After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors.
