I was told to check out floor & decor to look at their selection before looking at other retailers. We had a leak in our bathroom and needed to replace the tiles and flooring. the closest floor & decor is located in Moorestown New Jersey. we took a drive up there and were amazed at the selection, it was almost overwhelming. Neither one of us could agree so we scheduled an appointment the following week and was assigned Craig as our designer. We were extremely pleased with Craig's eye for color, attention to detail, and his suggestions. We showed Craig our vanity and we showed him a couple pieces that we like and Craig was able to pull it all together. This is a DIY project during the holidays which make it a bit tough. But we are so excited to get started and grateful we had Craig to help us in the process. Craig suggested lighting fixtures and a web site and also paint colors. We were in a hurry and weren't sure if we had bought the right threshold for our kitchen floor. We asked the cashier if someone could help us. He said someone would be right out, but it would be a couple of minutes since she was in the back. We thanked the cashier, but said we had to go. When we reached the car, we saw that an employee had actually followed us into the parking lot to try to help us. Danielle proceeded to go out of her way to help us find the right product for our needs. She spent at least fifteen minutes with us and all the while she gave us tips about the product, how to install it, what type of finish we needed etc. She was extremely knowledgeable, but what really floored us (no pun intended) was her thoughtfulness and willingness to do whatever it took to help us find just the right product. I'm a little late in writing this review but wanted to say what a great experience I had at Floor & Decor. It was Labor Day and while most stores were on limited holiday hours, my husband and I were in need of a specific quarry tile to do an emergency fix on our restaurant kitchen floor. I spoke with Johnny, a fantastic store rep! He was very knowledgeable and went out out his way help my husband and I by checking inventory levels at other locations to ensure we would have the correct tile that same day. We were able to get the tile we needed and repair the floor that evening. I tried a few other stores before stopping in here and this store by far had the most courteous, friendly and helpful employees! I will definitely be going back for our bathroom remodel and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a great selection of product, at an extremely reasonable price! read more

I have always gone to Home Depot and Lowes for my tile and supplies but not anymore! From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted by nothing but help and people who made me feel like I was sent there to be taken care of. Malissa at the pro desk is just that a professional she helped me with my order and then passed it over to Juan who treated me like I was family, suggested that I split my order and packaged it so my truck could handle the load. He shrink wrapped the second part of my order and it was ready to go when I returned. Chris is a magician with the forklift and surgically placed the load in my truck. This is my first review on yelp and just wanted to take the time to give credit where credit is due. The whole time I was awe struck by how employees engaged customers and were so nice and helpful. Floor and Decor - hands down, was the most excellent shopping experience we had for our kitchen back-splash tiles. I don't want to single out any particular employee for recognition, because every one that we came across over several days of back and forth trips to this store - whether at cashier station, returns, floor, design center - all were extremely nice, friendly, patience and helpful. Our project got completed and well within budget. The material was not exactly on the cheaper side (neither outrageously expensive side), but everything was available on the floor to take home same day. Very positive experience. Ran into General Manager Maxwell and complemented him on his staff, he was very appreciative but also said there are so many customers who express similar sentiments. I have to say I have had a great experience so far! Everyone in the store is very nice and helpful! I am remodeling my bathroom and I needed help with styles and colors. I met with Brandi Flynn and explained what I like and what I don't like. She helped me mix and match different options while teaching me everything I needed to know. She incorporated my tastes with styles that work and helped open my eyes to ideas I hadn't even considered! And the price was right too! Brandi helped me stay within my budget while coming up with a really cool look! I can't wait to get this all installed! It was a lot of fun going through the process, and I walked away from our meeting feeling encouraged instead of frustrated (as I did with some other places). She even taught me about Schluter! Let me start off by saying my experience at the Floor and Décor in Moorestown NJ was terrible because I asked a sales associate for assistance and no one helped me after waiting for about 30 mins. I then went to the Devon location and was asked if I needed help within 2 mins of walking in. I needed help with panel ledger and an associate by the name of Jose was extremely helpful. He helped me find exactly what I needed and also estimated the amount of material I will need and even help me find the right flooring for my home improvement project. The store manager checked on me at least twice during my time there too. I highly suggest going to the Floor and Décor in Devon and I promise you it will be an awesome experience. read more

I had 5 rooms to select flooring for. I had already made my selection at Floor & Decor for 4 of the rooms but needed help selecting tile for the bathroom walls and floor. Jacqueline was an enormous help! She walked me through the entire process and we re-visited the tile and border sections of the store where I made my final selection. This was after Jacqueline took the time to go about the store getting samples of tile for the floor, walls, and trim and setting them up for me to see. She then educated me on the other items needed such as mortar glue, etc. Finally, I was able to purchase the flooring for the 4 other rooms, all at the same visit. It was a very pleasant experience! I recently discovered Floor and Decor while looking for either tile or hardwood for my front entrance foyer. With all the terrific choices I encountered while shopping, I naturally became confused. I was fortunate to meet a young man named Mike from their Tile Department. He was wonderful, polite and very patient with me. He went around the store with me providing suggestions and assisted me with figuring out measurements and color schemes. The rest of the staff in the store was warm and friendly as well, but I would return there just because Mike was such a great help. If he is reflection of the demeanor of the rest of the staff in the store, then this is a terrific place to shop. read more

Older gentleman, TOM was INCREDIBLY helpful!! We asked Kevin for help, he told us to just take a picture of the sku and go to register (never helped us, just walked away). Here, the item was special order and we purchased it only to receive a phone call that there was no expected arrival date. Went back to store, got ahold of Tom, and he helped us find an item in stock, similar to what we had ordered. He went and got the cart, tried to start loading the big boxes of flooring himself while the younger men watched before my husband jumped in and took over. This rating is for customer service only. I am writing specifically to talk about Andre ( Dre). Andre helped me from the minute I began to shop until I left the store. He waited with me until I knew exactly what I needed. He was supportive, gave advice when asked, found missing items in the store, and took the items to the car. He was not only helpful but he had a smile on his face the whole time. He never made me feel like a bother or that he had something else to take care of while I was in there. I had been seeing commerials for store and decided to go since I wanted to renovate my bathroom. I finally made the trip and was in complete awe of the large selection and prices. My salesperson was a very helpful, patient and professional named Ashley. After I explained what I wanted-marble-she showed the store's vast selection and even some decorating ideas that I hadn't thought even thought of. She also explained the pickup and return policies because I bought 30 cases of marble and it is extremely heavy. Can't say enough about the experience I had at this location. After several visits, dozens of tiles samples purchased and much deliberation, I was finally ready to purchase my tile. After my original purchase, I changed my order the day before delivery. Most tile places would have charged a restocking fee or worse. The level of professionalism from the F&D team never changed. It's not an easy process to go through but the time and attention they provided over and over again exceeded my expectations. From the first time I went to Floor and Décor in Moorestown, I felt comfortable not only with my shopping experience but with the help the staff offered. On my most recent project, the associate named Emily was extremely helpful. She spent time with me, asked questions, and offered good, solid advice. We stopped in floor & decor one night to get some ideas for a backsplash for our kitchen. We brought in a sample of the granite we were getting installed to compare ideas. After walking around for a few minutes picking out ideas, Craig came over to us and was phenomenal. He took our vision and made it happen. He gave us a few samples of some tile to take home and see what we like. We instantly fell in love with the tiles when we brought them home. Craig was so friendly and so helpful! Alright, Let me tell you a little something about this store. It's got a ton of stuff just everywhere. The employees are either frantically shuffling around materials or contemplating their existence in a corner where no one will bother them. Did I mention everything is pretty cheap.
