I recently worked with Mr. Raheim Whitlow in selecting tile and designing my master/en suite bathroom for a total remodel project. Because I am a novice and do not have a design background, I relied heavily on Mr. Whitlow's expertise. I arrived at our June 11, 2022 virtual appointment having selected a wall tile but needed help selecting floor and accent tiles. His command of his design app allowed me to visualize what I had only heretofore imagined. After taking care to ask about my preferences and style, Mr. Whitlow showed me several options of tile that matched my preference and coordinating grout - displaying products both as they appeared on the company's website and live/in-store items, which allowed me to see how they actually appeared - and gave me recommendations for how the tile could be laid with corresponding grout line spacing to make the installation seamless. Throughout our appointment, he was patient, kind, and respectful. At the end of our appointment, Mr. Whitlow provided a copy of the completed bathroom layout with all fixtures in place, a complete materials list, and even the means to help me find a reputable contractor. Mr. Whitlow is to be commended for his EXCELLENT customer service, top rate product knowledge, and superb representation of Floor & Decor's reputation as a customer driven company! I am not one that typically does reviews but today my husband and I had an amazing customer service experience at Floor & Decor. We are in the middle of two big projects and needed help with flooring and tile work. In particular we were looking at some finishing pieces for our tile work and soon realized that the cost of the edging was going to be more than all our tile. DaRon Moore was incredibly helpful and provided us with a product option that not only met our needs but was more affordable and perfect. In addition he helped us with picking vinyl flooring for a basement project. He knew all the product options and gave us pros and cons of the different types of waterproof flooring. It was so refreshing to have someone help and just educate us on our options. We went in overwhelmed and he put us at ease and made our experience amazing. I highly recommend DaRon if you need help with selecting flooring or tile and if you just need guidance with your choices. I originally went to Floor & Decor to purchase grout. I was very impressed with the wonderful choices and wide selection of backsplash & flooring tiles. As a Realtor, I get the opportunity to tour many model & show homes. The displays which were set up at this store surpassed the many selections I have seen. When shopping for new tile for a shower and tub remodeling I signed up for a designer consultation at both Floor & Decor and the Tile Shop, both in the Castleton area of Indianapolis. The designer at Tile Shop showed me a couple of limited options and asked which I wanted to buy. Raheim at Floor & Decor put together multiple beautiful possibilities, all of which were very impressive as well as lower in price than the Tile Shop. Madeldine Haigh is a fantastic project designer at the Castleton Floor & Decor. She came high recommended--and we quickly found out why. We picked out a 4x8 tile that she used to digitally design our new 3'x5'x8' walk-in shower. Our finished shower is gorgeous in every way! We have been to Floor & Decor 3 times. Each time the staff was friendly and attentive. Our 2nd time in the store, we met Alan. Our 3rd time in the store, we searched for Alan. Why? Excellent service from everyone I encountered. I've been there several times the last 3 months remodeling my bathroom. Monte was especially helpful with marble tile. He was very knowledgeable about which mortar to use for the different types of tile I purchased. He also recommended the correct trowels and helped load my vehicle. Committed to 2 bathroom remodels but am not the type of person who knows what he wants or what will look good. In stepped Kayla who basically got to design my bathrooms for me and they turned out great. She was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. It was a fantastic shopping experience. I went in there today and I was totally clueless about how to repair my tile in my bathroom. The young man at the pro desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get the grout the glue, the sponge and the trial that I need it and we got the tile repair with ease. Went there today for some mosaic tile for a shower floor. The store is huge and clean and there were plenty of employees around, all of which were friendly and helpful. We found what we needed for 40 bucks. We canceled an order we had with ICC floors for the exact same tile for 452 bucks!!!! From now on we'll always go to Floor & Decor first! read more

The store has an incredible selection of everything from cork(very difficult to find a decent selection) to marble, wood and tile. Best though is the customer service; Alan and Tim helped pick bathroom wall and floor tile and even grout color. They were superb! read more
