I cannot recommend Laura enough! She was truly one of the best vendors I worked with for my wedding at Hudson House on May 1, 2026. From our very first conversation, Laura was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I had a specific vision for my flowers, but I was also nervous and unsure of exactly how everything would come together. She took the time to listen to every detail, answer my questions, and reassure me throughout the entire process. Whenever I had feedback or wanted to make adjustments, she was receptive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and excited about the final design. One thing that was especially important to me was avoiding greenery in my arrangements, and Laura completely understood my vision. She welcomed my input, made thoughtful adjustments, and never made me feel like I was being too particular. Instead, she made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. One of the things that made the biggest difference was being able to visit her flower shop and see mock-ups of the floral designs in person. Laura took the time to create sample table settings with the flowers and candles so I could visualize exactly how everything would look on the wedding day. Seeing the arrangements come to life in person was invaluable and gave me so much confidence in the design. It allowed us to fine-tune every detail and create the exact romantic, elegant look we were hoping for. When I walked into my wedding and saw the flowers for the first time, I was speechless. My bouquet was absolutely breathtaking--full, lush, romantic, and even more beautiful than I had imagined. Every arrangement was stunning and elevated the entire look and feel of the day. My request: An arrangement suitable for a bride-to-be who loves Alexander McQueen Carolyn took great care with my order and took the time to ensure the finer details were correct (style, card message, name spellings), and she was very personable as well. In short, Carolyn provided great customer service. Being a designer myself, I paid close attention to details of our wedding. Laura Clare is truly a professional at her craft and she made it easy to create a beautiful theme for our New York City wedding. Laura Clare is pleasure to work with, very accommodating with our requests and listened to our ideas. Her knowledge in floral design was breath of fresh air, I didn't need to stress or worry if the arrangements would be what we imagined. We had an early October wedding and Laura Clare set a romantic and sophisticated atmosphere to evoke the glamour of early 20th century "Gatsby Era" utilizing pink, creamy whites, champagne, and blush with a pops of plum and orange to bring in the fall season. Lush garden roses, hydrangeas, dahlias, orchids, Picasso calla lilies, and the sweetly scented gardenias were used to achieve the desired look. Candlelight was also added to the romance of the day. I actually hired Laura Clare for my Bridal shower as well. She created gorgeous summer inspired arrangements that were set in birdcages as the centerpieces. I actually had guests fighting over who would take one home! I thanked Laura Clare over and over for making our wedding day absolutely gorgeous. I gave Laura Clare a challenge which she completely blew me away on. She's an artist. I gave her some parameters of what I wanted and trusted her artistic sense to make it come together. When Antheia Flowers changed their business model from "retail" to "events", I honestly went into panic-mode over never being able to find a florist who was just as good, and as attentive, with a quality to match. And this year, with Valentine's Day approaching fast, my heart was honestly in a moment of dread, where I thought that I would not be able to give my wife the three dozen roses she so loved from Antheia (roses which everyone we know called "roses on steroids"). After a really thorough Google search, a bit of Facebook stalking of individual florist's pictures of their arrangements, and carefully reading reviews and news on bridal publications, I happily landed on Laura Clare Floral. And I have to fully admit, this was the happiest connection I could have ever made for this lover's holiday. Let me start-off by saving you some time doing research, by telling you that Laura Clare Floral gets some really great press. Bridal magazines, bridal websites, and other home publications really do give them a thumbs up. And if a florist can get a couple's most important day right, with the adornment of flowers that decorates the occasion the best, then it's an awesome indication of what their retail offerings are like. Next, let me confirm for you that their retail offering is amazing. As in pictures don't do them the justice they deserve. My wife is extremely picky when it comes to flowers. From the quality of the pedals, to the size of the bulbs, right down the the details of the accompaniments. And when my wife got her Valentine's Day bouquet from Laura Clare this year, the only words she could get out of her mouth were "wow", followed by "I love them, the arrangement is gorgeous", to "I was the envy of everyone because of them". And I have to admit, the roses were amazing. The pedals looked like deep and rich red-burgundy velvet, that was soft to the eyes, and soft to the touch. The bulbs were literally the size of baseballs. And the stalks were firm and healthy. Laura took the three dozen arrangement even further and adorned them with the most beautiful small white flowers (I wish I knew what they were called) that made the bouquet look like it was surrounded by angels. Where she placed the whole arrangement in a gorgeous vase that was decorated in a frosted pattern. My wife was in awe. Heck, even I was in awe. My wife loved them so much, proudly posting pictures of the bouquet on her Facebook, and keeping the flowers as a centerpiece in our living room, holding on to the whole arrangement until every last pedal had fallen off. If you are looking for an amazing florist, then look no further, because Laura Clare was simply top-notch. She will work within your budget, give you some suggestions (which I highly recommend you take her advice), and give you a work of art to please everyone's eyes. Thank you Laura Clare. Laura Clare Design provided the flowers for my wedding earlier this month. Despite the fact that I met with Sam (one of her employees who was wonderful) and made some changes to my proposal for the wedding she created ALL of the flowers based on an OLD proposal. This means that many of the flowers for my wedding were INCORRECT! I only found out that many flowers were wrong after she had already dropped them off at the venue. There was nothing I could do at that point. It was so disappointing as I truly felt Laura was a wonderful creative person who was organized. Not so! Also, the actual flowers she provided were not quality flowers (i.e. the flowers on the end of the aisles at our ceremony were small, wilted, and pathetic looking before the ceremony even started!). Keep in mind this ceremony was not in the heat...so I'm not sure why they were so wilted. I almost took them down and threw them away they looked so bad! Laura also takes her time in responding to you. I'd often have to send a second email before I got a response. Not great when you're trying to plan a wedding and are spending over $3000 in flowers. My advice: stay away!! You can get nicer floral arrangements at a better price elsewhere! read more

Laura did an AMAZING job for our wedding this past weekend!! We met with a few florists, mostly in NYC, before we decided to go with Laura (our wedding was in NJ anyway). The city florists all asked for our budget first, and said things like "well, we may not be able to do this or that." However, from our first meeting with Laura, she was spitting out even MORE ideas for us. She had a similar vision for our wedding centerpieces, and once we told her our budget, she was able to work with it right away. Even when things didn't go as planned for us (more tables than we anticipated), Laura was able to work it out for us so that we would still be within our budget. She was very easy to get along with, but we didn't even need to spend that much time with her because she made it very easy for us. We met for the first time to go over ideas, and met one more time for her to show us a mock set up of the tables. We wanted to go with the winter theme with blooming quince branches with white flowers. One of the florist in NYC (who received great reviews!) told us that February is not in season for quince and that he may be able to get us pink flowers instead of white flowers--but that wasn't what we wanted. Laura made it happen for us, and on the day of the wedding, I was absolutely floored with how beautiful the centerpieces were. She promised me most of the buds on the branches would bloom and they did! It was so beautiful, and it was EXACTLY what I had in mind. The guests all loved the centerpieces and couldn't wait to take some of the flowers home. I would definitely recommend having Laura as your florist. If by first meeting, you feel like she understands your vision, then put your full trust in her because she did an amazing job. She's very reasonably priced, and willing to work with you to make sure you stay within budget, but still have your dream centerpieces. I had my bridesmaids here for a floral making class over the weekend, and it was such a great experience! First off, the studio is perfect for an event like this. Laura had the place set up with tables, vases, clippers, flowers and more when we arrived. There was also a space for me to set up some decorations and lunch for my guests. Laura is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the class far exceeded my expectations. She taught us how to condition the flowers, make an arrangement, and more! We had a very bad experience with Laura. We paid $8000 for flowers for my son's wedding on New Years Eve and was disappointed. She did not deliver what she said she would. The arrangements were small and, the Hydrangeas died before the ceremony and the room where the ceremony was going to be was not decorated according to plan. When we complained she refused to take responsibility. Her suggestions was to give a $300 credit which was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend her as a floweriest . read more

We had just celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday at the Venetian and we are extremely pleased with the floral arrangement centerpieces by Laura Clare! The beautiful floral arrangement centerpieces were exquisitely done. The quality of the flowers were high end without any cheap fillers. The pink color tones were exactly what we had asked for from light pink to hot pink with a touch of green. We received so many compliments from our guests. We worked with one of Laura's floral designers at the Hoboken sturdio and Laura personally made sure everything will be done to perfection.
