The best part of our Arizona trip. Our friends who live in Phoenix brought a group of 8 us in for drinks on Saturday 4/22/23. We were greeted by Kevin the manager and Melissa the bartender when we exited the elevator. Kevin was funny and very friendly. He got us seated very quickly. But not before my friend and Melissa handed out a round of "green tea shots". Delicious. Once we were seated our server was Stephanie. What an angel. Stephanie was just amazing. We had planned to just stay for a couple of drinks and before we knew it 3 hours had gone by. What a great location the views are spectacular. The service was terrific. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Phoenix. If you live in Phoenix or travel to Phoenix this is a place worth visiting. read more

Very upset with our first experience at Floor 13. My party of 6 went here on a Saturday at 6PM with plans to order a couple of rounds of drinks and indulge in some appetizers. We had no issues sitting at our table as we had a reservation and shortly thereafter ordered a round of drinks from our waiter. We did not receive our drinks for over 30 minutes and did not receive any form of check-in from our waiter. Finally, after 30 minutes, our waiter stopped by our table to see with how we were doing. We then informed him we were still waiting to get our first round of cocktails. About 10 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. The waiter did not apologize for the confusion and made no effort to make amends for the significant wait and delay. We figured that this was just an innocent mistake and that service would get better as the night would continue, especially given the rough start. Service continued to decline throughout the night and we hardly saw our waiter throughout the evening. We had been sitting at our table for approximately an hour and a half and had only ordered and consumed one round of cocktails. Our group had full intentions of ordering another round of drinks and appetizers; however, the service was so bad that it forced our hand to go to Hanny's down the street (which was a wonderful experience). We had to flag our waiter down to get our check after sitting at the table for approximately two hours. Upon receiving the check, we noted that there is an automatic 18% gratuity applied to the bill. I am more than happy to tip over 20% for quality service; however, this gratuity system applied by Floor 13 incentivizes poor, lazy service, which is exactly what we received throughout our duration there. All in all, there are way better places to take your money for cocktails, especially in this downtown area. read more

We went for their Christmas "pop-up" bar in December. We had been to it during their regular "13th floor" non-Christmas ambiance too. On the regular, they only have 1-2 people manning the small bar, and sadly their Christmas capacity was the same. We waited in a 30 minute line to get into the bar, and another 30 minutes for a drink. No one was insuring health or safety guidelines according to COVID-19 protocol, either. Bartender was awkwardly forcing but "not rushing us" out even though there were two other groups outside (one of which was smoking a joint very obviously) and very rudely asked if I was driving after my one glass of wine over the hour and a half. First off, it does not look like the pictures or instagrams, it's is very small. Then we waited an hour for 3 drinks!!! We got forgotten three times. They apologized the first time but didn't receive our drinks, after waiting 20 mins we followed up. They said they were on their way, then after another 20 mins, we asked and said we would just like to leave. They had the drinks waiting on the bar but had not brought them over. Girlfriend and I had reservations for two last night. Was one of the worst dinning experiences we had. Took the waiter more than 15mins to greet us. Was almost 30mins before we had our drinks/water. Waiter did not even check on us until we cashed out and left. If they were understaffed I would be more forgiving. However; they're only like 12-15tables max and a total of 2-3 servers that I saw. If you're looking for a nice rooftop bar would avoid this place if possible. read more

This place was very mid had some high expectations for it but it wasn't even a vibe the drinks were overpriced and not good and we ordered one of there 5 items they had on the menu and server came to tell us they couldn't make it so we said okay that's fine but then he comes back 15 minutes later with the appetizer and let's just say it wasn't worth $20+ but wish he would've came to let us know if we still wanted it instead of bringing it to us and service was not great either the server would come check on us every 10-15 minutes read more

Floor 13 Rooftop is the latest and greatest in rooftop bar and atmosphere. I have gone there several times and have had the best relaxing time overlooking the city lights at night, beautiful modern fireplace outside, outdoor light, modern decor, and comfortable relaxing couches. The Hilton Garden Inn really made a nice move with this addition to the hotel. The cool thing about getting to Floor 13 is the elevator confusion for most that have not been there....lol I like the MYSTERY of it. The art pieces along the wall are time pieces and the best part about it is the bar service! Rebecca the main bartender is wonderful and very experienced. She is pleasant, gives positive energy to the place and is on it with your drinks! I highly recommend this rooftop bar especially during COVID times which they follow all safety guidelines. The views are spectacular! Hurry for this place will no longer be my own little secret. The WORD IS OUT! read more

