I have been having serious issues with the flooring I purchased at the 2020 Taylor Road, Roseville CA location On March 9, 2022. I filed a claim in October 12, 2025 after noticing the flooring separating and popping up and I am not getting any results in resolving this issue. I have the top of the line product Series Athena. The flooring is popping up through out the house. There is no moisture issues I have lived here 35 years and I have had laminate flooring in the past with no issues of any kind. I believe the installer did not float the flooring area as needed. Very poor customer service. I do highly recommend to stay clear form Flooring Liquidators for your flooring purchases. read more

We found ourselves in a time crunch when we decided to check this place out. It is located just across the way from my neighborhood and I had always wanted to see inside the store. My BF had ordered some new appliances for my kitchen during the holiday season while they were on sale and were going to arrive in a few weeks. That's when he decided that we should replace our old linoleum floor with some decorative tile while we had the chance. Unfortunately, Flooring liquidators just so happened to be out of a lot of their tile at the time we made our visit! I guess they were expecting new shipments soon, but we couldn't wait that long. While we were there though, we did get to browse the expansive warehouse size showroom. They have a huge variety of carpeting, wood flooring, back splash displays and counter tops to choose from. The prices were pretty reasonable and we found some stone counter tops that we have a strong interest in. Remember back in 2018, when FL Mike saved my marriage?... So sometimes you need great carpet quickly. Not Home Depot "in-stock" carpet that takes 3-4 weeks, "probably" quickly - but "PLEASE GIVE ME AN INSTALL DATE RIGHT FREAKIN NOW" quickly. Bought new house. Wife liked it so-so. Allergic to pets. Previous owners had pets. Pets seemed to / smelled to have had an average of 10 accidents per-square yard over however many years the existing carpet was there. Gross. But hey, we got a deal on the house. "Don't worry honey... I'll replace the carpet right away!" You'll quickly find that the "right away" 72 hour-to-7 day carpet at box stores is low quality / high price and can still not really be guaranteed to be installed within those time periods. "No. It's not for a rental." Anything I tried to get from the box stores that was decent feeling/looking would need to be ordered and it was literally impossible to get a commitment to when it could be installed. Wasted about 2 weeks with box stores, paying for and waiting for measurements, etc. In the mean time.... "Is the carpet ordered yet?" and "When is the install date?" and "Can't you just measure and tell them what you need?!" asks the Wife, every evening. Oh boy. Long story short... FL Mike (of the Sacramento Massie Court location) saved the day. Told him my problem. He showed me everything on the floor that was in stock at their warehouse nearby, I picked one (great price!) and it was professionally installed a couple days later. Very happy wife. We recently completed a remodel on our home and found the absolutely perfect click together vinyl flooring at FL. Since it was a very large order (whole house) it took several months for them to gather all the boxes we needed. During the whole process everyone there was so helpful and accommodating, from selection on thru the return of several unused boxes. I actually purchased flooring twice from the store. The guys were great till I went to return the extra I had purchased the second time, the first time I returned the extra there was no problem. Now they charged me 25%restocking fee, not sure where that came in since the stuff I purchased was not special ordered, it was in the back, they had about 80 boxes. This particular FL is huge and clean and nice. The woman who "helped" me was maybe not as helpful as she could have been. She wanted to argue with me about a FL I saw along the freeway on my way there. Tried to tell me it wasn't there. Then, when I asked for help finding tile for a shower and bath surround, plus tile for the shower floor, she seemed exasperated, pointed to all the tile and said, "It's over THERE." Well, yes, I know that. I was just there looking for 15 minutes. I have some questions. Could you come HELP. "Well ANY time is fine!" Finally I got her over there and turns out I was looking at tile that would NOT work on the floor of a shower. She managed to find two choices in a stack of boxes she had to open. Then I asked for solid surface shower walls. She pointed vaguely at a couple of models, said, "Yea we have cultured marble over there." Needless to say I left. We've remodeled two homes with FL, one in San Diego and the other in Stockton, and will just return to Stockton where the guys are actually helpful. read more

Went there and bought tile for my kitchen at a great price. The selection was nicer than that at HD. Gilbert was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to special order it and it took a little longer to receive than quoted but I was able to get the job done on time. I needed one extra case and Gilbert saw they were low on stock so he set it aside and we were able to pick it up immediately. Gilbert is the only reason why I would return as I've had a very negative experience as well which I will also leave a review on. read more

I've purchased travertine tile, laminate and carpet throughout the years and I'm never disappointed with their products. I had my laminate and the carpet installed by their crews and they did a great job! In the showroom, Gilbert and Stephanie are always a pleasure to deal with! My latest experience with the "measuring" guy was sub-par, he never showed for our appointment. I spoke with Gary who was very apologetic and sent out the installer a few hours later to measure. We went to Flooring Liquidators recently and made it clear that we are in the market for carpet and are serious about this purchase. The sales person was helpful and took our information down in order to schedule an in home measurement. We were told we would be contacted by the estimator the next day or two. A week went by and I hadn't heard from the estimator, so I contacted Flooring Liquidators and requested a measurement again. They took down my contact information for the second time and told me they would be contacting the estimator immediately and would return my call with a day and time for measuring within the hour. Needless to say, the call never came. I guess I should be appreciative that they did me this favor early on in the process. I would be weary to do business with a company that has zero follow through and, apparently, zero interest in making a sale. Perhaps, the prices may be competitive. However, I would rather pay for good customer service and follow through for such an important and large purchase. I do not need to be worried about whether the installer will show up or having to chase down business, especially when I'm paying thousands of dollars for their product and services. Very bad first impression! Just grateful that it was early on! read more

I think I must have called him like 4 times a day with a new question! From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted warmly by the employees and asked if there was anything they could help me find. They answered all my questions and showed me toward the flooring I was interested in. They have a large selection of flooring samples, which was great but it was hard to pick just one. After picking out several samples I was able to take them home and see which ones would go best in my home. I went back to the store, put in my order and was amazed at how quickly my flooring was ready. The install guys were great too! They contacted me right away to set up the installation. My husband and I are buying a new home and need carpet to be installed right away. We went into this location a few days ago and scheduled a time for someone to come out to the property and give us an estimate. Today someone was supposed to come out to the new house, our realtor took time to meet us at the property and nobody showed up. When I called them to follow up they said they had no information for us and didn't know what I was talking about...we hand wrote on their forms all of our information! We are return customers! We bought a gorgeous laminate faux wood floor several years ago for a screaming deal- and I get compliments on it all the time. Now we are moving and replacing carpet at the new house. I was going to go through Home Depot (easy since I was already there to buy paint etc) and had terrible customer service and all kinds of hidden costs ($50 for a quote, $ to test for asbestos, $ to remove the existing flooring...)/ upsales/ and crappy attitudes. So I returned to flooring liquidators and received a free visit and quote, killer prices (they'll save you money any way they can based on what's in stock!), and fantastic customer service. Purchased home and wanted to get all flooring done. Book appointment to have the estimate done and guy doesn't show up until a week later. Guy comes over finally. I request an estimate for 2 different flooring options and Rep never calls back until I personally go almost 2 weeks later and still had to wait 1 more day because he couldn't get them to me. I decide to order and Rep changes dates of delivery pushing it back an extra week. Material arrives & now the guy that had the estimate 'disappeared' & I can't have flooring done. Ended up just hiring someone else. Totally incompetent, irresponsible, and lack attention to detail. Only good thing was material arrived in good conditions, but even then the guy ordered 4 extra boxes I didn't need. One of the worst experiences ever. read more
