I appreciate the reduced offered packages such as 45 at night or 65 during the day, especially with cost these days. Those who complain about how dirty or crowded it is may have never visited actual Hot springs out in the nature before. Glen Ivy also being being an actual Hot spring are quite clean. Fresh towels no matter where you go. Flavored water at every Stop. Free floating rafts at the float pool and so many pools to choose from and yet I can still do everything I want to do and relax in under 4 hours. If you're going to the spa to eat and drink, I recommend trying a bar and grill instead. However, at Chills which is at Glen Ivy, you can get pretty good smoothies at comparable prices, but they close at 6:00 p.m. so don't forget to grab one! Arrived early within 30minutes of opening (highly recommend arriving early); relaxed line and welcome from the hosts with spa water while you wait; the grounds and landscaping and decor made me feel like I was in a tropical location on vacation; the mineral spa felt great especially with the jets on my back; Susan was my masseuse and was awesome!! My back felt great after her massage ... ask for Susan for your massage and thank me later! Cafe was good; we split a beet salad and flatbread pizza. The mud really does help exfoliate. Oh and the grotto was so fun and different...you're "painted" with shea butter++ then go into dry sauna then shower off. I love spas and wellness centers. It's a place that I find peace and a reset. That is, until this spa. I planned a day for 7 of us for my daughter's 40th birthday. She had been here before, years ago, and wanted to repeat that experience. I had never been here before. I should have realized that this would not be a good fit, just trying to make reservations. They have an older system that if you are the person organizing the event, EVERYTHING has to go through you and your credit card on file. Meaning, I paid for everyone's entrance, the upgraded loungers and reserved area and my daughter's massage. They would NOT allow my guests to arrange their own massage or services on their own. EVERYTHING had to go through me, and they wanted me to do all of the arrangements. I had never been to a spa, where the person wanted services couldn't arrange on their own. The person I was speaking to, was not an easy person to work with either, which made it all that more difficult. I reserved way in advance. On the day of, we arrived and were ushered to the front of the line, since one of us had services at 9:30, at opening. That was a nice perk. Registration was a pleasant event, with a professional gal helping us, and she was very positive and upbeat. Started our day nicely. Then we stood in front of the towel gal (no one told us that we would have towels on our loungers) who didn't acknowledge us, until I made the request for towels. Then off we went. We found our loungers and were trying to settle in, when we witnessed people who did not have loungers all rushing to grab the floating beds. We rushed over there and did not get enough for all of us, we had 4 to share, and we felt rushed to use them immediately or they would be taken away, as all the signage said. I would think for the amount of money I was spending for our reserved area, these would be assigned to us, and not have us competing with people for their use. It turned out that our reserved area had ZERO other perks. We were told we would have beverage and food service, but yet NO ONE ever came to us. The lounge pool became so busy, that it was floatie to floatie action. No room to just be. This area was not peaceful, very over crowded and not relaxing. Also people would just come and put their personal items in our reserved area as if it was theirs. No employees were around to assist us for anything. The rest of the areas were just as overcrowded. Everyone kept telling me what Glen Ivy used to be. A wellness spa, a place to relax, but there was no relaxing here. They over served guests, people are really LOUD, and there wasn't a place to chill. When it was time to eat, since we were never offered service, we went to the again overcrowded restaurant to line up and order some food. The lines were long, they did move faster than I expected. The menu is ok. We did not enjoy our food. My Philly Cheesesteak was cold inside, I don't know how you do that to something that is supposed to be grilled to order, the cheeseburgers were dry and tasteless. The french fries are good, but they are not salted so you have to ask for everything. I had to ask for utensils twice, which then came and didn't have a knife, then have to request again for a knife, everything was chaos and difficult to get. They could at least, set up an area so that we can help ourselves to items, if they are not going to give us good service. This was a fail for most of us. 2 gals ordered the Ahi Bowl, and they really enjoyed those. My daughter and my niece had massages, neither one of them enjoyed those. They found them very lacking, and they didn't get the relaxing they were