I actually purchased them from their shop because their skates go on sale pretty often. Overall, I think it's a solid place to enjoy ice skating all year round.

Afternoons are definitely crowded up to 8pm. But we tried the 8pm - 10pm and you have a lot of space. They have a good number of skates to rent. Mostly the basic gray ones. They have a lot of benches to sit down. They also have available lockers to rent. The bathrooms are decent. They also have the store in the building which offer services too, which is convenient. They also have vending machines and a food bar at the second floor. Parking can be a challenge before another shift ends. But after they leave, it's enough for the next batch.

With my limited time, Henry quickly evaluated my ability and he catered the lesson to where I was at, while keeping things challenging for me. We progressed through a bunch of exercises and obstacles to keep the session fresh. Henry was very attentive the entire lesson (not checking his phone the entire time) and he also recorded a ton of video that he used to explain on the spot how I could improve. Very helpful. The person in the rink was a pleasant funny guy checking make sure everyone was ok. *And No there is no refunds! How can a business survive in Cali refunding money, not possible. Plus the tickets were cheap and included skates. We had a great time kids didn't want to leave. It's in a perfect location, we headed to the wharf then luck and shopping after skating. They don't really check. Session is 2 hours but we only really skated for about 45minutes - 1 hour. The young kid area can be hectic. There are plenty of little penguins to go around which is nice.
