My service was done at the Irving location inside the Mattison Ave Salon suits. I went in 6/4 to get a hybrid set. When the service was completed I left feeling okay, but returned 5 minutes later to ask the tech to remove a few lashes from my in my inner corners as I could not see and the feeling was causing my eyes to water. She removed a few and it felt better but still very heavy. I've had hybrid and classic sets before and this set was super dense. I showed her inspiration picture from the flirty girl website. But I don't feel I got what I asked for and now I'm having the lashes fall out incredibly fast. That night and the next day I had over 15 of the lashes fall out. I haven't had lash extensions fall out so quickly before. I felt very underwhelmed and disappointed by the service. When I reached out to manager they offered to apply more lashes the next day I asked for them to be removed. I went in on 6/6 for the removal and now the manager Lana will not respond to my emails or issue me a refund. I had the lashes on for less than 48 hours. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of the manager at the Irving location she finally got back to me and issued refund after other franchise managers reached out to her. read more

The website is the issue. The try to book for a location, but the website decides to book you at a different location. When you show up for your appointment, you are advised that you do not have an appointment, "Maybe you ate booked in Plano? It happens all the time. Go to my car and call, and yes, it was booked in Plano and you are charged for No Show. Try to book on the website again for another day, and it puts you back to Plano. How much money DO you make with this "faulty website" scam. Your employees know your website is not working correctly. Bad on you! read more

I started coming to FG a few months ago, just so I could get used to/build up to what I wanted to achieve before my wedding day. It's been such a great experience that I'm keeping them up as long as I can afford to! I've been seeing Tearra and it's been a 20/10 experience. She's the BEST! I got married 10/28/22 and the photos attached are from today, 11/17/22. 3 week old lashes and they still look great! I loved the studio and everyone was super nice... but i payed 85$ for a lash lift and tint and sat in the chair for a hour (which is normal) and once i got up my lashes looked almost the same. i've got a lash lift before and you can definitely see a difference, but this time all i could notice was that they were a little bit dark and at that's it. There's NO lift at all, i'm very upset because this was also for a special even and i don't want to spend another 90-100$ on lashes because mine right now are not curled at all. I did a lash lift and tinting and at the end of it, there was dried glue all over my eyelids and my eyelash was clumpy. The technician explained that it will be clumpy and 24 hrs when I get to was my face it will be better. She really was going to let me walk out of there with dried glue and clumpy lashes. I asked for some cleanser on a cotton gauze and removed the excessive glue myself. She did however offer to redo the lift and it looked much better the second time around. Take pride in your work and strive to do the best. I was disappointed because your studio came highly recommended from a friend. Definitely will not be visiting this place anymore. read more

I used to go to another place that was membership style and decided I didnt want to go that route anymore. So I found Flirty Girl in Las Colinas. I can never remember the name of the gal who does my lashes but she is awesome. I get what's called "the hybrid." It's a good length that is showy but not Tammy Faye Baker like. Also, at least for me and my experience, the lashes stay on forever! I mean of course they start falling out.. but I used to at my old lash place have to go every 10 days on the dot or else major lashery fell out. I've waited as long as 3 weeks to go in for a refill at flirty girl and the lashes although with some fallout, pretty much stayed glued on like no other. read more

My lashes all fell out in under a week the last two appointments I've made, I paid for the more expensive nice lashes that looked as basic as the cheap set and the girls just care about getting you in and out. Sad considering I always tip them 25%. Lashes are something I am consistent with every 3 weeks and spend a lot of money on. I now go to a phenomenal girl for the same price. I came in for the pre booking special since it just open. You would think they'll cater more to build clientele, but my lashes basically fell off 2 days after getting it done. Actually, within the first hour I had a few that fell out already. I will post a picture of the lashes that fell within the hour of getting it done and a picture of my lashes now. Totaling to 4 days after getting it done. I chose the Queenie Bee style, so it's more of a cat eye, the wing on my left eye has fallen, The inner corner lashes has falling off, and just lashes in between to which you can see my natural lashes. And this isn't my first time getting lash extensions. I've called twice trying to get in for a correction, no answer. So I have sent an email. Waiting on a response. I've gave 2 stars because the technician who did my lashes was really sweet. All the girls were actually. However, if I had to base of the lash application, it is zero. I did lash lift twice at this location. 1st time was Ok, 2nd time was complete disaster. The "artist" was unprofessional, results was not visible at all. I complained and her answer was "I tried, your lashes are short", so why she didn't tell it before service? Even more it was before Christmas trip. I refused to pay and "artist" agreed. Then she told me that owner called and demand payment. IDK if it was the owner or not I talked to Monique, she basically admitted that there is no results and proposed "correction", otherwise she threatened me that she call the police, nice, this is how they conduct business, bad service, no results and then charge! I went to this salon after being recommended by one of my friends for my first lash appointment. Though she did recommend a specific tech, I assumed anyone that worked as a tech would know what to do, but I was very wrong. After laying there for 2 HOURS expecting a hybrid set, I opened my eyes to see that it barely even looked like I had any extensions. I could easily have made my lashes look fuller with mascara. Because I had already spent that long at the salon I ended up leaving and coming back 2 days later for a correction. Although they were closer to what I wanted, I still left very disappointed. So I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint. $36 plus a GENEROUS tip. Idk what she was doing for 30 min but my eyebrows look almost the same. (And I had plenty of brow to work with). Also,My eyebrows don't even look tinted. Apparently The darkest color they have is a med brown. Annoying!!! First and last time ever going back to this place.