anticipating. All 7 of us agreed, that we wouldn't be coming back here. It's expensive, and if they gave us an experience that equalled the value, I could see coming back. The grounds are beautiful, its immaculate and it has many many options of areas that are included with your entrance fee. But they did not show us value for our money. I was really looking forward to spending a relaxing day at Glen Ivy, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to the price. Right from check-in, we ran into issues. I asked if we could move our Grotto appointment to an earlier time and was told there were no openings. Later, a manager helping my friend looked into it and said every time slot was actually available. After speaking with the employee who had helped us, suddenly it wasn't a problem. It was frustrating because it felt like I wasn't given accurate information the first time. The property itself was extremely crowded. There weren't nearly enough lounge chairs around the pools, so finding a place to relax was difficult. If Glen Ivy is going to admit that many guests, there should be enough seating to accommodate them. I also expected more from the Grotto experience. For the additional cost, it felt underwhelming. The treatment consisted of applying a body mask, sitting in a sauna for about 10 minutes, rinsing off, and afterward there were simply apples in a basket and pre-packaged tea. It didn't feel like a premium spa experience and wasn't worth the extra money to me. Finally, one of the pools had a very loud group drinking and yelling, and it completely changed the atmosphere. I understand people are there to have fun, but Glen Ivy markets itself as a relaxing spa. It would've been nice if staff had reminded guests to keep the noise at a reasonable level across the property, so guest can enjoy their experience. It felt like a day club in Vegas. I had wanted to go to Glen Ivy for years, and I finally treated myself to a solo trip. I had so much fun! I went in the evening, so it wasn't too crowded, and they had live jazz by the pool. I also signed up for the wine tasting, which was a great addition. First of all, Glen Ivy is gorgeous! I thought it was going to be super hot, but there are so many trees and plenty of shade, and the pool water was perfect. I started at the mud pool, and that was definitely my favorite. My skin felt so soft afterward! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only small issue was at check-in--my associate seemed new and forgot to put my card on file, but it was quickly fixed. A special shoutout to Rebecca Aldaco at the wine tasting. She was amazing! She shared so many great tips and recommendations and made the experience so much fun. I finished the evening relaxing in a few more pools. Glen Ivy is definitely a must-do! I can't believe I waited so long to go. read more

It was my first time here at Glen Ivy Hot Springs and honestly I felt that my experience was just decent. I came here with my friends to have a nice girls day. It was all of our first time and actually we thought the experience will be different. However, I feel that overall it was 3/5 for me. I didn't really feel tranquility until I got the Hydro massage which is very nice and very nice massager chair. That was definitely the best highlight of my experience here. I felt that it was very overcrowded and it kind of reminds me of like a grown-up pool spot with a lot of people hanging out with groups of friends by the pool. The clay bath Experience was just decent as well. I felt icky afterwards I mean, maybe it wasn't just for me, but I'm sure a lot of people did enjoy it, but it does make you feel icky. The lounge they had there is nice. They have drinks, but everything is pretty much wine based and they do have wine options, cider, and beer. My wine was good so no complaints with that, and I like how they had a variety. The Ivy kitchen was nice. They had good food. I ordered the chicken protein bowl and it wasn't bad. The locker room was actually nice. I felt that they could have bigger lockers since women have large bags. I would say the best pool that I did enjoy was the Jacuzzi and the small pool towards the south area. Honestly, I am not sure if I will come back. It was good to have the experience in my opinion. I had a wonderful time during my first ever visit to Glen Ivy. We came on the morning of July 3, so the start to the holiday weekend. Due to this, it was very busy but we still were able to enjoy all the amenities!! There are so many different pools to relax in, and I especially enjoyed club mud where we were able to cover ourselves with basically a face mask but for our whole bodies. It left our skin feeling super soft!! The service was also great, and I really enjoyed the smoothie I got. I definitely recommend coming on a weekday and avoiding holidays if you want to be away from crowds, and when going to the restaurant inside for lunch, try to go at noon latest!! That's when we stood in line to order and there weren't many people in line but it moved pretty slow. By the time we sat down and were eating, the line had grown 10x the size. read more

