I have an update to my recent Grand Appliance review. My delivery was today. When I told the aforementioned cranky sales guy that my washer was upstairs, he growled and said "they'll love that". When Oscar and his colleague/employee (not sure which) arrived today, I broke the news and they were perfectly fine with it. They got here exactly when they said they would, had no issue with going up and down the stairs, were polite, friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. Not enough stars for them! read more

Great experience from start to finish. Ordered a dishwasher on Saturday and install was Tuesday morning. Texts and emails to let us know when the install tech would arrive. Less than two hours later, our new dishwasher was up and running! Also like that the install tech was not a third party, but works directly for the company. Highly recommend Grand! read more

Sales staff fully explained the delivery process and any hiccups that might happen along the way. Our salesman, Warren, was very low-key (which we appreciated) but also very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we made our selection, he checked for any rebates or special offers that might apply to the item we were purchasing, as well as explaining the extended warranty option. A couple days before our delivery day we received an email with our delivery window. At 7 am the day of delivery we received a text confirming that time frame, as well as tracking information for our truck with an ETA updated after each stop. The crew of 3 young men arrived on schedule and worked quickly and efficiently. They also did a masterful job removing our old refrigerator despite the very tight clearance with our kitchen island. They were also very careful not to damage any surfaces along the route.
