan (except the ones with eggs in them), which is super exciting! The raspberry cheesecake crepe was amazing, not too sweet or heavy. I wouldn't say it was cheesecake-y, but it was delicious. The two savory ones were even better - tofu hash and a butternut squash one fall special. It was right after a local 5k race or something so it was very busy. If they are that busy regularly I hope they are planning to expand as it was quite loud and a bit slow, but that is because they make each dish fresh. I got the Green Goddess for myself since I am trying to stick with Keto, and my brothers interest was spiked when he mentioned the Monte Cristo being the most popular item. My wife and I enjoyed our first time here. She has the Monte Cristo crepe, and absolutely loved it! I enjoyed the Turkey Ruben, and found it to be nicely peppered with a slaw and chunks of turkey. The light mustard dressing was a wonderful flavor balance. It was a bit pricy for us at $10 per crepe, especially with no small side, but we enjoyed it none the less. Due to COVID we did have to sit outside, and it was very hot and sunny in the early afternoon. Come prepared with a hat, sun glasses and a mask (especially to go inside). We used an umbrella to block the sun. It would be nicer if they had some umbrellas at the tables, because you cannot get inside. I imagine they will be take out only in the winter. We don't go back to many restaurants in Flint but this is a restaurant we continually bring visitors to. I got the fall harvest crepe and it was fantastic. It was huge and I was definitely very full after. But the flavors were great.