Whether you're planning a girls' getaway, a relaxing day with your significant other, or simply treating yourself to some much-needed self-care, this place is 100% worth the visit. From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the peaceful atmosphere. There is plenty of parking, and the entrance feels secluded, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful lush landscaping that immediately puts you in relaxation mode. Upon entering, guests are welcomed with refreshing fruit-infused water before checking in. They do conduct a bag check, so keep in mind that outside food and beverages are not permitted. Honestly, that's not a problem because there are plenty of food and drink options available throughout the resort. During our visit, my sister and I decided to have lunch at Ivy Kitchen, and it was the perfect choice. My sister ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. While it was made fresh to order and served with hot, crispy fries, the steak itself could have used a little more seasoning. Thankfully, the delicious dipping sauces--including a cheesy sauce and ranch--helped elevate the dish. I went with the Chicken Nachos, and wow...they were absolutely amazing! The portion size was huge and could easily be shared between two people. If I were to do it again, my sister and I would definitely split the nachos and save room for more spa-time relaxation. The only unexpected hiccup during our visit was a power outage. This was completely outside of Glen Ivy's control, as we later learned that Edison had temporarily shut off power to perform service in the area. Fortunately, power was restored within about 45 minutes to an hour. Thankfully, my sister and I had already taken our lunch break before it happened. What really impressed me was how the staff handled the situation. Once power was restored, team members walked throughout the resort personally notifying guests that services were available again. Their communication and professionalism helped make an inconvenient situation much smoother. I would absolutely return to Glen Ivy and Ivy Kitchen. Whether you're looking for something light or a more filling meal, they have options to satisfy just about every appetite. Combined with the beautiful spa setting and attentive staff, it makes for a wonderful experience from start to finish. Overall it was a nice first visit, but it didn't wow me like everyone said it would. Maybe it was just overhyped. The grounds are super pretty, and there are definitely 'premium' spots versus not so great ones - because of the area and/or the [loud] clientele around you. There is tons to do - from all the different pools and the mud pit thing, which are thankfully included, to added treatments. The cost is reasonable for entry where you get a full day's outing - We went on a Friday for the day (9-4p) and it was $115 pp. My favorite activities were the hot/cold pools, the sauna, the yoga secret garden thing, and the aquarobics class in the main pool. The rest was just ok and super packed. The cocktails were good, $16 plus tip each, steep but expected for a spa place. The food was surprisingly really good - we got nachos and flatbread, but the ordering process was not organized at all and the staff were not friendly in that area. I've been here twice. The most recent being yesterday. The first time I came it was so overcrowded and finding a spot in the baths, let alone a pool chair, was difficult. They were usually filled and you'd stand around waiting until something became free. This time around it wasn't as bad. We came early, right at opening, 9:00am. We quickly changed and hopped into the bath circuit. If you don't want to be part of crowded hot human soup, do this first! We did the whole circuit in order, finishing with the Mud Club. It was a fun experience to share, but I think we were all pretty eager to chill by the pool with a drink. Food is pricy. Just a burger with fries is $30 with tax. And note, there is a 10% markup when you get to the cash. There is a small sign to inform you at the register, it's to supplement the wages of the staff. I find this misleading, markup the prices, and pay your staff well, so that your guests aren't surprised when they get to the register. The sound bath is nice, I'd recommend doing it, but go early, again, it was crowded. Overall if you plan and budget well, this is a fun day with the girls. But expect to spend, at least, $300-400 for the day, with food, drinks and a treatment. read more

