Amazing views! Fabulous drinks! Unique dishes. Go for the views! It's a must experience.

Beer, tequila sprite, Jingle Balls Nog?

11.29.25 - we had a reservation here at 8:30p so we rushed over right after dinner at a restaurant nearby. It was our first time here. There's a spot for photos at the bottom of the elevators. That was cute! Then the elevator opens up right in front of the bar and hostess stand. We checked in and were seated pretty quickly. All seating was out in the patio area and it was filled up if I remember correctly. There may have been a few open tables. We ordered 1 drink each and then went to the next spot. The cocktails come in a Christmas themed mug. One friend ordered a beer so that just came in a normal cup. My other friend ordered a tequila sprite but they put that in a mug. I believe I ordered Jingle Balls Nog. I can't remember if I liked it or not though. There are a few more spots for photo ops here but it's a small space overall. Smaller than I thought it would be. They had some Christmas lights up and some other decor but it wasn't anything crazy. The first thing we all noticed as soon as we were seated was that it was wayyy too bright! Not from the Christmas lights but from the normal lighting around the place. It would give off a better vibe if it wasn't so bright.

Cheers to a "chilly" Phoenix night

I went to Floor 13 for their Miracle at Floor 13 holiday pop-up bar. I enjoyed the festive vibe and decor. I loved how there were ugly sweaters on each chair. When I went, the Grinch was making an appearance. It was fun interacting with him. He was quite the mean one. I highly recommend this place for this specific holiday pop-up bar if you are looking to go have festive, tasty, and photo worthy drinks. The Fa La La tequila drink was so delicious and refreshing. I do not recommend for food. They only had 4 choices for the pop-up bar. We all ordered the Apres mini sliders which were turkey sliders with cranberry, mashed potatoes, and gravy. It came out old and it was good especially for the price. Our server , Taylor was great and due to our food being cold, she brought us the naughty and nice shots to try! We truly appreciate herb

This bar is located in the Hilton Garden Inn Once inside the hotel, you take the elevator all the way up to the 13th floor! They're open daily from 5pm-10pm and until midnight on Friday & Saturday. Bar was quite small and not too much seating Service was friendly and welcoming Menu had a good variety of small bites and cocktails. Prices were pretty pricey so expect to pay $20+ for small bites and cocktails were $18+. The view was just ok and nothing special. Maybe it's because it was only on the 13th floor so there wasn't much to see other than the roof of other buildings. I was expecting to see a beautiful view full of lights and a nice view of Downtown but unfortunately, the view was pretty disappointing! The Lock & Key ($18) tasted pretty much like a Moscow Mule. It was pretty strong and not too sweet. It felt pretty overpriced for a pretty lackluster drink. Most likely won't recommend or return.

Floor 13 Rooftop Bar was the perfect spot to get a casual drink while we were visiting Phoenix. My friend and I love a good rooftop bar and Yelp kept suggesting Floor 13. If Yelp keeps suggesting it, it's a sign to go. Even though it was pretty busy. We were able to find a spot by the glass which gave us a good view to people watch. They do have a nice menu but I went with a bottled beer so I have no complaints on my drink. Last I remember, reservation is suggested so plan accordingly if you go.

Not my top choice for a rooftop bar, but an ok place to meet with friends after work or grab a quick drink before going to your actual destination. A bit pricey.

The holiday vibe was on point! Cute holiday lights and decor. I know it's a bar, but just wished there were more food options. We had to go somewhere else to actually eat. Servers were busy, but attentive. Great place for a date and to hangout with friends.

Floor 13. I know it sounds scary but during the holiday season, it's a festive wonderland. Floor 13 sits on the rooftop, the 13th floor, of Hilton Garden Inn. It's a downtown Phoenix spot that has art deco charm and glorious views. Come during sunset for a breathtaking scene. For the holiday pop-up they had going, The Grinch was out milling about. Some people liked him, others didn't. He didn't add much to the experience but if you're having a few drinks, you can ignore him easily. Make reservations and remember that there's a time limit. Cheers.

If 13 is Taylor Swift's favorite number, the number 13 can't be all that bad. Located on the thirteenth floor at the Hilton Garden Inn is Floor 13 Rooftop Bar. As the name suggests, it's a bar that sits on top of a rooftop and it offers you some amazing views of the Phoenix skyline. They have an adorable holiday pop-up, Miracle on at Floor 13, that runs from Nov 21-Dec 30th, Sun-Thurs 5PM-10PM, Fri & Sat 5PM-12AM. I got the Christmasaurus ($21 - pineapple run, mezcal, velvet falernum, apricot liqueur, lime, coconut milk, toasted cumin, coffee & pineapple syrup, and aromatic bitters): I know, it's a lot of ingredients. It tasted a lot too. Boozy and complex, I'm not sure this was for me. I took a few sips before I gave it to my friend, even. For food, I got some sliders that were essentially was Thanksgiving leftovers. Turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce, and some mashed potatoes nestle in between some shiny buns. It was $21 for three sliders. Gotta love those DT Phoenix prices. And since it was Christmas themed, there was a very ornery Grinch walking around. It's a cute holiday pop-up inside a gorgeous art deco bank-turned-hotel. The views are spectacular and you'll surely enjoy the views.

Chocolate Chai mocktail, not good, luke warm and mainly Hershey syrup.
    Natasha A.

