In fact, Emergency Restoration ended up getting us over double the amount the insurance wanted to initially pay. They installed a bluetooth enabled dehumidifier also that monitors the air and basically takes care of itself and the space. We have noticed it doesn't take as much to warm or cool the house now. The dehumidifier reminds me a bit of a Star Wars Walker, but it gets the job done. We feel good about the investment in our home for years to come.
