First time visitor here and already quite happy. It starts with scheduling, which I pretty much…read moreuniversally loathe. I wish there were magic calendar pixies flitting around making sure things happen when they need to without the logistical madness of reconciling my schedule with someone else's schedule with ... ugh. Here, though, they made it so easy! And they followed up! And they were on time! I felt like they were helping every step of the way, from the moment I made the appointment to the moment I was walking back to the therapy room. The services are also blessedly broad. It's not "just massage": you can also get Thai massage, hot and cold stone massage, barefoot massage, cranial sacral treatments, and about a zillion other things as far as I can tell. I love the opportunities that variety provides. I went for a Thai massage with Jillian. And I really enjoyed it. The focus was more on legwork and trigger points than on super athletic stretching, but it was good nonetheless. Next time (which there definitely will be) I'm going to ask for a bit more intensity in it, but that's my personal preference not a suggestion that anything was lacking. Because Jillian was great! Very professional, with great hands, dry wit, and multi-faceted skill. She even added a cranial sacral treatment to the end, which I now know can be epic relaxing. In fact I liked the ambience and ease of Skilled Touch so much that I immediately booked future appointments with Jillian to try some of the other services. Normally I'm not much for the "spa" feel - that hushed, church-like "shh - Don't. Say. Anything" vibe always feels stifling to me. But Skilled Touch is pleasant and calming without feeling stifling. I'm happy to have found it and happier still to be coming back soon.

It took 4 months to schedule to use my gift card…read more Kelli and the massage were great. I was then charged a price that was different on the website and on the brochure on the counter. I was told the owner wasn't there and that they changed prices a long time ago. They also charged 50% to my card in advance, which the web site said they would only do if a no show/cancel. The gal could not figure out how to reverse it. Then had to figure out the gift card situation and what to do with it which involved helping to figure out the numbers for her. The relaxing massage was ruined before I ever left the building. Very disappointing

I trusted Kelley Radke with my skin and she damaged it. She made it even worse, tried to gaslight…read moreme that it was my diet - when I follow a healthy diet and have a healthy BMI. Clearly, Kelley used me for my money. She has no idea how to work on acne. She give me a chemical peel and extractions. Those extractions were done on inflamed skin - which she was not supposed to do. My skin was just fine before going to her, afterwards it only got worse and worse due to the extractions. She is extremely unprofessional as well. She was asking about my medications. When she found out, I am on nexplanon she said "You should get off of that! TMI I don't judge tho heard of a lot of things in here..." Well, how can you say that you are non-judgmental and inclusive if you proceed to give medical advice without a MD license? It was so obvious to me that she wanted to push a certain agenda on me because she lacked the expertise in this area. After damaging my skin, she dares to message me to go to a dermatologist after I show her how bad my skin looks due to her facial treatment. Maybe she should've said that before taking my money and experimenting with her extractions on my skin. Damaging my skin and my confidence - now, I cannot go out without heavy foundation and I definitely got bacteria from the extractions. Please do not go here if you have acne! It's the worst. Besides my experience with Kelley, I enjoyed going to the spa for the balancer pro, sculpt pad and I think it's great for relaxing your muscles especially if you are a runner or like to hit up the gym. I enjoyed everyone working on the front desk and I never had an issue with them. However, Kelley Radke should not gaslight her own clients and accept when she makes mistakes. I would have had more respect if she did that instead of point fingers towards my diet.

Like others have stated, this place is a scam; the staff are unprofessional and rude. The website…read moreand booking staff will say there is a special but then at your appointment something changes and there is another or 'different' special that costs 10x what was quoted. My tech spent 3-4 minutes on my legs (but PAID FOR A 20 minute session!) and the remainder of that time was her (7 months out of esthetician school) was her trying to sell me a 4-figure package; when I declined she became combative saying things like 'can you not afford it?' 'Do you live alone, is money the problem?' I sat there speechless as she continued her timeshare sales pitch. The place is rundown, dirty, the rooms are open aired with dirty shower curtains dividing each 'room' and you can hear everything going on in the room next to you! This was hands down, the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered, and this includes buying many cars in my life, that experience isn't half as bad as this girl's sales pitch which turned into a series of insults. That did not persuade me to spend $2900 there, what the tech was trying to convince me to commit to, for 12 sessions.....and this tech was not even 1 year out of school, and it showed, her etiquette leave a lot to be desired.