Enjoyed the company I came with but my mocktail was disappointing, mainly Hershey syrup with a side of spice. Also, to cash out I had to hunt down our waitress. Highlight: parking is easy, valet for $18 until midnight. After midnight it's an additional $40 for overnight parking.

Floor 13 Rooftop Bar in downtown Phoenix is currently hosting its Christmas Miracle Bar pop up and is bringing all the holiday vibes to the dessert. I got the Christmasasaurus drink which was made with Mezcal and had a delicious, Smokey flavor while my partner had the Jingle Balls Nog, which was so cozy and tasty. These came in the cutest cups which brought all the holiday vibes. We got the flatbread to share which had cranberries and was so unique. I loved how all the flavors combined together and had the perfect mix of textures. We got the s'more's for dessert which was so fun to make together! The grinch was walking around interacting with guests which just made the experience even more fun. The interior is decorated so perfectly, even with holiday sweaters on the backs of chairs, giving it the most fun, beautiful feel. I enjoyed every second of this experience. You enter through a seperate elevator from the hotel which is also decorated, making the entire experience feel even cooler. 12/10 would recommended if you're looking for a fun holiday experience to share with friends. Be sure to make a reservation as it was pretty packed. The volume was perfect to chat with company and still enjoy. Happy Holidays!

So let me preface this review on my inebriation level as being pretty high after hitting Pinkys,…read morebut we decided to hit this place up on a bar hop, because why not when your just throwing them down. This is very cool joint with a dark feel too it. They have a basement bar which we ventured into and they also have an upstairs bar as well, so you can fit a lot of drunk People in there. It also features a lot of great art that fits really highlights the Mexican bar vibe. The waitress/bar tender/ agave expert was very welcoming and know a lot about their tequilas and mescal option. I love me some smokey mescal, I dont remember thet name of the drink but it had some kind of elote triple sec or something like that along with Mescal and it was quite tasty. Trust me I was in no state to remember ingredients but this is from my foggy memory. I also got a pick of the cool ice blocks that has an Agave inlay that they put in the tumbler with your drink. I will definitely be going back for their wide Mescal and tequila options. I didn't see food in the bar, but they have a food truck out front that smelled amazing, but sometimes I simply dont want to eat when there are plenty of drinks to be had. They do have Esquites, Tacos, Quesadillas, Mini Chimis, and loaded fries. I will have to do another review on the food when I am not out being a borracho. They do take reservations and host private parties which would make for one raucous Christmas party if you don't work at a Christ loving conservative company like me. You can also order bottles of mescal and pick it up on location which is pretty awesome as especially after trying out the selection. Happy hour is every weekday that they are open to try out some of their cocktails. This is a great option to impress your tinder date if you are a lush like me pr want to show of your sophisticated drinker side.

It was busy, but not packed, which made the service stand out more than it should have. I had to ask for water twice, never got a refill, and overall felt largely ignored--minimal eye contact, no real warmth, just an impersonal feel that didn't match the space. It felt like a place that may be a bit of a victim of its own success--popularity has grown, but delivery hasn't fully kept pace. Part of the appeal here is the permanent taco truck outside, which I know from past visits is excellent, and I love the truck's outspoken, unapologetic support for immigrants. That said, the cocktail itself was excellent. I was specifically looking for a coffee-based drink before heading to another event, and the Cambures al Estilo Foster delivered on flavor. It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.

My glass of wine tasted flat, so that was a bit of a letdown. Surprisingly though, the highlight drink of the night was my date's IPA. I don't even like IPAs, but it was genuinely delightful! Since the restaurant doesn't seem to have a designated lot, parking downtown can be a gamble. I got lucky and found a street meter for just $1.20/hour. However, my date ended up in the private lot directly behind the building and that was a $33 charge for 3 hours! Just a heads-up to think about about parking options ahead. Located in Downtown Phoenix, the parking situation is a little hairy. There is paid parking nearby,…read morebut it definitely is better to come a little earlier to scope out the parking situation and get that sorted before your reservation. My party and I had a reservation on a Saturday night at 9pm (when it's 13 people, what can you do). What kind of sucked though (and mainly why I'm deducting a star) is that we did wait an additional half hour to be seated after our reservation time. Our theory is that they didn't think the entire party would actually arrive, and they were not ready to accommodate us. To be fair, the restaurant IS on the smaller side, but there was 0 communication during that half hour on what was going on... which isn't really good for us either. We got the original set, and this somewhat confused me as well. The food was really good, and was definitely a restaurant that I'd go to for the experience, but for some reason some of the meats were doubled while others weren't. The double portions were really nice since our party was so large, we needed to split the food between 4 different grills (so each table got 2 grills each, feeding 6-7 people in total or 3-4 people per grill), but then we had to share the portions where we only got one serving. It wasn't bad, but to me, didn't make sense. The food was really good though; I didn't care too much about the soup, but the green sauce was SO good. Mixing a little with the soup was incredible. I thought the beef and pork were really good. I personally left the restaurant full, but many others in my party did not. I think it's a really good amount of food for 2 people, but when you push to 3+, you probably do not want to come hungry. Also--the live music at Pemberton next door is SO LOUD, you're going to be shouting at your table the entire night when you sit outside. I think I would come back if I wanted to show this place to someone who didn't live here, but it isn't on the top of my list for when I'm trying to eat out, but I will definitely consider this for special date night occasions. It is extremely expensive for what it is though. For $70+ you risk the chance of leaving not full which SUCKS.
