My husband works in the flooring industry, and we cannot go into a place without him pointing out what is wrong with the floor. So, I know it would have driven him nuts if they did something poorly in our own house. We have used them to re-floor and entire rental house when we were putting it on the market, put in new wood floors and a tile shower a house in Flower Mound, and then when we remodeled our current home, they provided quartzite counters for our kitchen (I can't get over how pretty), tile in all of the bathrooms, a beautiful glass backsplash, and carpet in bedrooms. For the counters, our island was so large we couldn't get a long enough single slab of granite, so we were thinking of doing quartz. They suggested quartzite and I absolutely love it - it is so much prettier than quartz as it is a natural stone. They are consistently on time, very honest, and literally have never had a single problem with them. They kept us up to date with where they were on each project and again completed each expertly. We often found them working on the weekends or late at night one some of our properties we were trying to get done to get on the market. And again, the tile work especially was done expertly. People don't understand that good tile work takes time - trust me you want them to take it.

They referred us to the manufacturer, I called the manufacturer who sent out an independent inspector. He said the reason the floor is buckling is because the contractors did not leave room for expansion, so the flooring is buckling. The invoice says 1 yr labor warranty, because of this they will not fix our floor. The only reason our floors are buckling is because of the way it was installed. Go find a different company to do any remodeling of your home. This place is no help once they get their money. Included in the pictures is the inspection report.
