Two days later, we came to pick up the order and we were SHOCKED!!! The roses they used were wilted, stained and HUGE, so big that they would not fit on my son's lapel and the wrist corsage would have reached the elbow of my son's date. When I asked them if they thought the items were too large, they were rude and told me that they would be fine. The corsage and boutonnière were UNACCEPTABLE and the staff were extremely rude. We picked these up the afternoon of the prom and when I asked if they could help us make them smaller or redo, they refused to help. My son and I were extremely disappointed, these were not inexpensive items and they treated us poorly. I would DISCOURAGE ANYONE from using this florist!

I Highly recomend these amazing group of professionals who really LOVE what they do and have a sense of creativity, style and taste. Joseph a Stacy, knowing how to work under pressure, were able to meet our special request on a very short notice and in a extraordinary manner. I had the pleasure to work with them recently in a very special request for my friend Rich Guerzon and Fiance Debbie Westrupp. I wanted to give my friend a georgeous bouquet and corsages with a particular flower and Joseph was able to put together an amazing arraingment that just took my breath and the bride's away !!!!! Stacy did an incredible job with our wedding from beginning to end. After one of her employees left the company, Stacy hopped on our wedding and really listened to what we wanted as far as vision. Charlene, who we met a little later, was also great as the two of them divided an conquered in making sure our floral needs were met as well as all the planning. My draping bridal bouquet with orchids, sweet peas, long spur columbine, and scapes was so beautiful it should be on the cover of Bride magazine. I didn't think it could get better, but the centerpieces at the tables blew me away. They were effortless ikebana masterpieces proudly standing in open bowls. She carefully constructed a perfect balance: the poetic negative space of striking meandering native poppies and scapes, the thrill of statement long spur columbine, the romance of dangling foxglove, and the ephemeral whisps of deep red smoke bush. I hadn't seen this type of work in her portfolio before my wedding, and I didn't think it was possible for a florist to execute a vision so different from all other wedding arrangements. Not to mention, I only gave BWP about a week to execute this project! In short, Carolyn provided great customer service. Not only was the floral arrangement beautiful (see photo), Laura Clare Floral Design stayed within the budget I gave them, and they delivered on time. FYI -- Other florists in the area have great Yelp reviews as well, but you'll quickly find they are simply reselling the same Teleflora arrangements. Note: They're closed on Sunday and Monday (no deliveries on these days)

I submitted an inquiry for more information and within an hour I was contacted by Ruth and set up an appointment that week. Ruth was so kind, patient and you could tell passionate about floral design. We talked for an hour about what I was looking for, she shared some examples and also started to follow me on Pinterest to fully understand my style. Given that the space my wedding was going to be is all white I wanted to ensure that my flowers really stood out without taking away from the NYC views. Ruth sent over a flower proposal within days and I was so excited because she understood exactly what I was looking for. As our wedding got closer, Ruth was so flexible with making last minute changes (we switched from rectangle to circle tables) and she also provided some really great suggestions and uses of floating candles around the ledges of the room which gave the space a really romantic feeling. When my bouquet and bridal party flowers were delivered the morning of my wedding I could not be happier with the results. The flowers were perfect! Be aware of using this business for your wedding…read more My bridal bouquet was falling apart from the moment it reached my hotel room. It was so bad that I can not use some photos from the wedding because usually wedding flowers are wrapped in silkwrap to create a handle - The ones for my bridesmaids were but my bouquet were simply only a plastic cone with oasis. As the structure was not secured the bouquet fell apart even before leaving the church and I had to cancel my bouquet toss and miss out on the experience as a result. I had also asked for no white roses for the grooms mens boutonniers since they are known to be funeral flowers. Leo offered green orchids with green buds behind but of course we received white roses with glitter. I had specifically said I don't like glitter but gems were ok. The grooms men had glitter all over their tuxedos the whole wedding and it looked so cheap. Of course my bridal bouquet was also with glitter. It was awful. Out of fear we had to call ahead to the venue on our way to assure via our coordinator that the venue would not be an embarrassment. Leo is now saying we should have, on our wedding day, called him instead of our coordinator and along side that he is suggesting that we should have brought this up with him during our honeymoon - As if he is a person we wish to speak to during our wedding or honeymoon. Sorry but no vendors should expect feedback, good or bad, during someones wedding or honeymoon. Anyone who has ever gotten married knows this. The bouquet had to be thrown in the garbage as soon as we got to the venue. Leo also suggested that I approved the boutonniers while I paid the final amount in the store which is impossible since I walked in to the store impromptu on my way home from work one day there was no possibility he could have had something prepared for me to look at and approve. On the way out from the wedding when the team was breaking down the venue my mother asked if she could have some flowers to take home with her (as we had paid thousands of dollars for them) and she was told 'no' so I believe that Le Reve resold the flowers after our event. I requested 20% refund as my whole bridal experience was limited and no explanation was offered (I just wanted to understand what went wrong) and Leo offered 20% store credit of only the pricing of the items I had an issue with which he claimed to be a whole $89 - Then proceeded to say that he "gave us a $5000" set up. No wonder when he took all the flowers back. I could never recommend this shop to anyone that is getting married. Please, spare yourself the trouble and the money. Your experience and photos will suffer greatly.

The day I found this place I had an appointment with a different florist, on the way I had a flat tire and had to leave my car at a gas station and walk, as I was walking I stumbled upon this place. The prices were very reasonable, I showed Leo pictures of what I want, and he created it with much lower cost than other places. On the day of the wedding I was so surprised and happy with the final look and quality of the flowers I'My sister picked up my bouquet the night before the wedding, and I didn't like the color of one of the flowers, Leo came to my house and replaced them with the color I wanted. He came early to the venue to assemble the pieces and stayed outside until the wedding was over to remove everything. I can't say enough about his work, and I can't recommend him enough if you're looking for a great florist for your wedding with a reasonable budget go to this place.
