The lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion were fresh. I basically cut it in half and had the rest of the loin later in the day. My wife got a Bootlegger Burger, she was happy with it. She did opine that the grease may have been a little past prime, but still tasty. I didn't have fries or the onion straws. We got there around 1400, there were a few day drinkers and a couple of other folks came in for late lunch. The place has a nice clean vibe to it, there are some things that signal "bar", but they have done a nice job of providing a nice dining space as well. Our host, Kayla was a wonderful host, effective, and a great ambassador for the brand and the town. I will send a 1AD patch for their small honor wall.
