This is a truly special place that deserves nothing less than 5 stars. The staff members are genuinely kind and care. The last time I came, I booked online and mentioned in the comments that it was my birthday because Float State offers a special birthday rate. I went with some friends here for a girls day. I tried a float for the first time and I am hooked! This place is so clean, the float rooms are beautiful and spacious with a shower inside to wash off before and after, and supply you with everything you need to make your experience great. It's about an hour and a half drive for me to get there, but there's no where in my area that has the type of facility this place does. read more

As I keep raving to my friends I'm slightly obsessed with this place. First off- the concept of sensory deprivation is amazing. One of biggest struggles is shutting my mind, or sitting still relaxing for long. Im constantly on the go and planning ahead. I've been here on a monthly basis for the last 4 months. I booked my appointments over the phone because I normally book multiple services. The attendants are helpful, patient and professional. The areas are clean, I feel safe walking around barefoot. Which it's maybe the only place outside of home that I do this (aside of the beach of course). I find this place to be serene enough to take me from a fast paced maniac to a calm sloth. Second time visiting Float State. This time I decided to try the sauna, the float and ended my visit with another massage by Raquel. The sauna was a great experience, very clean and relaxing. The float tank to my surprise was also very relaxing! It took me a little longer to focus but working on my breathing helped me relax. Amazing first time experience! My husband and I did the couples package, 60 min message, 60 min float & salt cave. We didn't care too much for the salt cave, but the highlight was the messages and the float room. Shelby and Raquel were amazing message therapists! Ok, I'm going to jump right in with the negative (note that I'm giving 5 stars so it can't be that negative lol). I wish this place had its own building to have more space to create the environment and ambiance that it has. It's neat to be transported to the world they've created the moment you step in. I highly recommend taking off your shoes when you first enter (not sure if it's mandatory) so that you can start your relaxation journey immediately. The overall layout of the place makes it feel smaller and less open and freeing, but they've done a great job with what they have. I love their lounge area with the swinging chairs, tea area, small fountain and... singing bowls (? not sure what they're actually called) floating in the fountain. When I got there, the staff member (I wish I had asked her name!) gave me a tour since it was my 1st time. I had my 1st float experience with the Oasis Tank "Earth," so after the tour I was taken to the room and was given a detailed explanation of how to prepare, what to expect, what to do after the float, etc. I had read the FAQ section on the website before going, so it was nice to have the review plus new information rather than all the information being new and getting overwhelmed by the new environment, experience, etc and I could focus on relaxing. But everything went along just as the staff described to me. I took her recommendations also (such as bringing the small towel and spray bottle into the tank and hanging it inside in case I got the salt water in my eyes) and everything went well. The website recommends getting the 3-float package for beginners and I would recommend that too. It's a good deal and after my 1st experience, I definitely want to go back and keep experimenting to see what works best for me. Over time, I'd like to try their other rooms and services too. If you haven't tried float therapy, I highly recommend it. It might take a bit of adjusting for some people, but if you get into that "zone," it is truly amazing! My personal float experience: When I first entered the room with the tank and shower, the air felt a bit stuffy and warm to me, but after my float, it felt just right haha. I'm not claustrophobic but I did feel nervous seeing the tank at first. The amount of water in the tank isn't deep and the Epsom salt to water ratio helps you float easily. I didn't like the feeling of water going into my ears at first but soon got used to it and it helped block whatever extra sound could possibly get through. They do provide ear plugs but the staff says water would still get in, so I didn't bother using them. I noticed both my shoulders ached badly from floating on my back with my arms at my side, but eventually I found that raising my arms to my face level or above my head helped ease the distracting pain. The staff member said people have asked for pool noodles and other things to help with comfort which they try to accommodate. I'm not sure how much they can accommodate, but it was good to know. Also personal preference, I wish the water was slightly warmer (I think I read somewhere it's about body temperature) because there were times I felt cold, but it wasn't distracting enough that I couldn't get past it. The experience when you're "in the zone" is so neat! I didn't feel cold, I didn't even feel the water, and any part of the water I did feel actually felt like air. I kept imagining that I was floating in space and the only thing I could hear was my heart beat and sometimes my breathing. THAT was the experience I want to try to achieve next time for the whole duration of the float. Unfortunately, towards the end, I started getting nauseous either from feeling like there was less air circulation in the tank or my brain thinking I was moving when I wasn't. I ended up needing to sit up which caused the salt water to get in my eyes which stung. So grateful I followed the staff member's advice about the spray bottle and towel. The nausea hasn't deterred me from float therapy though. Next time I want to try one of the cabins and see if it helps. I'm hoping it was just a fluke though because I did like the tank which I believe is the OG float therapy. read more

