Let me start by saying that I live in Pembroke Pines. I do all my shopping in the area. I went to Floor and Decor Pembroke Pines to get some tiles that I hade previously bought but I needed some more. The store in Pembroke Pines was out. I came to Floor and Decor in Hialeah. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a Cashier and she asked what I needed. The Cashier called for an associate to help me out. Ernesto Calero was quick to show up, find out what I needed and find the tiles and thin-set. This is the way one as a customer expects at any store but seldomly gets. Ernesto Calero, waited for me to pay and then loaded the tiles and bags of thin set into my truck. You can tell when someone is helping you because he has to or because he wants to. Huge difference. It was clear that Ernesto was helping me because he truly wanted to. The Cashiers Claudia and Karla were very courteous and helpful as well. This was a great shopping experience at the Floor and Decor in Hialeah. I would not hesitate to drive from Pembroke Pines to Hialeah for any of my floor needs. I have always gone to Floor and Decor for all of our bathrooms materials and advise. They carry a great selection with competitive pricing. However what sets them apart, is their dedicated personnel whom becomes vested in your needs and provides helpful advise. Because of proximity we use the Doral Store. We were fortunate to find Bianca Boise on our last project. She provided advise on the titles and materials that we needed as well as some ideas to enhance and better our project. read more

Wow worst experience ever as these people can't figure out how to process a simple return. Placed an online order , trying to cancel it since their delivery people don't give you any delivery window , tried to place another pick up order and that was somehow too confusing and took 6-7 calls and speaking with multiple managers and still not sure they are going to process my 2k+ flooring order. Last manager still wouldn't accept that they keep promising but won't process the return but now hung up on me and told me he will process it now (so far hasn't done it after multiple attempts) .....Also nobody picks up the phone for 30-40 min , delivery/warehouse people are impossible to get a hold of , online chat always says there are no agents. Oh. My. God. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! I bought 700 sqft of floor tile. Like normal we were going to pick it up in the warehouse. I purchased the tile at 11:21. Was told 30-60 mins. Ok not the norm for when I deal with floor and decor but I've worked a service Jon maybe they are understaffed. Went had lunch came back. Arrived at 12:30ish. Still not ready. Walked outside around the WHOLE DAMN store bc apparently I can't walk through. I speak to someone at the pro desk she grabs manny. Who then apologizes for our wait blah blah. It took until 2:00 until we were driving away because the kid didn't know how to work the forklift. Had to go back to get the longer forks.... wouldn't listen to my mom about her have two like 1" beams running horizontal in her truck bed so he couldn't slide them. In addition THEY SHORTED ME A BOX! Thank goodness Manny is amazing and is shipping it to our house but sweet Jesus the struggle. GO TO THE MIAMI GARDEN LOCATION!!!! read more

I purchase last week some boxes of engineer wood (very low quality by the way) The assistant never provided information about shipping costs, making us believe that the shipping was included in the cost. I was able to ask my installer to pick up the merchandise without cost. so I asked again to the attendant how the delivery works and she only said " - you have to call at this number to agree the day/time of the delivery... " even in that moment she do not mention anything about pricing and shipping policy. We always assumed it was included in the price. At the end the driver claim me for 125 usd for the delivery, the store manager said they never included delivery so I have to pay to the driver because the do not assume the responsability for the improper information provided at the moment of the transaction. The store manager was very rude by the phone, I believe she was not able to manage customer relationship properly. read more

The manager was every nice and sent me a text apologizing, and offer me a rebate. She was on top of fixing the problem. If you have any problems with them talk to the manager. But i still don't know why they tolk my car tag when I did get the material. I have never had any one do that in my life. Horrible service!!! No one picks up a call if their lives depend on it. Though I'm very persistent and kept calling when they would pick up they would just hang up on me. Tried for 2 days to find out if my order was received since they don't call you when it gets there. I had to physically go in to speak with someone to find out my order had been there for over a week. Friendly help, once I was able to find the one working Employee in the store, there were other Employees there but they were all in groups of 3-5 talking and joking. We placed an order on Saturday and gave detailed instructions with my cell and the Tile Installers cell. Tuesday, the day before the scheduled delivery I received an electronic call on my cell confirming Wednesday's delivery and asking if I would like to receive text messages which I accepted and a text message was received confirming delivery. Wednesday (delivery day) I had 3 installers waiting all day and never received a call or text to my cell or the installers cell. When I got home I had a message on my home phone that the order was not ready but they would continue to try to deliver it. Long story short, I spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to get anyone at Floor and Decor to talk with me and find out when the delivery would be. Was never able to get anyone to help, I was placed on hold for 29 minutes and finally gave up, the next day my Tile guy got thru after multiple tries and it is now scheduled for delivery Monday. I had to pay 3 tile workers a day pay to sit and wait. Hoping the tile arrives this time. In short, a really poorly managed store with ZERO customer support. From a very unsatisfied client, hoping never to do business there again. read more