I came to this miracle pop up bar and it was the most adorable most festive bar for this season! Great rooftop bar in the heart of downtown PHX. A small group of us went for after dinner drinks on Saturday night. We ended up closing it down. Been in PHX all my life and didn't know this place existed. The 2 bartenders were moving fast on not messing around. It's nice to see that because nothing bothers me more than the bartenders that are dragging their feet and acting like I am a nuisance by ordering a glass of wine and a cocktail. this was such a sweet spot and the staff, especially Jennifer Rose really went above and beyond. We didn't have reservations & they let us know we would have to come back. We waited a few minutes as we regrouped and in the meantime they let us know they found a way to squeeze us in. This review is for the holiday Miracle Bar experience. Not really bad, but disappointing. The space is small and lightly decorated. If you are hoping to catch a great sunset there are too many buildings close by to really allow this. The drinks are very expensive at $18. I ordered the SanTaRex because, I'll admit it, I wanted to see the fun dinosaur mug, but I was told when my drink was served (not when I ordered it) that they "broke the last one yesterday". Not sure if they will get more, but it's not ever Thanksgiving yet? This was disappointing. The menu options are also very expensive and limited. We ended up afterwards at the Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour a few blocks away. They also have a holiday cocktail menu where the options were less expensive than the Miracle Bar and more menu options if you are also looking for some food. The space was very festively decorated for the holidays. I would recommend Bitter & Twisted over the Floor 13 Miracle bar experience for a downtown holiday cocktail night out. read more

The Latino bartender on the 13th floor was extremely rude and pushy and gave me a weird disgusting look after I told him I didn't need a drink right now after my girlfriend had just ordered a drink. I am a bartender and I know that that kind of service is inexcusable. read more

Went for the Miracle on the 13th Floor experience - and I wish I would have read the other negative reviews before paying to place our reservation. First of all...other than the entrance of the 13th floor...there are maybe $20 worth of dollar store decorations on the entire rooftop. The drinks were very overpriced and food options were not great. They were out of 2 of the 4 food menu options so what was intended to be a light dinner reservation turned into just a snack. Hummus and Brussels sprouts were all that was remaining. The carrot hummus tasted like baby food; extremely cheap with subpar quality. We asked them to hold the order of Brussels sprouts because we were afraid we would be paying for something equally as terrible. As for the drinks - the drink was just alright (18 dollars for a "Christmapolitan")...a regular cosmo would have been better because the taste of this one was lackluster. I asked for a second drink; as they were extremely light on the alcohol pours...but was told that the bar lost the ability to make the warm drink featured on the special menu. Instead of picking another drink...we closed well before our reservation was over. And honestly we would have closed out after being there for only 30 minutes but it took 25 minutes for them to bring out our two drinks and order of hummus when we arrived. Overall extremely disappointed in the experience (NOT worth the $50 minimum). I recommend Salt and Lime in Scottsdale or Bitter & Twisted in Phoenix over this "Christmas experience" hands down. read more

December 2020, my boyfriend and I came to floor 13 for our anniversary and absolutely loved it, the drinks were good the fire pit was magical and the sunset was amazing. Fast forward December 2021, it's our anniversary again, and I wanted to visit miracle pop up again. I was so excited I made the reservation got dolled up for a night in downtown. We get to the floor 13 and seated at our table. Going over the menu, drinks had changed so we are trying something new, they've added a appetizer menu (or lack there of) we chose to do the 24$ s'mores that consists of 4 marshmallows 2 gram crackers and 4 little chocolate squares. We received our drinks, at $18 a piece and neither ones of us actually finished them. I'm not actually sure what was in our drinks all I know is I got a mouth full of maybe cloves but I'm not sure since the menu didn't say. Hopefully it wasn't nuts as I am very allergic. The experience is supposed to be 90minutes and we were ready to leave in about 30. Floor 13 miracle pop up was a disappointment to say the least. A 50$ minimum to be spent is easy to do with the outrageous prices. I guess we won't be returning here next year ‍ read more

I had read good reviews about Floor 13, and was happy to head up there to see a fantastic sunset and have a drink and dinner. That sunset is really the only thing I can review, and it gets 5 stars. I sat down and waited patiently for a server to come to my table. One came out with a beautiful cocktail, which I assumed was for one of the two already occupied tables, but she was in fact bringing it to an empty table to photograph it against the glowing sky. Understandable! But it happened a second time, this time with two servers snapping photos. I finally asked for a menu, and was directed to where they were so I could grab one, self serve style. A glass of water was brought to my table. I waited a while longer, and when I was not approached for an order, I decided to move along. I gathered my things and walked to the elevator. This is where it gets interesting: the bartender and both servers watched me leave my table, walk to the elevator, wait for it to arrive, and leave. Nothing was said, I was not acknowledged in any way. There was no indication of interest in serving me, nor any concern that I was walking away without spending a dime. Like I was invisible! I can't explain why I wasn't angry or upset - I think I was so shocked at the lack of interest in my patronage that I was just happy to have snapped a few great sunset shots myself, and to proceed to the Dust Cutter around the corner for a fabulous drink and very good meal, served by a friendly and attentive server. read more

I found this hidden gym this week with friends. It's a small quit little rooftop bar that would be great place to host of birthday or slaw gathering cuz you could rent out the whole place. Diffuser excellent and the services great. Very upscale. I will be back soon. read more