Had a self care Saturday and this place was on the list. I originally heard about this place years ago when they first opened in Dos Logos ( Corona ) but never got around to checking them out. This place is a little oasis they offer Massage, sauna, float in a salt water bath cryotherapy, salt caves, etc. you can book single sessions or get a membership. A friend booked us for the salt cave Saturday night. When you arrive you immediately remove your shoes and leave them in a little cubby area. Which for whatever reason added to the peaceful feel of this place. since it was our first time we did a single session of the salt cave. Started with a little tour of the place since we were interested in all their offerings. We noticed they had Kombucha on tap and both decided to purchase a can since they have it on tap for members. Honestly the best kombucha had ( I took a picture of the can cause I would purchase this brand) the salt cave was so relaxing and peaceful. You leave feeling as though you spent a day at the beach , the entire room floor walls etc. have salt and it's very comfy you can sit in lounge chair or on a blanket on the floor. My husband and I got a Groupon for their 45min Salt Cave. I was a bit curious and wanted to check it out. You enter a business for the first time and you are usually greeted. But in our case, it was just silence. The lady checked us in; gave us instructions on what to expect and where to proceed. She even stated that she will come get us once our time was up in the Salt Cave. Forty-five minutes later, we didn't know whether to wait for her to come get us or just leave the room. I think we saw the owner on our way out and felt like he had nothing to say to us. I was going to inquire more about their services, but I suppose we seemed like the type of people that couldn't afford their services *MAJOR EYE-ROLL* To be polite, i had to ask if there was a checkout process. Hellooooooo Self-Care :) Float State is the ultimate spot for relaxation and self-care in the Inland Empire. (Aside from Glen Ivy). Float State is located at the Dos Logos outdoor shopping center. Right when you walk in the door, you feel the "zen" vibe that they have created. It smells of natural scents like lavender and other calming scents. It's dimly lit inside so it's comfortable and cozy! The noise level is low and for the most point it's very quiet inside the facility. Perfect for when you need to get away from reality and all the chaos of life. I've been here a few times now, for floats and this most recent time- I tried the cryotherapy. The whole body cryotherapy was an interesting experience. I went in with some lower back pain and finished the cryotherapy treatment without any lower back pain. It works!!!! The float therapy is cool if you don't mind being in the same space for an hour, and as long as you don't mind salt being all over your body lol I get a little anxious when doing the floats, but I have friends that love it. My next plan is to get a massage here. I just want to make sure they are soft since I don't like being beaten up when getting a massage lol My cousin got a cryotherapy facial and enjoyed it. She said it hurt more on certain parts of her face. But overall enjoyed the "cooling" sensation on her face. Overall this place is great. You can try to book services online, but the cryotherapy facial isn't available online to book. So you will have to call them to book that service. I came in on my birthday, a Sunday morning for a deep tissue massage with Shelby J who was so fabulous. I feel like she worked out muscles that hadn't been cared for in so long. So thank you Shelby so much. I would absolutely book with her again! When you first enter the wellness spa, you must remove your shoes at the door. I love that personally. Leaving you then barefoot for the remainder of your experience. The changing facilities and beauty room were both very clean and well-kept as was the float tank in my air cabin. After about 40 minutes it was a wrap for me, but what a cool experience and I can see the benefits from floating if done consistently. They provide everything you could need during and after your float, except a couple more towels could be useful especially to prevent water tracking through the spa (1-2 more). The lounge area has a beautiful aura and intentional placement in regards to it's decoration. Also, the young woman at the front desk was so sweet from the moment I walked in to the moment I left and that is always appreciated. Such a fun experience! I came on a whim with my best friend for the salt cave experience for two and we loved it! Front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had the 2-person room reserved for us, and the session lasted 45 minutes. We got to lounge in the salt room with some complimentary tea, and just be! The room played music and included a rake to rake the salt crystals in the room. Afterwards, you can sit and relax in the back of the space with more tea and quiet time.
