This store is amazing. It has it all but the staff is a life saver. Byron was a huge help from loading the tile into the cart and the car to running down the entire project with us to make sure we had everything we need. He double checked we had the proper thin set, grout and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. Huge savings over other box home stores. Definitely a great find. read more

Your response talked about taking a credit card over the phone which was NOT my complaint. My husband and contractor took my card to the store to pick up my ordered tile and to purchase the grout and thinset. They had my card and might i add this was the same card I ordered and paid for the tile with in the store. This was just bad customer service period and the 3rd strike in as many shopping trips. Sorry the savings is just NOT worth this hassle. read more

I am a wonderful experience at the riveria beach location after my visit Boynton Beach and thw Hialeah location all because Mike in the flooring department took the time out to listen to my need. He was very professional and attentive he walked me through every item that i needed he explained the pros and cons of the Carrara tiles 16x34 and helped me make my selection and ensure that i had all the supplies i needed. Hi I am writing this review on behalf of Neil A. Clarissa was an excellent help - almost like our very own personal shopper. She was wonderful in all aspects of our experience. Her attention to detail and style choices were excellent. She returned phone calls promptly just as she said she would. It was like having a personal shopper for a large store at all times. All in all, I felt like I was dealing with someone at a high end tile store. I have renovated many homes over the years and dealing with Clarissa made it much more pleasurable and easy! If I could give a half star I would Ordered 23 pieces of flooring, the sales associate assured me it was in stock Come the night before delivery I receive a voicemail saying that the rest of my order is Boeing delivered but not my 23 pieces Apparently they weren't in stock and had to be ordered I explained to customer service that I was working on a time sensitive issue but was told that they had to order it and it could take up to 2 weeks Not acceptable I told them Asked to talk to the store manager several times No call back still waiting more than a week later Once I get my product I wil never shop at this god forsaken store again - poor costumer service deceptive sales tactics read more

The best part of this Floor & Decor is the cashier Tanya. I have been in this store numerous times over the past few months and have experienced not so helpful employees but Tanya makes up for all of them. She is efficient, knowledgeable and always pleasant (even when I have observed customers not being pleasant to her). If I owned a company I would hire her away in a heartbeat. CAUTION Floor and Decor Customers: They do not stand by their products. After inspection by a Floor and Decor Manager and a installer from Installations Made Easy both agreed the only way to fix the problem is to remove the entire floor and replace it. We have tried to work with Floor and Decor, Charles Slaton and Installations Made Easy Manager, Mandy Daley. They do not return phone calls so there is no way to resolve the problem. The staff is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you to get exactly what you want and need. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to work hard to help the customer. I highly recommend not only the items provided at the store which are top quality, but also the staff that work there. A wonderful young man named "Will" looked up every item I needed and even went to the back to make sure that they had the item as well. When they didn't have the item Will looked up what store had it and ordered it for us. The store manager should be proud to have such a wonderful team! read more

Wonderful experience with this store, especially Jim Weston, pro designer. Due to health issues, I couldn't get back to the store again after picking the bathroom tile. He was kind enough to help me patiently by phone with several follow up design questions. I couldn't be more appreciative of his help, since I had no way to get back there in person, and had to make several decisions quickly with no personal experience. So very grateful! read more

