I've been a patient at this office for over 27 years. I began seeing the docs after a cardiac event when my son was born. An INCREDIBLY rude woman works in the nuclear testing and echo area. She was loud and humiliated me in front of a waiting room full of people to the point that she made me cry during my stress test. Totally unacceptable. I cant remember her name, but she's a big girl with long hair and glasses. I also had a dispute with the office staff over whether I cancelled an appointment I was charged for. I did. I'm very conscientious about keeping appointments and calling when I can't make it. After arguing on the phone with another rude supervisory woman, she said I was lying and sent me to collections. I haven't paid and have been barred from seeing my doctor until I do. As I said before I've been a patient here for over 27 years. A third incident was when a doctor walked through a common area and said good morning to one of the ladies in the checkout area. She didn't respond, gave him a dirty look, and completely blew him off. Maybe he's a creep, I don't know, but it was unprofessional.

Sometimes I'll sleep wrong or I'll have an aching bone in my back and I'll make it part of my day to stop by Grand Blanc Chiropractic to relieve my tension and pain. I've been coming here for about four years now, and the doctor has relieved all sorts of pain from my hips to my back to shoulder misplacement and even sometime my wrists.
