If you are reading this review, you are clearly looking for some type of carpet repair. Well, look no further because Michael is the real deal. I needed fairly new carpet stretched in two bedrooms. I searched Yelp. Came across Michael's page and read all of the reviews. When I called, he happened to be available and was able to answer my call. I explained what type of work I needed, and he gave me a price over the phone based on what I told him. I was able to get on his schedule within a week. On my appt day, he was running a little late (it happens), but he called and communicated with me, which was very appreciated. When he got to my house, he assessed the work that needed to be done and gave me a different price that was cheaper than the first one... not all businesses would have done this. Michael is very thorough and took his time to complete the work, doing an amazing job! He did not have to remove any baseboards or doorway strips. Our vacuum cleaner caught on fire and burned a small area (7"x7") of the bedroom carpet. However, Michael was able to take carpet from the back of the closet and replace the damaged section with it and then replaced the closet with a similar patch of carpet (unfortunately we didn't have any of the original carpet). You can't even tell that the bedroom patch exists! I was calling him a miracle worker because the carpet looked terrible until he fixed it. He was also very nice and easy to work.