My friend and I came for my birthday. I remember being able to stay all day, but now it's only half day admissions. I wanted a massage but they were only available during the AM admission. We booked the PM admission due to availability. It was nice spending time with my Friend in the pool, club-mud, and the grotto. We stayed till closing, shower area is INSANE if you wait to shower at the very end with everyone else. So sucks you kind of have to leave early to by pass the long line. Word to the wise - get there early, schedule your services early so that the rest of your day flows. Me and friends had a great time today. You have to come into the experience knowing you're going to spend money. While the weather was a bit chilly we were undeterred from enjoying all the amenities. Definitely go to the grotto - this is $35 on top of entry. You get a little pampering, time to chill, and off you go with moisturized skin! Beverages are tasty - I had a Bloody Mary with wine-based tequila. I'm still not sure what it means, but overall the flavor was good!! I'd order it again. My nursing school bestie planned a babymoon/wifelorette for me here on a Saturday (day admission 9am-5pm). I started off with a prenatal massage (an additional service aside from admission) in the morning which was great and relaxing for sure. They use aroma therapy and oils that are okay for pregnancy. Afterwards, my bestie and I ventured throughout the whole area which has several different pools and other activities like saunas, club mud, ice and hot baths, and regular pool areas which are included in the admission. Since I'm pregnant, I couldn't fully enjoy the things that were either too hot or too cold. Rather, I mostly stayed in the lounge pool where there are floaties you can lay on. As for the food and smoothies, everything was delicious! Definitely recommend the nachos and blushing bloom smoothie. Hope to be back in the future when time permits! read more

This is a late review of my experience on the day after Thanksgiving in 2023. I went with my SIL and friend. We enjoyed our time there and stayed the entire day until early evening. I liked the beautiful entry area and inside the gift shop close to where we check in. It was easy to book online and reserve a massage service which was fantastic! The facilities were clean. What I enjoyed were the mud grotto and the steam room which was in a cave. Super cool! The food at the cafe was great, though don't get anything with honey as it attracts bees. We were warned but took a chance. LOL The pools were packed by the time we got to those areas. The pool water smelled strong and looked a bit murky--that made me hesitant to go in. I think I went into two pools only and couldn't wait to shower right away thereafter. Hope they clean it more often throughout the day. We had a lovely time at Glen Ivy on a Sunday evening. Evening Package-We got the Evening package that starts from 4 to 9 pm. $60 You can also get the meal for $50 which includes entree, small appetizer and a drink (alcoholic). Total is $110. Amenities-They provide towels, plastic bags for your wet clothes, water, lockers, showers with soap, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer, Everything looked very clean. They have various types of HEATED pools and saunas throughout the property. Mud area- make sure you take a dark swimsuit because it will get stained. First, you lather yourself with mud. Then, you go to a steam room so it can harden. At the end, you rinse off in warm water. At the entrance, they can take care of your clothes that you don't want to get stained with mud. We didn't get any services ie massage. Lockers-take a collapsible bag because we took a large bag and it didn't fit inside. You can take a lanyard so you can keep your key. Free parking. When I say we splurged, i mean we SPLURGED! Times have been rough & we needed a break. Sometimes when you're about to break, ya gotta take one instead. We got the works!!!! "Passport to Wellness" cabana, host, entree & app, mimosa, grotto treatment & massage PLUS "Bubbles & Besties" bottle of Prosecco & hummus platter (platter was fantastic). We went ALLLLL out. The mood upon arrival was shattered by a boomer face-timing for all to hear by our cabana. TLDR: Plot twist - it was the Director of Hospitality. Automatic 1-star. OVERALL: This is a nice spa with lots of amenities but I wouldn't call it "luxury" but nice enough. More like accessible comfort for the masses. There were a couple of hair dryers in the ladies locker room but it was super crowded at the end of the day and even if you could get a spot at the mirror. There were no other amenities at the mirrors. Showers had giant pump bottles of soap, shampoo, & conditioner bolted to the walls. Bring your own stuff. Used my own shampoo yet my hair was softer than normal-must be the water. Another large chain spa provides a lot more in their locker rooms. PHONE USE: prohibited in parts of the spa. The web site says "to preserve the spa's tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you keep all electronic devices turned off. We encourage a digital detox". I didn't see any guests being disruptive or on speaker/facetime on their phones-except one guy. Our cabana was in a quiet part of the property by a quiet lawn area. Of course as we show up some older man, dressed in casual wear, not spa attire, was face-timing someone on for ALLLLLL to hear the conversation. Face-timing at Costco is frowned upon, it's certainly