We recently gutted and remodeled two full bathrooms. We used Floor & Decor for most of our tiles, and one of our counter tops. While the in-store service was good, and we liked the tiles we purchased; our experience with our counter-top and installation was poor. We contacted the store, after their counter-top vendor dropped the ball ; first, not showing up for the scheduled delivery; and then, having to wait an extra month for a new installation time (while my contractor's crew waited around to finish his work, and we couldn't use our bathroom another month). The counter-top finally was delivered, and was installed with a seam. We had picked out a piece that was long enough, so there would be no seam! We would have likely picked a different piece, had we not been promised we would have no seam. The seam also had a chip. And, one of the drain holes was cut too small to accommodate one of the two vessel sink drains. The counter-top delivery crew said they would send someone to take care of these matters, and never did. We had to pay our contractor to make the hole bigger. Also, a bench top, made of the same marble was not delivered. We were told we would have to go to their showroom 40 minutes from our house to pick it up! We contacted Floor & Decor corporate. They had us fill out forms, and told us they would work on our problems. We never heard back. We contacted them again, and finally received our bench top. We wrote to them again.....reminding them we were still waiting for a response...................crickets........................ I am giving two stars, since we liked the tiles we picked, and the people on the floor were helpful. We recommend NEVER using them for counter-tops! The store managers never helped with our problems, and we were largely ignored. We have been patient; as this goes back to October 2017! We tried being kind and having a nice dialogue......but now we are just plain angry! read more

We used this store for tiling a some rooms in our house. The customer service at this location is crazy great! So we went back for additional fling within the house. I recently came to the store to follow up on a pick up order that wasn't complete... I waited over an hour for a product I already paid for and was a little unsettled when the warehouse supervisor came out and went to my daughter who was clearly just along for the ride... however I got my tile super fast after that conversation between her and him... come to find out when we got home she showed me a phone number that was given to her by this supervisor and she's only 17 years old!! I will be going to corporate with this issue and maybe something higher if this issue isn't handled!!! Supervisor Robert Was very unprofessional and will never get my business as long as he's there!!! read more

I went into Floor & Decor needing to re-tile 2 bathrooms. The selection alone of tile is incredible. The Design Consultant, Dawn helped me decide on which tiles for each bathroom, along with accent tile, and how to tie everything together with the color of the counter tops. I wasn't sure at first with the colors that I chose, but Dawn helped me immensely. She spent a good amount of time with me, making sure I was happy with the choices. She was amazing! I left feeling that I had made the right choices and am sure my project will turn out great. When I'm ready to re-tile the rest of my house, I'll be looking for Dawn!! read more

Had been in some Floor and Decor stores in other areas of Florida, but when I call the Riveria Beach store to ask if they carried the same tiles, etc. as all the stores (I was remodeling a condo in the WPB area), I spoke to Zach. Zach was so helpful, but I have to say he was very enthusiastic about the store and encouraged me to visit the store because it had so much more than most of the other F/D stores. He said there was a very large selection. I visited the store and it was a very nice experience. All of the staff (cashiers, sales staff. etc.) was very friendly, courteous, professional, but Zach was special! He obviously loves what he is doing and the store should do whatever it takes to keep him. read more

This place is the worst! Go elsewhere. When you walk into the store the employees are lazy. If you ask them where something is and they don't know, they just shrug their shoulders and tell you they don't know, they won't even look. If they do know, they will point in a general direction and go back to sitting on their cell phones. If by some chance you find what you are looking for and they need to order it, don't hold your breath! Our order was supposed to take 2 days to arrive. After two and a half weeks we cancelled the order. During that two and a half weeks we called numerous times. Each time, after listening to the phone ring endlessly and being disconnected many times, we were told two more days. We own a remodeling company and require timely service. This place cannot provide that. I was very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. There are other companies that work harder that deserve the business. read more

When we came in, we knew exactly what we wanted and how much. There was only half of it visible on the floor. We asked Sean if he could check in the back. He disappeared for a long while and then I went looking for him. When I found him and asked what he found he said he didn't think they had it but we could go to the Boynton Beach store and they had it. He didn't seem like he have any intention of telling us what he found. He just kept walking away while I was talking and was clearly trying to get rid of me. I was not in there to window shop. I was ready to drop a couple grand so I was completely caught off guard by his disregard. I stood there in shock for a second and luckily the manager on duty saw the whole thing. He then got Luis to help us. Luis was amazingly helpful. Got exactly what we needed, did it very quickly and apologized in a very professional way about the previous experience. What was about to be a very disappointing experience was saved by Luis. He made all the difference and we are at the very beginning of our renovation so this was the first of many trips to the store. We will be going back to see Luis! read more
