The change was made on the appointment morning at 7:45am. I'm being asked did I cancel my appointment. I asked, "Why would I make the appointment weeks ago, use my leave, waste time & gas to arrive early for make my scheduled appointment?" No one at the doctor office knows who cancelled my appointment at 7:45am without informing the patient of the cancellation. 45 minutes later, I was called in to talk to another doctor asking me why am I late! Really! I was told to go back to the waiting room. Now I'm being told to make another appointment. Well, now I have to find another doctor who was as good as her...

Dr. Tadikonda is an average doctor at best. She will try as much as she can to push you to other…read moredoctors and will not take any responsibility to try to help you. She also hesitates quite a bit in giving you imaging orders for better diagnosis. Don't expect any calls from this office if they find anything wrong with your diagnosis report of any kind. So, really that leaves no reason why anyone would choose her as PCP frankly. I would look elsewhere for a better PCP.

The doctor confronted me about being "late" when I was on time and signed in on time - the staff had not processed my arrival and missed my sign in. No apologies and it felt like there was tension there. After Dr Maggin retired it became harder to get an appointment. It became nearly impossible after Dr Margolis retired. My last visit I felt like it was a different place. For a while there were only female doctors and PAs. It feels like a different place with everything being rushed with no care. I went elsewhere.

But unfortunately my mother continued to go to them and now she is/has been hospitalized because of there malpractice. She saw Dr. Moy once for a injury on her leg and the Doc said its just bruising not to worry about it. As it turned out not bruising but a big infection which ended in a emergency room surgery and a week in the hospital. Faster forward about a year my mom hit the back of her leg (same leg) with a car door and she has tells me a few days later when I see its red swollen and it tender to touch. So she goes to the doctor and see Dr. Tadikonda who I can only guess doesn't look at medical records and says it's only bruising, go home and keep it up. And what happens!?! She end up in the hospital with a infection. Thankfully she didn't wait as long to go as she did last time so no surgery is needed. But this practice is incompetent should have there malpractice insurance paid up.

She spends time with her patients and listens to them, and puts in countless hours reviewing files and making sure the visits are of maximum benefit. I had to wait approximately two hours before anyone saw me and they almost sent me on my way without cleaning and wrapping my wound. Had I not requested it they wouldn't have done anything but look at it. I hope they improve I'm not sure if it's a learning facility but they could sure learn to do the bare minimum.

My issue is that calling the office is very difficult. There is an individual who I've had the unpleasant experience of speaking with each time I call. He's unkind without cause. I give the benefit of the doubt to anyone for one or two bad experiences but each time I call, I have to get past a very mean office representative just to get an appointment with my doctor. I find him to be extremely unprofessional and it's an awful representation of the practice as a whole. I wish Padder Health all the best but I'm beginning a search for a new practitioner that offers better service than this. Dr. Chang and Dr. Vellanki are both wonderful physicians. Thanks to both of them for their contributions to my care during my time as a patient. And thanks to the amazing staffers in the office who do a phenomenal job taking care of patients. Each visit was ~$350 out-of-pocket, for little more than a short chat about water pills. No progress, no meaningful care plan, no adjustments. When we couldn't cover another round of high bills, their management called--not to help, but to shame us. They said it was "unfair" of us to be sick and unable to pay, and even implied we were "taking care away from other patients." We offered a payment plan. They refused. Flat out. So: expensive, repetitive, low-value appointments, followed by a cold and disrespectful collections call when we asked for flexibility. If you or a loved one need cardiology in Annapolis, go to Luminis Health Cardiology at Belcher Pavilion instead. They actually have infrastructure and compassion for seniors.