not welcome at the a spa. It's the literal spa policy. But plot-twist, we learned that this was the DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY on a face-time. Skippy, you'd think you'd know better given your chosen profession. Ya, I got salty. Not my finest moment, but I told him that face-timing is inappropriate & unwelcome and that he should certainly know better. He called me rude. Yah, I own it, you certainly did not own your rudeness loudly talking on the phone Mr. Director of Hospitality. I guess executives are excepted from "digital detox" policy. CROWDS: so many people. On a TUESDAY!!! Just be prepared. We're talking Disneyland crowds. Like Disneyland, though, it's super clean. Gramma brought me when it was still a dirt road. I later went with friends a few times when it was much less crowded. Post-Covid era something changed & this place is packed. The crowds are super chill & not problematic. None of the guests were disruptive on their phones. Plus phones are prohibited in certain areas of the property. STAFF: The staff is AMAZING! Pleasant & helpful. Skippy from hospitality on his phone could take some tips from the staff. CLUB MUD: the biggest reason to come. I LOVE Club Mud. THE GROTTO: We also did "The Grotto" where they brush you with mud. That was not the same thing as Club Mud at all. Fine if you're into it, but it was not my thing: hot, & sweaty. I did love the cool-down room at the end with the huge water fall. I could have stayed there longer but had my massage appointment. POOLS: lots of pools & hot tubs: mineral water, epson salt, cold plunge, regular hot tub, lap pool, lounge pool. Try them all! They're great. CLASSES: we didn't really check the class schedule & wish we did. Would've tried the Sound Bath. Show up early. It was crowded. You can't really plan massages around them because ya' gotta book the massage early, and the schedules are put out day-of and on-site. We missed all the things. Alas, win-some, lose-some. Get there early so you can spend the whole day. There's water available at almost every station. We loved the mineral baths, which absolutely smelled like farts. We also did the included yoga class... and we were told that it was beginner friendly. It was hatha flow (this particular one was not super beginner friendly). If you like a more yin style yoga, sit the yoga out. It was a workout and you will sweat. And of course, we had to try Club Mud! It was a fun and unique experience (definitely a must-do), though the mud water itself was a little colder than expected the dry sauna helped to warm up a bit. Still worth it for the full spa experience. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we had some tomato soup at a little stand. Really quite good. Overall, definitely worth the price. Dear Glen Ivy Management, On Saturday, June 20th, my friend and I visited Glen Ivy for what was a long-anticipated ladies' getaway. We purchased evening admission and arrived before 5:00 p.m. because I had scheduled a facial as part of our experience. I have visited Glen Ivy many times and was especially excited to introduce my friend, who had never been there before. We were enjoying a wonderful evening until approximately 7:40 p.m., when the power went out. At first, we assumed power would be restored quickly or that backup generators would be available. Unfortunately, neither occurred. The music stopped, the atmosphere changed completely, and our dining experience at the Kitchen Terrace was significantly impacted when our food was served cold. The greatest inconvenience came when it was time to leave. The dressing rooms were dark, making it impossible to properly shower, dry our hair, or get ready to depart. We had to use the flashlights on our phones just to locate and open our lockers. The entire situation became chaotic and stressful. Because we were unable to shower and dry our hair, we also had to cancel our plans to stop for a late dinner afterward. I was particularly disappointed that my friend's first experience at Glen Ivy was cut short and overshadowed by circumstances beyond anyone's control. The evening simply did not reflect the relaxing and enjoyable experience that Glen Ivy is known for providing. In light of these circumstances, I respectfully request complimentary admission for both of us to return at a future date so that my friend may experience Glen Ivy as it is meant to be enjoyed. A Must-Experience Spa Day! I absolutely love Glen Ivy Hot Springs this has been our go-to spot for a few years now , especially for Mother's Day. I love it so much, I finally had to bring my husband to experience it too! We came on a Monday and it was such a sweet, relaxing experience from beginning to end. The customer service is always amazing staff is constantly around offering towels, guidance, and making sure you're comfortable. We did the Grotto, which I highly recommend. It's a cave-like, peaceful experience where they apply this amazing-smelling clay to your body. You just sit, unwind, and truly disconnect no phones, just