I'm not typically the massage kind of guy, in fact, this was the first solo massage I've ever had. I've done couples massages with my wife a half dozen times or so but never a single massage. I'm not sure why I waited so long, I was a bit nervous about going alone, I shouldn't have been. From the check in, to the massage, to the check out, everything went extremely well. Shelby was my massage therapist, and she did an awesome job, in fact it was the best massage I've ever had, not that I've had that many, she kept on checking in with me to make sure everything was ok and made the whole experience comfortable. I asked for a deep tissue massage and boy did I get that, it was wonderful, she definitely knows her stuff. I will definitely be back, sooner rather than later! read more

5 star experience at Float! Received a service for a gift and used it for a self care day. Day of appointment I was greeted by Devin. She was both very pleasant and professional git me reacclimated me to the facility after learning that it had been some time since my last time there. The float experience itself is truly only captured in words once you have your own encounter. This 2nd time for me was way better than the 1st. Was easier for me to absorb the deep state of relaxation that the float intends to provide - Didn't have the uncomfortable sinking / falling feeling that I felt the 1st time and truly relaxed to the point of falling asleep as it was the sound of my own snoring that woke me up right about the time my float was supposed to conclude. I'll be returning to float again for more self-care and additional services. read more

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, my entry was halotherapy I found on Groupon, and I regularly use the infrared sauna. What an amazing experience. My wife brought me in for a couples massage in the salt cave and then a float. I have been wanting to try the float for a while. The massage was definitely one of the best I've had; especially my neck. Wow. The experience of the salt cave opened up my sinuses and I have heard it brings all kinds of benefits. The float was everything I had hoped for. To feel suspended in space and time with no sound but my heart and breathe, no sight but the visions I had. No feeling but the pulsating of my body with each heartbeat. The staff are wonderful. Everything is clean and prepared. First time going to Float State, it was a great Birthday gift I experienced the "Salt Cave" and to be honest, for someone having too much on their mind (stress, ect), I didn't enjoy the meditation as my mind kept going in circles The massage with Dana (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) was SUPERB! . This was my first time at Float State! My husband booked massages and floats for both of us. From the get-go the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They explained how our day was going to go thoroughly and were happy to answer all questions we had. We both started with 1 hour massages and they were amazing for both of us! After our massages we both did the Float for one hour and it was a great experience for both of us. We would definitely do both massages and the Float again and will recommend to our friends and family! But what really stood out to me about this place was once again amazing the customer service! I had a major brain fart and left both my wedding ring and band in my robe. I did not realize until after we left and when we called they immediately went to help look for them. Both were found and returned and I can not thank the staff enough for taking the time out of their busy Saturday to assist and look! Thanks again so much! read more

I purchased my husband and I a 30 minutes couple massage and 1 hour Float therapy for Christmas and today we cashed it in. My husband received a massage from Dana and i received one from Rosie. Rosie and Dana were both so sweet, polite and professional. They made us both feel so comfortable, making sure that we communicated the pressure we wanted. Both delivered on the pressure points and we both walked out of our massages so relaxed and with no more pain in our backs and neck. What was only 30 minutes felt like an hour massage. My husband and I will both be back for hour long massages with Rosie and Dana again. This was our first time doing float therapy and we're both a little nervous not knowing what to expected. The front desk host not sure of her name she had glasses explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. We showered and jumped into the couples float tank "Water Room" the tank was big enough to hold both of us. It was the most amazing, relaxing feeling. We turned the lights off for bit it felt like we were just floating in space. I even bounced my legs from the wall to bounce into my husband lol it was really cool. After we showered got into our robes and relaxed in the lounge for bit, had some hot tea and just soaked up every minute we could before getting back to the loud world. I did the float in Room 2 (the Air room, I believe) and it was a really cool experience! It was awesome to be suspended in total weightlessness! I opted to turn the lights off during my float, and it was pitch black and completely silent in the tub. I enjoyed being in the peace and quiet, you feel like all of your outside worries and cares are gone! I do wish the water was a few degrees warmer, but I'm sure it is temperature controlled so people won't get too warm and pass out. And although amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels) are offered inside the float rooms, some body lotion would be a nice addition since the salt, although it left my skin feeling smooth, felt a bit dry following the float. All of the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who gave me a tour of the place was very knowledgeable and explained the whole float process clearly. I really enjoyed the little zen room where you can rest before and after your float--it is decorated with comfy seating, beautiful crystals and books on wellness/meditation. I would definitely return again in the future to try other service. The facilities were impeccably clean, and being that it's in the Dos Lagos shopping district, it's a perfect place to do some post float shopping and lunch. Went yesterday for wedding anniversary. The staff is all very nice and accommodating. We Did the 1 hour float, it was a little warm for me in the room but it could be because I'm pregnant and I just get hot easy in 3rd trimester. The best part of float was having the weightlessness feeling. It felt soo good on my sore pregnancy joints, especially my low back. They had floating noodles for me to use to help with pregnancy, it was really thoughtful. The massage by Laura was absolutely the best though. Best massage I've ever had.