Horrible experience, workers don't know what they are doing, 3 cashiers needed for every transaction. Slow, lazy, careless...I mean, when the cashier is multiplying instead of dividing to get the number of boxes needed then you know you are in the wrong place. ZERO STARS... Purchased over $2,000 worth of tile yesterday and was promised delivery today when the tile arrived to the store. Tile was accidentally sold to another customer this morning and we are now left without tile, without discount, and without any help whatsoever. Sales manager Michael promised to call us the following day upon arrival of the shipment and of course, no one did. After spending all morning calling the store without response, we drove all the way over here. Department manager Juan was absolutely noooooo help. Extremely rude and non-helpful... His solution to this problem was a simple "we can't do anything about it or give you any type of discount". All we got was excuses and mixed stories from both managers. On top of all this, we came back to not only check the status of our order but to purchase more tiles for the bathrooms. No one was able to help us because there is about 6 employees in this humongous store, clearly understaffed. In conclusion, GO TO HOME DEPOT instead and save yourself from this disaster. read more

This has been the worst experience I have had with any business. Not only is there store super under staffed, there warehouse is as well, the wait to pick up product is about two hours. Not to mention if you want deliver its minimum 10 days out. I would not recommend this company at all, save your self the frustration, nothing is worth your sanity. The call center is also under staffed and they usually take for ever to answer. Deliver service is horrible they tell you a date and do not advice you that your order is not coming in full, so expect different delivers. read more

I don't even want to give this place any stars but Yelp is making me. The customer service at this location is the absolute worst I have ever encountered in Miami (and that is saying a lot). I'm writing this review as I am on hold for approximately 15 minutes to speak with someone regarding an order that they have already messed up on twice. The selection of tile is good and the prices are comparable but their customer service is horrendous and I will never buy tile from them again. It is impossible to speak with anyone without waiting on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes. The time it takes me to speak with someone I might as well have driven to the location. These people are beyond horrible. THEY miscalculated the amount of tile my project requires. Yes...These fools sold me 10SF (not the 95SF I requested) of travertine for a shower project. It's so comical, that I am laughing even though I'm extremely annoyed at their inability to fix it! Unfortunately, I didn't notice the error until I got home and scrutinized my receipt. I called immediately and they told me no problem, call on Monday and speak to Corneal?. Well, after 7 phone calls, and 20+ minutes on hold, the mysterious Corneal hasn't been located yet. If a simple problem like this can't be addressed, I don't need to spend my $$$ here! I'm done. Thank God the order was for pick up and since I didn't take anything home with me, they can keep that order. I've notified my credit card company so they can dispute the charges, and I will now buy my tile elsewhere! I regret not checking Yelp before driving to BFE Hialeah! Just finished a private design session with Paloma, one of the the designers at Floor & Decor. She was fabulous! She listened to my likes/dislikes but also provided helpful insight and ideas as we designed the various tiles for 2 bathrooms. She literally walked me around the showroom helping to find the perfect combination of tiles to fit my needs. Then she gave me a cheat sheet of all our picks and the amount of tile I needed for the project. She was a great help and I would highly recommend using her. Im writing this review so that hopefully people will be aware. If you place an online order with in-store pickup and the website says pick up "In-Store Today" (for orders placed before 2pm) do not expect to get it the same day. You need to allow 24-48 hours. In my particular case I called the store I was looking to purchase the items from. The person over the phone confirmed that the store had more than sufficient qty of the items I was looking for. For the sake of convenience, I ordered on the website so that all of my items would be ready, and pick up would be smooth. More than 7 hours later the order was not ready. I called the store after 5 hours and while I got a bit of attitude, it wasn't the biggest deal. I get that its retail and people are dealing with the angry public. The young lady told me to not come to the store before getting my email, which I understood already. She told me that they don't have the order ready. When I told her i confirmed qty before placing the order she didn't have much to say. I went about my day waiting and waiting. In the evening I went on their chat support to see if they had any further information other than "it was not ready". The answer was no. The part that was more frustrating was the chat agent said the store was busy, but it was not. I walked into the middle of the day to buy some other items and it seemed quite slow. It was a Tuesday. I don't appreciate someone telling me something that isn't true. All I really wanted was clear expectations. I ordered before the 2pm cut off. I didn't ask for my order before receiving my email. So I followed all the rules for F&D's online ordering thinking it was better to give the store a heads up so my order could be prepared vs. showing up and just asking for it. My mistake. Next time I will just show up and ask for a big order right on the spot. So again, if you are working with a contractor and timelines are tight, please BEWARE. Allot the proper time. read more