intentional relaxation time. Such a vibe. We also enjoyed a massage, which was incredible. There's so much to explore here -- hot and cold plunge pools, sulfur pool, mineral salt pools, and saunas. This is my first time going to a spa that had so many outdoor amenities. One might compare it to an outdoor adult water park. I also didn't know there's a nudist one nearby but anyways... it is a beautiful property with lots of lush green foliage and plenty of chairs and pools to experience. I went on a Wednesday and there was still a good amount of people but I'm sure it gets crowded on the weekends. I did the cold Plunge, the saline pool, the floating pool, of course Club mud and got a facial. If you can believe it the power went out for a couple hours but it's not their fault so I'm still giving them five stars. Plus the staff was so kind and did the best they could under that type of pressure. Coming here was such a nice way to break up my week and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I wish the dining options offered some type of server or option for someone to bring you food or drinks but not a deal breaker. They don't have hard liquor as an FYI (just wine based spirits). I enjoyed one of their non-alcoholic fizzy drinks I forget the name but it was delicious. Debby, who did my facial was amazing. We were laughing throughout my facial and just chit chatting. I really enjoyed my time with her and would request her next time I go back. some tips. Bring sandals you dont care about, and use them because your tootsies will catch on fire. Unbelievably BAD customer service! $129 down the toilet. My mom, my friend and I were on our phones each trying to get tickets for the next day. Mine went thru. They could not get a ticket. We called in and spoke with Nicole- rude- and explained that only one ticket was purchased before the day was apparently sold out and my mom and friend weren't able to purchase so I would like to cancel (I'm not trying to go by myself) and they would not cancel my reservation and return my money. Unbelievable!!! Watch me never come back again! No wonder the 3.8 star reviews. Next time we will go to Murrieta Hot Springs where they have 4.5 stars. Don't let them take your money! read more

Good old glen ivy! Came to glen ivy on a Saturday , seems to be the only hot day in weeks. This weekend was a sold out weekend, and boy did we feel it! This place was packed, the different tiers of tickets were all sold out. I was left to pick a service which was to pick reserved chairs. I do recommend this, as there comfy, but not all have good shade. Also the water massages are nice I hear. Overall, nice experience, but we highly wished that staff came around to take orders. It would have been a nicer touch, and if music was playing throughout the area, as there was too much chatter. read more

Great place to relax, spend the day, and enjoy girl time! We arrived for lunch and received the Grotto treatment. Enjoyed lunch at the cafe, a cocktail at the bar, and pool time. Before our treatment we did the mud spa, grotto (included sauna) , and mineral bath. Staff was really friendly and all accommodations for shower, locker, and water stands were great! I thought it was just me but I heard other customers talking about. I use the hot/cold for therapeutic health reasons and drive a ways to get there. Upon me leaving, I asked the front seat is there's a problem, and I was told they've been having problem with the mineral bath. It does me no good Glen Ivy if your equipment is not properly working. Yesterday I took my friend to the spa for her birthday. We love Glen Ivy! We went for the evening option with dinner. While we highly recommend the spa and the food, as we have had lunch many times, do not waste your money on the dinner. The steak was over cooked, hard and room temperature. The rest of the meal was cold. The red Sangria tasted like wine and vinegar. My Friend said the salmon was okay, but she wouldn't order it again. This dinner is the only thing I have ever been disappointed in at Glen Ivy. However, I should have known not to order steak and they didn't ask how I preferred it cooked. read more

Glen Ivy Hot Springs located in Temecula area is a must go to for relaxation, celebration, spa day, or just to reset! About an hour and forty-minute drive from San Diego and well worth it! We went at the tail end of April and it was still nice weather to enjoy all Glen Ivy has to offer. They offer Day passes (we paid $65) 9:30-5pm as well as Evening passes 4-9pm. I was told all the pools are heated for the Evening passes and is a different vibe in the night time. The pools are also a comfortable temp during the day time as well. We will definitely be rescheduling for an evening session in the near future. Customer service was top tier! Food was about average in cost and delicious! We did get pedicures during out visit. Ms. Hoa did an amazing job with my French tip Pedi! I would definitely request services from her in the future! Couple of recommendation... Bring as minimal as possible. They do have free lockers available if needed. No need to bring a hydro flask for your water intake during the day cause they have multiple water stations located throughout the grounds. STAY HYDRATED, throughout the day especially if you plan to drink the day away and get faded. We unfortunately witnessed a lady eat concrete by falling multiple times. PAY THE EXTRA to rent a lounge chair (at the least) or even a cabana for large groups, it's worth it. Those lounge chairs are hot commodities! read more

