I did the zero gravity chair and put on my meditation music. Lastly, I attended the group event with Raye for the equinox. HOLY SH!t Batman! When I tell you I left feeling SHEER JOY, I mean sheer euphoric JOY! Sitting in circle is always pleasant and I enjoy it but whatever sound bath magic is happening in that salt cave is unreal! The sounds and vibrations I had never heard or even imagines permeated every cell of my being. I'm not used to that but the restroom was at least clean and the staff member waited for me in the hall to escort me to the locker room to change. It's nice that your possessions are locked securely away while you have your services. I had the spa package that included the salt room , massage and a facial. After changing i was escorted to the salt room. I have received salt therapy previously but this experience was new as the room was very very small. The output from the machine was way too strong and i was very uncomfortable. I found myself trying to adjust my positioning to get comfortable. I will say that the masseuse did say that she would have the output adjusted after i mentioned my discomfort with the treatment. The massage and facial were both really just ok. Admittedly finding the perfect massage is a struggle, but with facials, I typically enjoy my experience much more. Again, not bad but just not great. It doesn't appear that really high quality products are used (photo attached). The decor was nice. Some opportunity to repair the parts of the wall where the salt has come off and to also clean up some of the salt debris in other areas of the spa. I probably wouldn't visit again.

The owners are very kind and knowledgeable. They will soon feel like part of your family. I have had several services including the Infrared Sauna and the EES (Energy Enhancement System).