Since like 2011, Glen Ivy has been on my bucket list. Flash forward 15 years and I finally put a check mark next on the list! Glen Ivy is a perfect piece of paradise. It's so relaxing and refreshing. The first time I went, I was overwhelmed; there was so much to do! Club mud was probably my absolute favorite; my skin felt so smooth and the red bumps on my arms disappeared! I loved it so much, I did it twice in one day. The mineral pool felt nice on the joints, but the smell takes some getting used to. The cold plunge was awful; I couldn't get past my stomach, but the hot pool felt great. One day, I'll get the courage to dip all the way. I've have have two services; a pedicure and a facial. The pedicure was nice; I forget my technician, but she was kind. The color lasted a month without fading or chipping l. The massage felt good my my legs and foot scrub wasnt abrasive . I also did a facial which was one of the best facials I have ever received (and I've had many facials since I used to work in a spa) and my sensitive skin didn't breakout! They use comfort zone skin care which I love since they are cruelty free and a clean which means a lot to me. I did the spa bundle package that came with a plastic wine glass, coupon for a drink and dessert and a white waffle robe to take home. There was a little confusion where to get the robe (I had to walk back to check in to get it at the store), but after that, it was fine. The white robe was nice, yet dangerous at club mud (thankfully the mud stains washed right out). The second time, I bought a robe from the shop which was very plush cozy. While you can rent a robe, I prefer to have one that I can take home, just in case I spill or get a stain. Food was great, might have been a little overpriced, but it tasted healthy. Our party had an amazing time at Glen Ivy! I recommend planning an entire day here! We started off with massages, the massages were just ok for two of us, I ended up doing the add on foot scrub, not worth it in my opinion. Some of us got facials- loved! We loved the food, drinks and mocktails! They have tables for indoor and outdoor dining. We tried out every pool! We loved the mineral pool & the hot and cold pools. We tried out the sauna, and much more ! We absolutely loved The Grotto & Club mud! Definitely worth it in my opinion, I loved the way my skin felt after! You can bring your own robe or rent one for the day. The locker room is large with plenty of room- they have showers, a bathing suit dryer, hair dryers, shampoo & body wash in the showers. Bathrooms are clean! They have fresh cucumber or lemon water all over with cups or bring your own refillable water bottle. They provide towels at every main pool area. They have a store on site as well as a cafe. Plenty of parking. Staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely return for another relaxing and detoxifying day! read more

Decent experience. Workers were nice and welcoming. Did it for the experience. I don't think I'll come visit again sadly as I was looking forward to it for my birthday. Negatives: - food package was mid (potatoes were not cooked thoroughly, broccoli was ok, spinach artichoke dip was insanely dry). Not worth the price point. White sangria wasn't impressive. Food felt very theme park to me. - carpet in the locker rooms is an interesting choice. - someone definitely had an abscess and was in the water and made it smell like infection, which made us not trust much of the water experiences. Positives: - was enjoyable. - steam room was nice - ambiance - some quiet areas but not really much area of quiet Glad I got to experience it but will likely be sticking to Wispa and Korean spas. Took my mom yesterday for an early Mother's Day and it was just mediocre... the friendly service Glen Ivy used to have is gone. The food is no longer chef quality, it's just whatever. Burger, salad and a glass of Chardonnay is $80??? And to top it off, they gave me a masseuse that has had his license barely a month.... He spent most of his time on my arms, legs and feet rather than my shoulders and back. The bath house no longer has nice amenities to help you get ready at the end of the day either, counters completely empty. It was also so unbelievably loud, people had brought speakers in with loud music, people listening to a show or a podcast on their phone and not one staff member saying anything. I thought this was supposed to be a nice relaxing spa? I guess this is my queue to check out Murietta Hot Springs instead. read more
